So many things were moved around in the store, boxes were in the way in the aisles, and the produce is always lacking. It was a complete disaster. I would have given them 1 star, but theiyre the only local store that has some items that the other stores around dont have.

Great Kroger’s. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We parked in the lot Overnight in our RV. We did all our grocery shopping for the next week in the morning. Great produce and meat.

The store is clean and much newer-looking than the one in Dalton. Its a great place to pick up brands of items that Walmart doesnt stock. This is also the only place around that sells the delicious Chocolate covered Banana chips in their organic sweets section. Those things are SO DELICIOUS! Albeit not the healthiest. But if you snack on a few a day, a single container will last you for a few weeks at least! A great little after-dinner treat!

I type this as I sit in the delivery spot waiting for my order 50 min past my pickup window. I had an order of 40 items only. The order said it was ready but Im still sitting here. I could have done my own shopping in this amount of time but its easier to pick up than it is to shop with a child. Im pretty disappointed in the service.

What is this clownery y’all are calling click list? I shouldn’t be sitting here 40 minutes waiting for my order. I click list so I’m not at the store for an hour. The last 3 times I’ve used it this has happened and half the time y’all don’t have half my order in stock. If you can’t handle the influx of orders then you shouldn’t be taking as many orders for the day. Figure it out Kroger.

Due to having an at-risk household, my husband and I have been depending primarily on pickups during the pandemic. After multiple bad experiences at this location, we have come to learn that the service at this particular location is absolutely atrocious. It doesnt matter whether we show up early or late for our pickups; it takes FOREVER to receive our groceries and we end up spending nearly an hour waiting in our car every time. We do not lay the blame on those essential workers doing the delivering, but Kroger itself needs to step it up and have more staff available for pickups (or possibly be better organized?). We have not experienced this at other nearby locations (smaller stores even), so Im not sure what exactly is happening in Calhoun!

I have never been treated the way I was treated tonight, the deli department was BEYOND rude. I understand if you’ve had a rough day but if you are taking it out on your customers there is a problem and you shouldn’t even be working with the public period. Horrible customer service.

Kroger is a store with about everything you can think of that you would want to eat .thats not only just a food store it has medicines you can buy your lottery tickets there you can pay your cable bill ,your phone bill, you know theres so many things you can do at Kroger, buy gas at a reduced price

This is the busiest red-light in calhoun. Ive had two wrecks in this part of town. Beware of the red-light that. Crosses 53 and 41.....there is NO RED-LIGHT! if you have an accident be sure it doesnt fall on you.

The slowest and rudest pharmacy I have ever done business with. I came back when I was told my prescription was ready and it still wasn’t ready. I asked how long and Shelby told me “with that attitude, it will take much longer”. I needed my antibiotics due to having COVID 19. I won’t have any scrips filled here again, much less buy groceries. I’ll drive an hour out of my way and give my money to Publix!! Future customers beware! If zero stars were an option, I would’ve chose that option.

Being proud to call New Orleans home for over 60 years, when visiting friends in Georgia, and upon seeing a King Cake in their local Kroger, we bought one for our friends to enjoy.When we cut into this dry, tasteless imposter of a king cake (with a little k and c) we were so embarrassed, especially since it came from an old bakery in the New Orleans area.Next time I purchase a King Cake for friends from out of town, Ill geaux to Rouses, where they know how to bake delicious REAL TRADITIONAL New Orleans KING CAKES.

Can’t bring 20$ bills to buy money order . I don’t know what the reason?

This is my first choice in this small town, but honestly the last two times Ive gone to this location to purposely buy something from the deli they seem to always be out or to busy to assist me. I dont think requesting an 8pc chicken or 20pc hot wings is asking for a lot. I was literally told today that it would be a 30 to 40 minute wait on hot wings. Why advertise an item and not keep it in stock.

I like that they have a healthy section on one side of the store. Never have trouble finding what I need compared to other grocery stores. I also appreciate how they always give their card holders gas points.

Pretty disappointed that Kroger pharmacy cannot accept payments over the phone with a debit card thats kind of weird I think they should update their systems

This is my local Kroger. Great prices and they have great manager specials and sales. Staff is friendly. Quality is mid range. Nothing fancy but pretty good all around. I shop here often and enjoy my experience.

Very good - but - very busy - called several times for help on intercom - out of organic aloe Vera juice - 2 weeks now. Organic greens did not look good. Young black make cashier - excellent - knowledgeable and professional and wonderful smile !!!

Very small aisles. Unable to turn shopping cart around in many areas. Staff is friendly but not worth the frustration of the store layout. Shopping is NOT a pleasure. I miss Publix.

Always have what I need. I love that you get cents off your gas with the purchases you make in the store. Did you know you can sign up your non-profits too. They donate a lot of food to the food pantry I volunteer at. So they will always get my business.

Ordered Thanksgiving dinner for our company observance. The meal WAS fully cooked (as advertised), but was completely frozen. Needless to say, our Thanksgiving lunch was a little late.On the other hand, this is always a clean and thriving location that serves the community well!

They have a wide assortment of products. When something doesnt turn out to be as good as you hoped, they are eager to help. Their gas prices are good, and shopping points make them even better.

Was in Express Lane today!!! I had 7 items! Lady in front had $300 worth of food. There were other Ianes open with just a buggy ahead! I was 20 minutes in the line! Express Lane? Called store...if the other lanes have 1-2 people who want to check express lane can open to them!!! I had passed other checkouts not full! Store management needs to reevaluate!!! Going to talk to them tomorrow!!!

Much better than Walmart in many ways. Like the sandwich I got earlier and the 2 meat tray my girlfriend got. The deli makes Walmarts look like a curbside stand. I buy as much heres I can. I love it.

Had to use Western Union. Only 1 person helping people. Had a problem with the one she was helping and nobody else came to help her. She even started asking other workers to get someone. But could not get anyone to help. 3 people walked out that was in front of me. Dont know how long they had been waiting. I finally got tired and walked out also.

Today i went to get gifts for my wife for a gender reveal and when i called the bakery to ask if they could fill cupcakes with pink filling they were very rude and hung up on me after saying it was not possible to do. I went to management and thanks to Tristen i got what i needed. The ladies in the bakery were very rude and didnt want to help me even in person and when they were asked why not one of the ladies said she wasnt working over and she had a kid to pick up, then went on to say it wouldnt be done till tomorrow morning. I understand her being upset but it was very unprofessional. Luckily tristen the manager got one of the employees to do it for me and he did a very good job in about 10 minutes. My family was surprised and after a bad day dealing with rude people it ended up being a really good day. I would love to give it 5 stars because they are usually always nice and do a great job but after today id have to say the ladies in the bakery really shocked me. I want to thank tristen for everything she made it possible for my wife and me and to the man in the bakery that did it for us THANK YOU! You did an awesome job and our family loved them. Ill probably be back to get another dozen or so. Hopefully this time it isnt as bad or ill be calling corporate.

I have found groceries at Kroger stores to be a bit more over priced than any other store of this type. However, they generally have a better selection of specialty items and wine than those same stores. This Kroger is no different.

This Kroger has horrible customer service WHEN they actually have customer service. The store was very busy today and we were in self checkout, kept having problem so customer service had to help. It took 10 minutes to find anyone to help. The individual never spoke one word out loud. It then took another 20 minutes to finish checkout where we continued to have difficulties with their computer checkout. The only way I will ever go back is of every store within 30 square miles is closed. I would give zero stars if possible.

Sale items were in stock today! Yippie. But, you spend a lot of money promoting your digital coupons but dont have wifi in your stores for us to access our saved coupons.

Unable to load there stupid downloadable coupons in the store. You cant save anything in there store unless you devote your time to doing this type of stuff. And it discriminates against people who dont have access to computers or know how to use them like a lot of older people. I know my husband would be in able to do this. I just left from there there website wouldnt work while I was in there. So I wouldnt get any of the savings so Im want to Aldi.
