The manager is usually doing most of the work bc its hard to find good help anymore. Ive had both of my vehicles in for work at a great price. Its worth the 45 min drive to have someone work on my vehicles that is so honest and thorough. I highly recommend!

I noticed that I was losing air pressure in my rear passenger side tire. Fortunately I was literally across the street from the Calumet City location. The manager on duty had one of his service techs remove the flat tire and install the spare at no cost. I was in a hurry trying to get to work on time....ended up making it to work a little late but I returned to Cassidy on my next day off and got Four new tires installed on my vehicle. I enjoyed doing business with them and will continue to do so going forward!

I will never go back here unless they hire another store manager or get the old one back. The manager Eric is the worst. He think he knows everything about cars and more then you about your own car. I told him what was wrong with my car and he insisted on telling me that wasnt the problem once he checked it out that was the problem. I bought some tires before and Waied about four hours due to him failing to mention that the tires where coming from another store. Made me late for work. Also I saw him charge a lady $53 to install some windshield wipers after she purchased them from him to me that is insane when you buy windshield wipers from AutoZone they put them on for free its like he tries to get money out of everything and makes the problem worse than what it is to charge more so me and the people I recommend will not go back here anymore Cassidy tires is a good company just not this actual store

This quaint tire shop is the best! I was there last client of the night and they got me in out within 30mins for a new tire on Black Friday none the less. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable about everything I asked!

Took my truck to do alignment on different location (just tires) they did not do a good job (4 times) so I took it here and they did the job very professional! The guy michael (tech guy) did a really good job he test drive the truck before saying it was done! Something that just tires didn’t do! I do like the way they did the job.

Imagine driving and hearing two loud bangs and thinking “oh that’s nothing”, just to realize.. YOUR BRAKES JUST FELL APART WHILE DRIVING! Lucky Cassidy tire was literally seconds away. I went inside and just said “ My brakes just went out”. Adam immediately acted with urgency! My car was the last car of the day so I had to leave it overnight but Adam made sure to let me know what was going on every couple of hours. My car was finished and in amazing shape! The service was good, they did a nice job installing and balancing tires, but the salesperson didn’t tell me until after I got there that my tires that I ordered from Tirerack, the install price that they gave me, would not be honored! I didn’t have time to drive around looking for another installer, since the tires were shipped there to this store, he should have explained the store’s decision not to deal with Tirerack over the phone, when I called to setup an appointment

Customer service representative was very un comprehensive. I had my Uber inspection and two tires did not pass. I told him that I could bring the two tires right away and said that he would have to share the inspection fee again for doing nothing. That’s taking advantage of customers. He did not even had my car lifted or anything!! Very bad publicity!

Promptly and accurately repaired my tire which had both a nail and a screw in it. I did not have an appointment but was taken in upon my arrival. Work was started right away and completed in about a half hour. Employees were friendly, courteous and professional. I will not hesitate to return there in the future should the need arise.

Not good they charged me to removed my old flat tire to put my spare tire on for $23.00 and I asked other places how much they would charge and I was told nothing also they wanted to charge me $40 just to patch the tire so Im a female so just charge her whatever I will not returned to them thanks but no thanks

Every time I go to Cassidy Tire and Service I know that I will be receiving spectacular service. Jason and his team always do a great job! The shop has a nice atmosphere to sit and wait for your car and Jason takes the time out to explain every detail of your visit. The best thing that I really like about Cassidy Tire is that its not like your normal mechanic shop. They do not pressure you into getting something done that doesnt need to be done at that time. I really appreciate that. They are affordable and do great work. Thats why I keep going back..and I dont live in the neighborhood.

Stopped by Cassidy when I thought I needed a quick tire repair. Told Jason, the manager, that I wanted a patch, not a plug. No problem was his reply with a smile. Unfortunately, the tire could not be repaired. Had a tire shipped to me as they didnt sell my Goodyear replacement and went back to Cassidy as a walk in. Jason greeted me with a smile, walked me through the warranty process, called the insurance company and got me back on the road within 20 minutes. Excellent customer service! I know Ill be returning to Cassidy whenever I have a repair issue. 5 star rating, all the way! A special thank you to Jason for his help and honesty.

We hit a pothole and blew out a tire. Although we had run flat tires, the impact ripped a hole in the tire near the rim. We managed to get to Cassidy Tire just before they closed and got the tire replaced. Thank you so much!

An amazing experience from beginning to end. The manager Jason was able to quickly look at my car and determine what was needed.
