Guess park where ever u want is the way this works. Hot shot truck 9ft out into the isle not even a parking space. People are nice that work here the only thing worth the stars.

Its the usual pilot. Nice employees pretty much a decent verity in goods.

Clean showers and clean surroundings. Lots of parking for long distance drivers.

This is a converted Wilco bought out by Pilot. Thats why the place is less than ideal. Bathrooms need to be renovated. Staff may need to be retrained as far as cleaning etc... The bathroom was clean on this visit...Food choices are Wendys and DQ. DQ has hotdogs and artisan sandwiches/wraps with chips, no fries.Wendys was on their game, but DQ was really slow. I think their soft serve machine is on its last leg. Decent sized lot. Had no trouble finding parking at 7:00pm.

I stopped in for gas and bought two mellow yellow where when I got to the register the cashier argued they werent. The manager told her it was only with the flying pilot card. Which she got one and rang it up but didnt give it to me. She then told me she didnt have the change to give back to me if I didnt have the 12 cents. So instead of asking her manager for 88 cents or setting the gas pump for 10.88 she kept the change in her drawer. Rude customer service 🙄🙄🙄🙄

With one exception, this Pilot meets the high standard I have come to expect from Pilot. The restrooms were clean, modern, and well stocked. The service at checkout was attentive and friendly. The store was well stocked and spacious. It has the distinction of having two restaurants - Wendy’s and Dairy Queen. My only complaint is that they have the Dunkin’ Donuts Express coffee setup instead of the typical Pilot coffee bar. They did still have the Pilot coffee beans and roasts, but you couldn’t do a fresh ground cup. That being said, the coffee was fresh, so I can’t complain too much. I guess I have gotten spoiled.

Kind staff, good selection of souvenirs, and clean bathrooms. What more can you ask for.

This is more a review of the Wendys restaurant attached to the Pilot than the Pilot Travel Center. The Pilot is fine, no complaints. The Wendys is a different story. Why have signage all over your restaurant saying use the Wendys app if your location does not accept the app?!? Thats incredibly misleading. Fine, whatever. I asked to substitute my fries in my #7 combo for a side salad also, something Ive done many times before at many other locations without issue. I am even okay with a slight up charge to do so. This location cannot do that because they dont have a button for that option. Then the debit card reader malfunctioned and needed to be reset. When the first woman walked away from the counter she said she would be back in 2 minutes. We NEVER saw her again. Ten minutes later we were still waiting to pay. We finally said just take cash because we have a loaded semi sitting outside waiting for us. The staff member who initially helped us couldnt be bothered to get off her cell phone. The one who finally took our cash even complained about her coworker who wouldnt get off the phone. A spiky haired blonde named Katherine was the one with the cell phone permanently attached to her ear. The other woman finally came over thinking she was coming to take our order. Lastly, after getting back to our truck we realized that while we werent charged for it we also didnt get everything wed ordered as items requested in addition to the two combos ordered were not in the bag or on the receipt. That escaped our notice inside in our frustration with the other nonsense going on. We pulled out in a loaded semi very agitated and my husband, who was driving, was also left very hungry still, after this stop. Not a good way to be when youre driving down the road after midnight with a loaded trailer behind you.

Overall clean truck stop. No issues. Restrooms were clean.

I am visiting my family from out of state and have been staying in a camper. The camper is very nice but the heat is propane. I ran out of propane in the middle of the night and someone suggested I go here. Not only did they go out of their way to provide exceptional service, they also remained incredibly professional and kind.

Clean and employees are super nice. Will definately return💗

Large center. Has a DQ and Windys with it.

Ice cream machine was not working. If you bought 3 items from the cooler, you got ten cents off per gallon of gas. Condiments for ice cream left out open, uncovered on cart. Other food items like heated corn dogs, etc. also out in the open.

They have a little bit of everything.

Bathrooms need a better cleaning schedule but the place itself was clean, and people were very friendly.

This Pilot was great. Used the shower facility, and it was immaculate. Appeared to be recently renovated, or just well kept up. The custodian asked me on the way out if I enjoyed the shower, and I said definitely. He was very nice and does an awesome job! Stop by this one if you need to rest before continuing.

You might be tempted to go a little further down the road to the bigger Flying J, but I must say this might be one of my favorite Pilot locations. The truck parking is spacious(unlike most Pilots), the lot is clean, the bathrooms are immaculate and the staff is super friendly! Completely enjoyed my stay over Thanksgiving

Clean shower, nice easy to get into spots. Unfortunately a lot of spots are at a slant, But not a big deal. Good food options on this pilot. Spent 34 hours here with no complaints.

Horrible service at Wendy’s. Only 2 people working. Waited 30 minutes to order and never got helped. Only food option for drivers that paid for fuel AND to park!!! Waste of money and tome to stop here!!!!

Convenient stop directly off of the Interstate exit.

Terrible service, one pump did not work, drove to another pump and it did not work either, had to go in and see a clerk who was aware the pumps were not working and yet they did not alert customers scanning their credit cards. Finally after third pump got gas and it was out of paper so had to wait in line back in a dirty store to get a receipt. Terrible with a capital T

Pilot never disappoints and this location was no exception. Very clean store with spotless bathrooms and plenty of things to choose from in the aisles. Workers were fast and friendly with a professional appearance. Have never had a bad experience at a Pilot and i doubt youll have one here ever.

You can usually find parking here, although, they have implemented pay to park slots since the last time I was here. Dont appreciate this since it has taken approximately 20 spots up. Still a good, clean stop with very friendly staff. Really good truck wash right across from parking lot as well

Nice truck stop. Clean bathrooms. Two restaurants. I ate at one but want to give equal billing but since my brain cant think if the second I wont name the first.

The Wendys in here have more flies in it than 10 venus fly traps can catch..omg talk about unsanitary conditions. Two stars is for the restroom cleanliness. Then they forgot to make my order so they say wow..

Pilot Travel Centers have always been a favorite. Quick Service, friendly smiles. This location went beyond their call of service. Management and staff were very helpful with accommodating my 85 yr old Mother and her disabilities. Thank you Pilot Staff members for a wonderful experience.

Sometimes the floors are dirty and sometimes they have rude people at the register but most of the time its pretty decent. I just cant give it 5 stars because they dont keep the lines down when trying to cash out by using two employees and truck drivers have a hard time with being in line for a drink or a scale ticket and it takes alot of time for something so small

If ya need some variety, stop on in at Pilot! This place is like a lil variety shop, restaurant, coffee bar, and convenient store all in one! Bathrooms were clean, employees were friendly, and the store was easy to navigate! We stop at a lot of different places traveling back and forth to Georgia, but I always remember to stop here!

Staff with the Pilot is usually friendly and helpful. The facilities are always clean. Only issues Ive ever had there are that the restaurants co-located with the Pilot Center are not always well stocked. I stopped in there at least once a month for about 10 years and never had an issue.

Restrooms were in a different place than expected, but there was a huge sign I missed at the entrance. Allover this Pilot Travel Central was clean and service friendly. I ordered a chocolate and a vanilla senior Frosty, yummy.

Bathroom was dirty. There was toilet paper shredded all over the floor and toilets had pee all over the seats. Aside from the bathroom everything else was great. The attendants were very kind and helpful. Donuts were delicious and there was a good variety.

I stopped in for my 30 minute break I used the restroom and I went to get a strawberry sundae from Dairy Queen and the girl that took my order and I both noticed what look like sex trafficking she went and notified the manager but they kind of really overlooked it... We both seen what was going on and no one seemed to care. And did not care what I had to say very disappointed its probably a safe haven for sex traffickers while they travel.

Come on Pilot! Coffee tastes lik BS!! No Pizza. Its time to upgrade your coffee machines.

If you go in their in the evening they are very helpful and smiling with you.very clean,oh yeah they had great music playing. I was there all night and it was pleasant until my car battery died or something.roadside assistance still wasnt there after an hour and a half so I tried the key and car started what go you know. I was really tired so I didnt leave right away.was on my laptop not bothering anybody then this dark skinned man driving the cart for trash kept staring at me and giving me dirty looksIf he looks that way at everyone hes going to make you lose business I promise you.

Dropped my oil lid behind my engine and couldnt see it or get to it. The maintenance man (he said his name but I dont remember) was sooooo helpful getting it out. Im so grateful to the sweet staff.

Big lot for a pilot and Arbys is good showers are great BUT parking is difficult. Hard to get out of because so many trucks parking where they arent suppose to. In the mornings people are parked everywhere on ramps etc.

No restrooms due to remodeling. Relatively safe. Plenty of light and parking for a couple of hours rest. Many others with same idea. McDs and Loves truck stop. Worked in a pinch.

Clean, open early, friendly staff even before the sun was up. Pumps were kept clean and no over flowing trash. Weird intersection, but thats not really their issue just more of a heads up if youre passing through....

AMAZING! Showers are VERY wheelchair and handicapped accessable. Rich and the other staff have GREAT customer service and manners.

The bathrooms could use cleaning. You can tell they have been cleaned in the past 24 hours but need better monitoring

We were excited to see a dog park until we got there and saw all the dog poop. I dont know why people cannot pick up after their dogs that is just being lazy and disgusting! Some always have to ruin it for others.

There is a Dairy Queen and Wendys along with convenience store and gas. The ladies restroom was clean. The mens restroom was not as clean as it should have been. They do have showers.

Maybe it was just my night, but this is one of the quietest truck stops Ive been to. It fills up at night just like the rest. But nice employees and I actually got to sleep !

Good station; the only reason I put 4 stars is because gas pumped quite a bit slower than the typical gas pump.

Nice clean store. Lots of truck parking. Has a Wendys and a Dairy Queen. And it has a nice pond beside of it.

A good place for gas, snacks or a meal. There is a Dennys that is open 24 hours. The only thing that I dont like it is awkward getting back on the interstate. You have to go a little out of your way and make a u-turn. It is not a huge deal but a little annoying.

Stopped by for coffee and to use the bathroom! The store and restrooms were very clean, the Columbian coffee is fresh they also have 5 different creamers to pick from not including milk n creamer!

This was a good pilot location. There was an eatery and a dq. The bathrooms were really clean and they had a built In baby changer, but wasnt big enough for my two year old. Lots of snack options and drinks as well as a shower location for truckers or long travels. Very friendly staff.

I give this Pilot a A+!!! Is cleaner then most of them in the South, easy get on and off. The Wendys was very quick with fresh hot food!

I appreciated the variety of foods offered (though had my mouth set on DQ flame broiled burger), as well as A Dunkins kiosk. The stores were clean, as was the womens bathroom, and everyone was friendly.My best surprise though, was walking in & hearing a Laura Story song, lyrics & all.

Great place. The staff is very friendly and the showers are always clean. I come here on a regular basis to fuel up and shower and I’ve always felt satisfied with the service.

Cigarette prices were not correct by a be out 40cents .. and guy working register needed a better personality..

The biscuit at Wendys was ok, but the frontline employee looked and sounded ill and coughed into her hand before packaging my order and now I am sick. They need to to teach them to cough into the arm, not hand, and stay home if sick.

A wonderful place to do and get gas. They are cheap on gas and great you as soon as you walk in! Coffee is hot ALL the time and i havent ever seen them run out of anything thing!!!

Being a RV driver makes the pilot travel centers a wonderful station. High pressure air for the tires, plenty of parking, and great gas prices. And if your a good sam, pilot and flying Js offer gas dicount to RVERS.

Was disappointed that the DQ was closed so early. I was jonesing for a shake on a long dtive.

The employees are super nice and ready to serve you in any way. If you have a problem all you have to do is tell the manager and boom its fixed.

Perfect timing to get to pump as pumps were almost all full. Store was quick to ring sale. Way to go Pilot!

Dont you dare think you could stop here and get something to eat this is my second visit here and it will be my last every time I come here theres no hot dogs on the grill no sandwiches hot in the warmer and the line at Wendys is unbelievably long because the employee spend more time talking than they do working

Cleanest restrooms of the day.. traveling 18hours its nice to stop at pilot.

Store was great but the traffic pattern to EXIT was the biggest mess Ive had to go through in a very long time. Neither trucks nor cars have an easy time leaving the location.

It was much better as a Hess could always find a parking place now its packed by 8:00 pm and they charge for some parking so thats cut the available parking some, on the good side they have kept the old Hess stores so far

Best food. Best restaurants clean bathrooms. Very clean outside. No trash blowing around. Friendly staff.

Got fuel n gas as we were traveling to move south. Found some good buys on shirts n couple other gifts. Its ok would go bk.

There is zero reason for this place to have less than a 4 star average review! It was super clean when I visited, the restrooms looked great and the staff were friendly. Plus theres a Wendys and Dairy Queen, so if you want a Blizzard with your Baconator you can have at it!!
