Friendly staff, very clean and neat. Oh! You forgot to get milk or your child has ripped/ruined the outfit you had them in and the day is not over. Well no worries stop on in they have the milk, outfit and the energy drinks you need to keep on going.

For a small town grocery store.The savings and convenience of Dollar General Market in California City are tremendously helpful to the community.They have a great selections of quality fresh meats, produce & diary products.

I was very impressed. Had some great deals on food items. This was my first time here and the cashier was super friendly.

Lack of family packs for meats, meats were also overpriced and had little selections to choose from. As a large grocery store I expected to get all my shopping here. Disappointing.

The employees are WONDERFULt they are kind and mean well. They seem to ask if theres anything they can help you with (kindly). Thats ALWAYS a (++) plus plus in NOT making customers feel uncomfortable in any way and make u want to leave their store and u feel as u will ask for their help (customer service) if and when u need assistance (for sure) no problem. Not once did they make me feel as if I DONT belong or out of place. THANK YOU . . . SATISFIED CUSTOMER (me) !!!

California is mandated and wearing masks in public and while shopping. I have been in the store three or four times in the last week and there are numerous people coming in the store not wearing masks and not being addressed about it. Also with the mask not being worn properly and their nose not being covered or wearing it down under their chin.

Reorganized and is very easy to navigate. Well staffed compared to the other dollar store across street always lines and 20 min waits.Family dollar lines only take 5 10 at most usually wait is is less than 5 mins in line.Shorter aisles easier to navigatealways has good clearance sales but get there early bcz they sell out quick.

Hands down the best rum drinks in San Franciso. Such a fun place to bring visiting friends, colleagues and those that need a good dose of pirate in their day. The long lines are worth the experience. Remember...just because you cant taste the booze behind all the exotic and tropical notes doesnt mean it isnt in there. I have had to pick up several people off the sidewalk after 2 amazing drinks.

You can get basic, generic products here for a very low price. Its the perfect rescue when you are in a financial pinch. The only complaint I have is that the aisles are too narrow and the shelves are untidy. Some items are out of place or hard to find. The cashiers are friendly and helpful.

I purchased beef stew meat, and a watermelon.The beef was Rancid, and the watermelon smelled and tasted rotten from sun exposure or being old. This place should stick to toiletries because it has unsafe food practices, and thats when they actually have food on the shelf or grocery bags. Thumbs down. Now I have to drive 30min over to the next town for a good market.

If you want groceries in California City, youre coming here. Thats all there is to it. You have no other options!That being said... its clean, well-organized, and the people are nice. They have plenty to choose from despite not carrying the full complement youd expect from a larger grocery store chain.

Fabulous little upscale wine bar without the high prices tucked away in Nob Hill. I always get a seasonal flight and something to nibble on!Great for first dates, second, or third date ;) and any girls night big or small!

What can I say I wish there was a Vons or Ralphs but the staff was very kind although being very busy. Clean and air conditioned inside.

Workers always greet you when you come in and are pretty helpful. I dont come here often, just for things I need in a pinch but its a pretty good little store. Always busy.

Its a little thing market. It only supplies u with goods that r small in quantity. Nothing in bulk like Costco. The people who oversee the store used the old, bait and switch, tactic upon opening, that us, the prices for items were real low now to bait u in, now the prices are constantly rising. I still go to Wal Mart for better deals.

A really good local market with great friendly staff. I personally like to shop there for snacks because its affordable. Unfortunately there meats are always to expensive even when it goes on sale.

Friendly staff. I love being able to pick up most of my items at the same place. I believe they are adding a western union, and I love that you can get a modest amount of cash back.

Really glad my wife made me stop here. I didn’t want to go because I thought they would only carry knock off brands. I was completely wrong and felt very comfortable with everything they had. Most were name brands along with good quality. We were staying in the area and would make this a stop when we come back.

Good for your pantry basics, but pay close attention to the produce since some can be starting to rot on the shelves.

Great service and cheerful staff! The staff was very friendly and were eager to help me with my questions about products and where they were located. In particular, I had run across a woman named Theresa. She helped me and three other customers in a nice and very agreeable manner. If this is an indication of how you train your staff, then I think all your customers would enjoy coming to shop quite often!

Not a lot to say. Its a store (a few store brand items for a dollar, but most things are regular retail price). Its good if you need 1 or 2 things. Otherwise a drive out of town is a better option.

Much better place than Family Dollar.Family Dollar corporate refuses to control there shopping carts. The family Dollar in Mojave, California is rude. So our money goes to DOLLAR GENERAL.

I was looking for dog pee pads and was helped very quickly. The only thing I did not like was that there was animal supplies in different parts of the store and we had to run around looking at them all to see where the pee pads where located. Im glad I was helped by a gentleman there who made it faster than if Id looked on my own.

Ive always found the staff to be very helpful. Theyve offered assistance from getting me a better cart to helping me to my car & unloading my cart.Ive witnessed & observed nothing but kind & courteous service from this stores staff.

Upon my 1st visit to the store was rather interesting....it was a good experience taking with the floor clerk/manager who assisted me in finding a product. When i got to the register with the light on; I was told by an employee to go to another one.....this i did not underdtand. A young lady started she was own but yet handling something else at the time. I then proceeded to exit the store without purchasing my products. turned pleasant after I had to act rather impatient.....

It is a nice store with good prices, they have just what you need in terms of groceries. I shopped here for a while but just got fed up with the staff, it was always one thing or another, an employee dancing in the backroom, the lights not turned on in the registers, strange behaviors and more. I got so fed up I just shop at Stater Bros or Walmart nearby. ✌🏼
