I am not usually one for negative reviews, however this was necessary. My doctor called in a prescription for me and the pharmacist said it would be ready when I picked it up. Due to work I wasnt able to return for a couple days. When I got here the drive through line was literally wrapped around the building. So I parked and came inside. There was a pretty long line inside, however I wasnt going to turn back now. After standing in line for 25 minutes I get to the window all to find out my prescription had not been filled. There was no sense of urgency either. That is whats bothering me. The fact that it was called in and not handled properly. There should have been more attention paid to that part of the situation. I was luckily able to contact my doctor to have her call it in again. Then had to wait on it to be filled. So Ive spent over an hour waiting on this prescription. I dont usually come to this location. I learned that I wont anymore either....

The service for the pharmacy and the Covid vaccine is horrible. I sat for vaccines for over 20 min and I was the only one there. The pharmacist is very unprofessional. They have no regard for the company or it’s customer. I guess they will end up like the rest of the Walgreens store. CLOSED.

Great place to get the items you need

I am thankful for the walk in clinic. I am in between doctors and need to find a treatment for a cold/sinus infection. The staff is courtesy and professional. The sign in is automated and easy. The will bill your insurance if you have it. If you are in a pinch I would recommend this clinic.

They always have what I need from a drug store and sometimes more. Great place to pick up a few grocery staples and snacks.

Turned away by nurse practitioner without specific referrals provided for symptomatology; I understand the climate of concern, but the rude, abrupt disposition was uncalled for. Professionalism at its worst.

This is the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. I have been standing here for 30 minutes and decided to write my review while in line. For 15 minutes I waited and not one person came to the counter to assist anyone. I mean they have 5 techs back there plus the pharmacist and not one person came to help. I saw a pregnant lady wait for 30 minutes and ended up leaving because no one would help. These people wont even make eye contact with the customers. I live and get my medication from the one in Hammond Indiana. There is a big contrast in customer service here. I will never recommend this place to anyone. I dont understand how any company gets these kind of reviews and the corporate office does absolutely nothing. Its all about making money. CUSTOMERS HERE WE COME.

Worst drive up pharmacy experience of my life. The line was around the corner. They have one slow woman with a nasty attitude working the window and the 2nd lane intercom at the same time. Angelica completely ignored me when I finally made it to the window and helped the lady who shared her native language before me who was clearly behind me originally and waited a fraction of the time I waited. I had multiple prescriptions for pick up she did not inform me about each ones price and only offered me two of the four waiting for pick up. She never asked me if I had any questions for the pharmacist. She took the time and asked the woman she helped in the intercom lane twice if she had any questions for the pharmacist. I grew up going to Walgreens and have resisted CVS since they came into my area. This experience has convinced me to give CVS a try.

DROPPED OF A PRESCRIPTION AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD TAKE AN HOUR TO BE FILLED AND CAME IN AT AN HOUR AND 15 MINUTES AND IT STILL WASNT READY. THE YOUNG LADY SAID IT WOULD BE ATLEAST ANOTHER 15-20 MINUTE WAIT. THIS STORE WOULDNT EVEN FIND THE STORE MGR FOR ME AND WAS VERY RUDE WHEN I ASK WHERE HE OR SHE WAS AT, THEY SAID SHE WAS OUTTA THE BUILDING AND THAT THERE WAS NO OTHER MANAGEMENT HERE THAT CAN HELP ME.THIS STORE SHOULD BE ASHAMED OFTHEMSELVES, I WILL MAKE SURE I CHANGE ALL MY REFILLS AND ANY NEW PRESCRIPTIONS TO A DIFFERENT LOCATION

The 1 star is for the 1 cashier who was left to fend for himself after asking for assistance with the long line of customers 4 times. The manager finally came out to tell him he should have told her he needed change. I guess customer service isn’t a priority:

Horrible service.  On Friday, February 2, 2018, I request to take a passport photo.  There were two customer service ladies standing by the photo area.  One of the ladies first asked me what color shirt I was wearing.  I explained that I had on a sweater, then asked her why she need to know that?  She claimed that sweaters (especially turtle necks) were not allow for passport pictures.  Then she proceeded to tell me that I need to take my hair down & take out my hoop earrings.  At this point I was irritated.  The fact Ive taken passport photo before & never had this issues.  I left the store & went to another Walgreens nearby. (In Lansing on Torrence/Ridge)  The clerk didnt hesitate, she took my photo less than 5 - 10 mins.  I went back to the previous location and complained to the manager, Mr. Dunsin.  He apologized for the ladies behavior.  I will NEVER shop at this location again.  I rather travel to Indiana for better service!

The absolute worst customer service I have ever recieved, and I am referring to the pharmacy. Both pharmacists that assisted me had very bad attitudes. When I came to pick up my prescription the pharmacist didn’t even explain what I was getting to me, when I asked what I was getting she said are you not used to these? Like excuse me no I don’t get pneumonia often... absolutely terrible never going there again !!! I will definitely be going back to CVS!!!

Dont waste your time with the pharmacy!Went in to have several scripts refilled & fill one new script. I explained I needed 4 different refills for my mother & 2 I would pay for out of pocket because insurance wouldnt cover them. I was told to come back in an hour. Hour later scripts arent ready because of an insurance issue, no I had already started I was paying for those 2 scripts, oh ok, can you wait 20 mins?...NO, I had to be at work & already wasted an hour waiting!Cut to next day when I can go back, they still couldnt fill one of the scripts because they couldnt see the refill from the doctor & sent a fax asking for a refill to the office...only it was the wrong doctor! I explained a month previous the PC doctor sent in all new scripts, but somehow they couldnt see them in their system. I took what they had filled home, I then realize they didnt fill 2 of the things I asked for including the new script I handed to them. I also went through our doctor notes & find the slip from the PC doctors office showing the list of meds they sent to Walgreens.Monday morning I go to Christ hospitals Walgreens & talk to their pharmacists about the issues Ive had, I show her the refill slip from the doctor & she doesnt have a single issue locating them in her system. At first she thought the new script was just an over the counter item but after checking she noticed an error the doctor/nurse made when writing it out & she was able to order the correct medicine. The Pharmacist even checked into what medicine discount programs would help reduce costs.Thank you Christ Medical Center Walgreens Pharmacy for being professional!

The pharmacy dept. at this location used to be ok but is terrible now it doesnt matter if its one or 20 people in the they are extremely slow. U want to get in and out fairly quickly because there are ignorant a** people in line coughing and sneezing without covering up

The Pharmacy is the WORST the pharmacy techs have terrible customer service and Im always waiting 30+minutes to pick up or drop off a prescription. Also, I was inconvenienced a week to pick up my newborns medication(good thing it wasnt life or death) because they have no since of urgency. Of course Ive complained to the manager who doesnt care but I will not be returning I rather drive to another one

The ABSOLUTE WORST WALGREENS PHARMACY! They never are on time with filling prescriptions. I waited from 10am just to be told twice that they would be filled by a certain time and they werent. Now its 5:20pm and they are still saying I have to wait 15 more minutes for them to get filled. My daughter has been in pain all day. I spoke with Manager all he said was sorry. By far the crappiest service! I would not advise anyone to go here

Slow, slow, slow service no matter what time of day I go to the pharmacy. Any given day 20+ people can be in line at pharmacy; drive thru is no better. I dropped off a RX at 5:20 a.m. at drive thru and I STILL had to wait an unreasonable amount of time to be serviced. Totally unacceptable wait time!!!!!

Other than it being 24hrs its the worst Walgreens. Lack of communication in the pharmacy. Said the wait was 20mins ended up being 1hr 30mins and still couldnt get my prescription filled completely. Always packed overly busy

Its 12:45 am. Ive been in their drive thru pharmacy for over a half hour no one has even come to the window. Said over the speaker 10 mins ago they will be with me in a minute. I have 2 sick kids in my back seat or else i would go in. How ridiculous...

Went to the health clinic to get a physical and they wanted to charge $330. $330 to weigh me on a scale, take my measurements and prick my finger! If I had the money I wouldnt have looked up free clinics. What a rip off.

The pharmacy which is supposed to be 24 hours is not. Its closer to a 23 hour pharmacy. Why is it I come when theres only one person and there on there hour lunch.The only thing 24 hours in the hood is Food spots and liquor stores go figure
