I must say the manager here has excellent customer service.He goes beyond the call of duty, by helping a customer jumpstart there vehicle even after the store was closed, instead of going home after a hard days work, he still decided to help.Great Store Employees, Great Manager.

Great service all around. Had everything I needed at a relatively low price without sacrificing quality.The kid that helped me has so helpful and informative that you would have thought he was helping to get his car running not mine. Bryce I believe his name was. Long hair with glasses, anyways the whole staff were kind and helpful.All in all great shopping experience I recommended if youre in the area as I will continue to shop there myself

The service here is spot on. Always slightly busy, but team members are always willing to help. At 8:30 on a Saturday, Roosevelt was out doing 3 battery tests! Store is clean and shelves are pretty much full. Nice

The workers in this place is so awesome they help you find answers that you didnt know and if they dont have the parts theyll order it for you

Very helpful, the gentleman went out of his way to help my father obtain the items he needed from the shelf. This man went above and beyond going out of his way to get each thing that my father was requesting from the shelf. This means a lot to me, my father is pretty old and then has a very hard time communicating whenever he goes out especially when it comes to purchasing and dealing with cashiers and such not. He has trouble hearing and they have trouble hearing him, but this gentleman was cool calm and professional staying friendly and patient with my father the entire time! Very helpful staff, I went in for a battery for my key fob, and they changed it for me no charge.

Most employees dont know what theyre talking about, they look up parts, dont care if they looked up the right parts then sell you whatever.

The staff was very cordial & they knew exactly the part I needed. They were very respectful they didnt make me feel that because Im a woman that I didnt know what I was talking about

Pretty much everyone with a grey shirt has gone above and beyond to show me not only the right parts for my car, but why I need them and how it will work for me. Theyve been able to tell me important information from spark plug brands for domestic and foreign vehicles to what specific ways I can fix or replace my A/C compressor or pully wheel. Red shirts are alright and will help with a smile for the basic stuff, but if you have a problem that needs solving and not even Google can help you, find someone in a grey shirt and youre golden.

Cupcake heaven! Walked in with my mom and dad and had their Cherry Pie/Cupcake, the fudge/brown cupcake and the Coconut cupcake. The cupcakes were out of this world! Super moist and delicious!

The parts store most my vehicles. Like that you get the rewards card to get $20 after five or six purchases use that many times. Kind of busy in there often so line can be long service is slow sometimes some of the employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.

Don’t always have it. And I’ve seen cheaper. And I should’ve listened to myself they gave me the wrong part again. They can’t have anything waiting for you when you called ahead to get it at the front register for me because I got five kids in the car!! When all they’re doing is standing around twiddling their thumbs when I go in there anyway!!

What can I say, I love them, its AutoZone. Way cheaper than Napa. Not only that you make five $20 purchases with their rewards card and you get $20 back to spend! Napa cant beat that! Love their employees because theyre always willing to help you out as well.

We are passing through your beautiful town and needed a different tow hitch and happened upon your store so we ran in and found what we thought would work, opened it up in car and realized we purchased the wrong part so we went back to the door and as my husband was walking to the door they locked it while ringing up last customer, they saw my husband waiting at door while last customer finished up and then they said sorry you have to come back tomorrow. He stood at door with part in hand and after 8-9 min they say sorry cant help, come back register closed. The last customer hadnt even gotten out of store all the way and they closed the register?This just might be a store that doesnt care.Now to return it we have to find a place to park RV, unhook towcar then find another Autozone.I wont rebuy it from any AutoZone.
