I have been using this store off and on for years. It is really a hit or miss with customer service and availability of a lot of products. I have seen gas prices go up 3 times in a single day here. Granted, thats not every day but it has happened many times. If they change the POS system, the cashiers wont inform customers whether unused prepay gas payments revert back to card used or if you need to return inside for a refund. Some of the cashiers they have are so rude that when you see its them, you just leave and go elsewhere. Only some will ask about your rewards card. Others seem to get agitated when you remind them you have one and they have already finished the transaction to the point of payment because they didnt pay attention when you told them you have one. They dont let you know if the system is down, which happens often. Rewards customers have to allot points before purchase. So if the system is down and arent informed, you think you are using points and saving money when that is not the case. I would not use this location if it were not so close to home and if the gas didnt work as well as it does in my vehicle.When some of the nicer cashiers are working, the shopping experience is tends to feel better, even if the store is sold out of what Im looking for. Most customers do not expect overly fawning employees but do expect them to be polite and helpful. Hiring the right people for the job would definitely help the turnover rate in this establishment and keep customers loyal. It is in an optimal location to be a very lucrative business if the corporate office worked with managers and employees to better serve the customers and be more consistent with products and pricing. Most evenings at dusk, it looks closed due to the outdoor lighting being off. It is a hazard to pedestrians in the parking lot and highway traffic cannot tell the establishment is open for business. Regulars know but this location gets a lot of traffic from Out of Towners. When transfer trucks/bobtails will be parked for extended periods/overnight, they should not park so close to the entrance and exits from the highway. Some tend to park right at the top of the hill coming/going from the 41 side. It impedes the flow of traffic safely. There is also a deep pothole there that some vehicles could sustain damage from. Most vehicles could straddle the pothole but if a vehicle is parked there, it must be driven around.

I walked in there at almost 6 A.M. and stood at the counter alone for at least five minutes. There was not a soul to be found. Finally as Im getting ready to walk out some huge lady walks from the back and says Can I help you? In a rude way as if she wanted me to say no and leave. I had litteraly stood there so long I just forgot the name of what I even stopped for. I asked if they had any chew and said I couldnt remember the name of it. (I dont use tobacco, its not for me.) She tells me I dont know, I dont chew. Fair enough, apparently you dont take personal hygiene seriously either judging by your presentation. BUT I digress. I quickly remembered the chew was called Redman as soon as she informed me she did not chew, so I asked for a bag of Redman. This gal really just said Nope and looked at me. Is automation really that bad? Seems like it will solve the lack of customer service most businesses bring to the table these days. Its not stuck up customers or entitled people 90% of the time that get treated like this, its a customer just looking for a little help. So until automation rolls around and does away with this gem of a cashier (Assuming this outdated place would ever get with the times) my money spends just as well at the gas station a mile away from this one.

Closes between 2 and 3am didnt open back up till 3:30am should say 3:30am if thats when they open back
