Please note this review has nothing to do with the actual pharmacy part of the store. All of my experience so far with the pharmacy itself has been wonderful. I had to transfer a prescription and everything from my call to transfer the prescription to when I picked up my medication at the pharmacy was great. The techs were very nice and my checkout process was easy.However, I had to buy a few more items and that is where my experience went down hill. Firstly, most, if not all items in the store are extremely over priced. Im not sure who can afford to shop here without coupons or discounts, I certainly cant.When I went to check out there was one person in front of me. I got told to use the self checkout and when I declined and said I would wait, I got the dirtiest look from the cashier. My husband and I decided to attempt the self checkout to avoid any further unpleasantries. We had problems at self checkout, but the cashier had left the front and was obviously not returning any time soon. We gave up and decided to pay the expensive price of an item because we couldnt wait any longer. When we went to pay, the help light came on and said we needed cashier assistance. At this point, the cashier came back out. She came over to the self check out in a huff, scanned her card to clear the error and immediately turned away. I made a point to thank her, but there was no reply.I know this review may seem long, but my experience was so bad that I probably wont be returning. It takes a lot to offend me, but this finally did it.Warning others so they can avoid the rudeness of the front end customer service. Major attitude adjustment needed at this store!

Absolutely Unbelievable! HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE! I’m seriously getting sick of CVS unfortunately I don’t have a choice, or I’d be using another Pharmacy! I called 3 different times, put directly on hold! Sat for 45 minutes and the call kept dropping! So I go there! Sat in drive thru for 45 minutes, finally get to the window and the dang girl couldn’t find me!😳😳👍🏻 Seriously???I give her my phone with all my account information and she says “you’ll need to come in for us to locate you”! Seriously??? That’s why I was in the dang drive thru!! So I go in! Unbelievable!! There was a long line as well!👿👿👿I’m seriously changing coverage at open enrollment, just so I don’t have to us CVS! Y’all seriously need help!

Unfortunately contracted in with CVS through insurance provider. Long wait times, mediocre customer service, and a system that doesn’t work well. I used the Prepay feature on my CVS app. The amount was charged to my Amex and I received a confirmation but they still made me pay at the window for the same amount. The only explanation was “this has happened before but not sure how to fix it.... do you want to come back later and try again?” No...? I suppose I will dispute the charge on my Amex as a resolution.. I understand the pre-pay feature is supposed to be for convenience but it was not convenient at all and actually took more time than expected.

This is the worst CVS Ive ever stepped foot into. ended up leaving my items on the counter and leaving the store before anyone even knew I was there. lucky Im not a thief. prices are absolutely insanely jacked up, especially for things that are completely necessary.. such as first aid compression wraps and reusable cold packs. theyre profiting way too much off of other peoples misfortune.

Aweful service. They couldn’t give me the passport pictures due to his failing printing machine. They couldn’t come up with a fast resolution. Instead they had me waiting for an hour. When they could just informed customer sooner to go somewhere else.

My doctor called a prescription in to this cvs and when we went to pick it up they did not have it even though my doctor said it went through to their system. We then called the next morning where I was met with a 30 minutes of waiting on the phone for an answer with no pick up. I finally hung up and called the front store. She answered very politely and transferred me to the back where they still did not answer after she informed them I was on the line. Thank God I was not picking up a life saving medicine from this pharmacy or I would be out of luck.

Worst pharmacy I’ve ever used. Wait times are ridiculous and they are often out of stock of medications. They have had my refill/pickup dates wrong several times. Oftentimes waiting for days and days without my medication waiting for them to get my refills done. I will be switching pharmacies ASAP. Oh and they NEVER answer pharmacy calls.

Square peg goes into a square hole, a round peg goes into a round hole.... The pharmacy couldnt even supply the correct test strips to put in a blood sugar monitor and have admitted its their fault! This is highly frustrating when youve just been diagnosed with gestational diabetes and dont have the gas in your car to drive 15 minutes AGAIN to the drug store to pick up what should have been correct in the first place! Who wants to run their hard earned money out for someone elses idiotic mistake. And of course, they act like its no big deal! Great way to stress out someone pregnant and worried! Way to go cvs Calhoun!! Maybe you should try to play matching card games on your brakes to sharpen your skills!!!

The overall customer service is horrible, they treat you like a common criminal just because of the type of medication you pick up. The cvs in Calhoun Georgia has the worst service of any pharmacy store Ive ever used. Please if anyone can do anything about the bias service this store offers to its customers,please do so. Thank you.

Terrible customer service and long rediculous waits. Meds called in on Thursday and here I am at closing time on the following Monday still waiting. Was told they would be ready for pick up at 6 pm. Frustrating as hell my time matters too!
