This place has amazing coustomer service. This was my first time going and everyone I talked to as they were picking up their car said they would never go anywhere else. Everyone left happy and satisfied! I will definitely be coming back as I finish my move!

Wow! Two days ago we pulled into this store desperate to get our JEEP RUBICON’s tire inspected and replaced if necessary . The owner looked at the tire and ordered in a replacement. Our tire had a chunk of wood sticking out of it and we were reluctant to remove it without having a replacement available… the shop owner agreed. Today, we brought the Jeep in for the tire inspection and replacement as needed. He thought it would take some time to get the job done so he recommended a restaurant across the street… great recommendation! In less than 30 minutes,while we were eating, he called to let us know the Jeep was ready. As it turns out we did not need a new tire. The chunk of wood had penetrated the tread but had not damaged the the integrity of the tire. He charge us nothing. We are grateful for his honesty. He could have easily switched out the new tire for the tire with the wood chip in it and we would never have known the difference. When in Callaway, this will be my preferred tire store if need be in the future. A rare businessman… integrity builds loyalty.

I would recommend Parkway Tire & Service, we were working in Callaway and noticed our trailer tire was bad and had to drive back to Pensacola and was afraid it wouldnt make it home so we stopped in and they had a tire in stock and were extremely busy and dropped everything and went ahead and replaced tire for us. 3-1/2 ⭐⭐⭐Waited all day (not all their fault) to change out front pads and rotors. Was told 1-2 hours to get it on the rack. 4+ hours later its being check.Long story short...thunder storm knocked out power in the area and the parts warehouse lost order files. So I cant put all the blame on them. They even started ordering parts from nearby stores (Auto Zone, OReilly, ect)I was an out of towner and they treated me like a local. Fair pricing and under other circumstances I probably would have been out the door much faster.FOR PARKWAY:You guys did your best under the circumstances (power outages). Communication could have been better, but overall fair pricing and the actual performing of the job was quick.

These guys are awesome I went in for a wheel balance check and they told me the rear wheels were way out of balance so I expected to pay like $40, but they ended up balancing them anyway and didnt even charge me. That speaks volumes in my book Im definitely going back when it comes time for anything else done.Obviously your results may vary but they seem super cool and generous.

Called spoke to someone Mon. 12.28.2020 about replacing my trailer brakes. Sure thing bring it in Thursday at 7am and well get it done. Drive from Chipley Fl. get there at 710 the guy behind the counter says no way we can get to you today. Not Im sorry or anything so much for service.Do not. Do not. Do not. Use them. Theyll screw you over.

My husband and I dropped his Durango off at this shop because it was making an odd whirring. We were unfamiliar with them and learybLeary theres not even a sign out front or lettering on the door. These folks were super professional and nice, their shop and lobby are both exceptionally clean. They quickly diagnosed my issue, and diagnosed it correctly, and then completed the repairs and told us about a couple of other things that needed to be done and they took care of that at no additional labor charge while they were taking care of the alternator. we could not be more pleased with the service they provided and in the time that they did it. This is definitely our new shop.

Ive had work done on several vehicles here over the last couple years. The quality is phenomenal, staff is a little rough around the edges, but friendly and helpful. Prices are great. Waiting room leaves a bit to be desired, but is fine for quick jobs. I recommend this place for any automotive needs you can’t do yourself.

If I could give 0 stars I would.I was in town visiting family when my car started having a weird vibration. I took it to them to check the alignment. They told me both the tie rods were bad and it was pouring steering fluid. It would be over $1000 and they couldn’t get the part for 3 days. I took it to a mechanics shop to get a second opinion and was told it was a locked up brake caliper and warped rotors. Cost $500....Nothing was wrong with the tie rods and was not leaking steering fluid at all....

These guys are AWESOME fast efficient and professional. If you need auto repairs go see John at Callaway he will take great care of you. I wouldnt take my Corvette or any of my other vehicles anywhere else!!!

We actually just installed the granite counter tops you see when you first walk into the building. The guys i met here were super cool and polite. Its got a great atmosphere and they definitely know their stuff.

Ive had the tires changed, my oil changed, my pcv valve changed, everything they do has been quick and professionally done. They do both mine and my wifes cars, I dont ever remember, not once, had we taken anything back to be repaired again because it wasnt done right the first time! 2 thumbs up!

Well be back with future service and/or tire needs. I broke off one of the bolts holding the license plate to the back of my wifes Odyssey, we walked in, were given immediate service although it was plain to see they were very busy, and they removed both the old, rust-frozen bolts without even a scratch on the hatchback. It took about an hour, but it was well worth the wait because of the excellent job done. Were confident the man at the desk wasnt BSing when he said theyre very proud and protective of their reputation. Again, well be back!

Always been extremely helpful for me. I don’t usually get off work until 5:30 which they close at 6:00. However, on at least two occasions they have worked past closing time to help me out. It’s the only place I let work on my vehicles and prices are usually pretty reasonable.

I have been taken my vehicle as to this establishment for over 15 years and always quality work.

Had our Accent looked at to have the brakes checked and any other issues. Already had a list of problems I knew were wrong but wanted to see if they would try to say anything not on the list had issues. The only things they told me needed to be replaced were the things I had on the list prior. Quick and honest mechanic work. Had the car back to us same day without appointment.

Went here for a simple tire check. Not only did they check it, but fixed it without any nonsense. No attempts to upcharge or claim we needed a new tire. Straight professional.

Excellent customer service. They helped me with 4 wheel alignment plus took the time to point out and explain a few other problems that need attention. Expect a bit of a wait, they are always backed up with customers that get just as much or there attention as i received.

Hi guys,I went to Parkway Tire to get my truck tires rotated. While they were doing that they noticed my back break pads and rotors needed changing and turn rotors. Johnathan asked me if I wanted them to do the work while it was on the rack. I said yes and that saved me coming back and waiting for my vehicle again on another day!

Local business, good prices and they do an excellent job. Ive used then several times for tire repair, general maintenance and repair work on my vehicle.

If you have electrical problems or other issues I Highly recommend Parkway Tires. My door module control went out and had fuel sensor go out. They also repaired air conditioner blower and witch.They were professional and fixed my car at a fraction of what dealership wanted. I only paid about $200 more for all they fixed than dealership wanted just to fix door module.They will be the one I take my car to for any further issues. Thank you Tom and your service team. I will be recommending to everyone I know and have already shared Parkway is the place to go. Thank you !!!

We first took our huge GMC Savannah van in because the brakes felt wrong..turns out the guys found a section of bad brake hose. They did a fantastic job and our van is working properly now. It took a day to complete . Then my Toyota wouldnt start this week..Id been teaching my son to drive and wasnt sure if it was the clutch switch or starter. Dropped my car off close to closing Tuesday night and within 1 hour of them opening on Wednesday morning it was fixed. They are fair and honest. Ive nothing but excellent experiences with them. I will continue using them and recommending them to others. Thanks!!

Have been a customer for over 20 years. The owner Steve has been a constant and we trust him to handle our car maintenance & repair needs without question!

They will try to rip you off! This shop will try to make you pay for services that you do not need!Dropped my truck off for an alignment. Later that day, I got a call from the shop telling me that I needed new ball joints and a new panhard bar. I told the shop not to do any work because those were all parts that I had replaced within the last 2 months. When I arrived at the shop, they made some excuse that the parts must have been bad because they were very loose and needed to be replaced. When I got home, I checked and all 5 parts were firmly in place and did not need servicing. This shop will try to rip you off and make you pay more than you need to.

It was worth it my 2007 Tacoma has three inch lift they done it in a day and its the best twisted suspension will rip u off just for a lift and body labor cost 1500 but this place is very cheap and good prices

I feel this place has really gone down hill this past year. First they stopped honoring their own coupons without telling anyone, then they increased their places. Then I had an issue with a 2-week old new tire last week that wasnt addressed and now I have an issue with a battery I bought there. I bought an Interstate 5-year battery from them on 10/9/14. On 10/15/16, I had an oil change form another place who told me my battery was bad. Then I got a multi-point inspection from another place who also told me my 2year old battery was bad so on 10/18/16 I went to Parkway and they cleaned the corrosion on my battery and cables. My battery passed their inspection. Last night 10/24/16, my car dies. I had to have a jump. I took it to AutoZone, who for the 3rd time, told me I had a bad battery. I went to Parkway Tire today WITH my receipt and I was told I was 16 days out of warranty. I could get a new battery- prorated. Im so mad. 16 DAYS!!!

Vehicle sat in their shop for 3 days for a wheel bearing replacement. Felt like I got nothing but excuses and run around why it took so long. Avoid them unless you dont mind waiting days for minor repairs.
