They have great customer service. And the guy there I think his name is John was very understanding,and very nice and took care of our problem with the controller we had. I will continue to use the tyndall parkway game stop.

I love gamestop being able to get disc for Christmas instead of sending gift cards shows the people I buy for that I know thier interest. I wish they would reopen in panama city fl again

Most employees are great and greet and assist as soon as you walk in the door. Unfortunately this was not the case during my last two visits. The older gentleman was not at all interested in helping us find what we were looking for and he made sure we knew we were inconveniencing him. I recommend going to the younger employees for assistance if you want to get anything accomplished without dirty looks and passive aggressive commentary.

After dealing with custom service over the phone. Having all my orders canceled because of online usage with a gift card. I drove the 30 miles to the GS. Because custom service told me all my transactions are going to be canceled and my giftcard wont work in 72 hours after they look into. Im not mad when I arrived to a GS. Just glad they helped and took as much time to satisfy my needs. Thank you assistant manager

Staff was rude

I’ve been inside this GameStop 7 times all 7 times I’ve went to do cash trades as there websites promotes every time I sit in line and wait when it gets to be my turn they can never do a cash trade no lie all 7 times different dates they can’t do as there website promotes. And really wouldn’t be so so bad if the people put a sign up no cash please come again but no every time I’ve been you sit and wait 30+ min only to get up to your turn and have them say no cash trades today at 4pm 💩. Really put a sign up or hey you notice a line of 8 people holding consoles in there speak up so the ones who like the cash and can’t get it we don’t have to sit and wait.💩 thank you.

The employee who we talked to was one of the kindest and most helpful person I ever had the pleasure of meeting.

The management knows me by name. They tried to make a very personal and welcoming experience for each person who walks in the door. They make sure they dont oversell you and hope you find exactly what you need for your child or yourself. They have a wide knowledge encompassing all sorts of video games and systems. They know the publishers as well as developers at every game and who you should steer clear from as well as who you should try out. The most friendly GameStop Ive ever been to.

If I have to order online why would I go to the store and pickup? I will order from the 100 cheaper sellers and pick up from my front door. I tried to go buy my kids a game but store said I have to order online. I will just go across the parking lot and buy from Walmart and 20$ less. Way to go GameStop. No wonder you are failing.

Gamestop in calloway is the best one around! It is worth the drive! All the employees actually care and recommend awesome stuff! They have tons of awesome clearance stuff at this location, shirts, collectible cups, game stuff, all sorts of gamer goodies.

Nothing to review. Ran in, bought a game, and ran out. Ive always had good luck with this store. The clerks seem knowledgeable, and always willing to talk about video games. The store is a little hard to spot off the main road, Tyndall Parkway. A little bit of a pain getting in and out of the parking area.

Worker was great and answered all my questions, my problem was with the manager, he was off to the side with an attitude to other costomers as if he couldnt be bothered, he was off the clock at the time, which I heard him mention a few times. But the way I look at it, if youre not on the clock dont be in there acting as if you shouldnt be doing anything. I did ask why he had an attitude after he dismissed another customers question where he proceeded to shrug me off and say whatever, I purchased a switch and game but after thinking about it Im going to return it and shop elsewhere.

The short lathargic man behind the counter has a power trip with rejecting sales. A friend tried to buy one without his ID and my other friend gets rejected for buying a completely separate M rated game for himself with an ID. The black haired miserable being behind the counter gets his jolleys from turning down sales in the cockiest way possible. He said look imma say this one time; I wont sell you or any of your friends any m rated games.

I have been to this gamestop quite a few times as a last resort..Last resort being because every time I go in I have to see this very miserable being.. Not sure if he is the manager or not and never have gotten his name I get disgusted every time I see him so I try not to speak to him after those 2 times.. Short and black hair is all I can say about his appearance but he looks miserable I have gotten 2 snide remarks/comments from him. Gamestop in the mall has friendlier faces so I will not even go in this gamestop as a last resort anymore not worth the rudeness of this man that doesnt seem to like working..
