Went in to get tires installed that was purchased through them online. First they shipped the tires to my home, then waited an hour and half for them to get my car in they could not get a tire off. Said the lug was over torqued and they did not have the tool to get it off. So I asked them to install the other 3 instead I still have all 4 new tires in the back of my car and waisted 3 hours. So mad right now. Then when I went to get my keys they made my husband go back outside to where they sign you in to ge t paperwork changed . Gave the excuse it was written out l there and cant be changed inside.poor Custer serive long wait time and still have to find somewhere else to get them installed.

I dropped off one tire on the rim at 1pm by 3pm still hadnt heard from them. So I called they said it wasnt done. I called again at 5:30pm and they then told they had no ticket in the system for me and I needed to come back up there. Mind you I live 30 minutes away, when I got there the mechanic rolled it right out and said we had this done 30 minutes after you left. Only good part was thanks to Tom.

I always take my car to Walmart. Yesterday was a little frustrating because it took 2.5 hrs for a oil change and have a tire checked for leaks BUT in their defense, only 2 ppl showed up for work. They called others to come in. Once they got there it didnt take too late. The problem was I was with my 87 yr old Alzheimers patient. We did shopping and walking around. About the 2 hr mark, he started to get impatient. I told the cashier about him. After 10 mins, they were done and I had to warn the cashier that my patient was about to have a meltdown and I couldnt control him when he does. That got them all moving. Within 3 mins we were in my car.

I went last Sunday and they told me I had to order the headlights because they didnt have them at the store. I ordered the headlights and went back to Walmart yesterday. They installed one headlight, and didnt charge me because they said I had an electrical issue. I bought a fuse and the headlight worked. The headlight is blue so I went back to Walmart to have them put switch the headlight so they would match. The technician broke my blue lightbulb, the regular light bulb and completely messed the wiring of my good headlight! Im going to corporate to file a complaint.

I lucked up an arrived when they were slow. Tire rotate and balance $48 truck rides like new.

I was first in line to get 1 tire mounted. It took 2 hours because they were spending their time dancing and playing with my stereo instead of fixing my car. I wont be coming back.

Went to Walmart to get tires put on my car. They do first come, first serve and open at 7 so I arrived at 6:20. First in line. Ordered my tires online so I knew they were available. I was the first checked in and they located my tires. Car was in the air a few minutes after 7. It took two and a half hours from that point to get my car back. I have never seen such slow mechanics in my life. The gentleman doing my tires was very nice but incredibly slow. Next time I will bite the bullet and pay more for true professionals to handle my tires, even if I have to pay more. I really thought Walmart would be fast given the circumstances of me literally being the first customer on the roster for the day. If you go to Callaway Walmart tire center and they tell you theyre 3-4 hours behind, its not because theyre busy.... Its because theyre lazy.

One of the worst automotive services around! Was there for over 2 1/2 hours to change two tires and there wasnt that many cars! Slow, walk around talking and dont always go in order of arrival. Need to be better trained or better management! Lady at cash register was nice!!

Cheap but super slow. Cant do oil change on ALL different models. Does have great prices on tires and oil change if your car can be done there. Its basically like the rest of Walmart, cheap but not great service.

In line with the rest of this local Walmart, there is little supervision or care about customer service. I showed up before the auto center opened to 4 cars in line waiting to get into the service center. Once they opened, it took an hour for this Walmart employee to process 4 cars. That’s 15 minutes each. 1 tire and 3 oil changes. An hour not to do the service, just to write up the work orders. If Walmart corporate reads these reviews, please , for the people in this area, come down unannounced and watch what is going on at this store (Walmart on Tyndall Pkwy, Panama City Florida). I’m not sure if the overall ratings are by the employees or who it might be that keeps giving them 5 stars, but they are not justly deserved. EVERYONE that I talk to has (major) issues at this store.

Multi million company. They need more employees. Waiting two to four hours for a simple oil change or a tire is just ridiculous. Those employees that are there are overwhelmed. My two stars go to them not to my experience or to Walmart.

Staff was kind. Long wait but the Price was great! The Technician broke the dip stick and when I asked if they would replace it the manager was very frustrated with me and kind of rude.

Had my oil changed there earlier this year. Opened my hood to put coolant in the engine and found the oil cap on top of the battery. Luckily, the hood of the car compressed it, so I at least had a oil cap. The negligence of this situation was due to the people in the service center working extremely long hours who were rushing to complete jobs so they could go home. I honestly felt sorry for the workers but this seems to be a problem at all Walmart service centers. The service center is going the way of the fish in their pet section...under cared for and soon to be obsolete.

No one was working at the register. Car was ready but couldnt pay. Had to find the manager and when he was finally able to send someone there was a long line of people trying to get their cars. I got my car an hour after it was ready. Vacuuming is suppose to be included in my oil change buy my car had not been vacuumed, I looked at the service ticket and it says I declined vacuuming so I went back to the desk and they said their vacuum isnt working. This place is bs i recomend everyone stay away.

No stars really. Not all the staff but the ones outside are rude and belittling and dont try to make sure the job is done correctly. A simple rotation this time. Had to go somewhere else and it was fixed immediately. I have been ignoring the behavior for a while but this was it for me. Im no longer going to this place.

They do good work for the money but the wait is very long, usually 3 to 4 hours for any type of service. What you save in dollars you spend in time.

Purchase additional lifetime rotation and balance. When brought back 6 months later, was told that its not safe enough for them to do. They still look brand new. So never again.

We came here a few months ago because my tire had a hole in the wall and the spare would only take us to Walmart from where we were. It took 3 hours to begin with, was 100$+ and of course when we got all the way home we noticed a 400$ pair of Oakleys had been taken out of the car (the car was clean and the other pair of sunglasses was still in the glasses case). Props to you Wal-Mart. Lost our business.

Check your tire pressure when you leave!! I went there that one tire put on mounted balanced they inflated that tire to 35 PSI . My tires require 51 PSI and they deflated my other three to 35 PSI. Not cool man.

If youre already going to be at Walmart for 2 hours, why not get your oil changed. Otherwise I would recommend you go anywhere else.

They dont even deserve any stars. The worst customer service I have ever experienced at a Walmart. Theyre lazy and get mad when you ask them to do their job. Yet they get paid for it. I will report this to corporate.

Great guy at check out, but the guy who took my keys looked like he really hated his job. It made me feel uneasy.

Its four hours to change a single tire. I even brought it in loose. All they have to do is unmount, mount and balance. I use to do that in less than 10 mins when I was a tire jockey.

Called and was told it would take 3-4 hours before my car could even be seen, all I need is my tire changed thst had two nails in it, one is in the wall of the tire. Parents have taken their cars their for the same thing, took them 3-4 hours. This is why I use the tire center at the walmart on the beach. Theyre fast and try their hardest to get cars in and out. Only walmart tire center Ill use in town. Never again will I use the Callaway tire center.

Was waiting for about 2 hours in my car I finally got to my turn to tell me they werent doing oil changes. I told her so I waited 2 hours to tell me this telling me there is a sign. There was no sign telling anyone they were only doing tires.
