I must say that there are a lot of places to buy flooring in Dalton it being the flooring capital of the world. The difference at Dodds are two things customer service and price of the material. They have a very knowledgeable man there that knows any and everthing about Hardwoods, Engineered Hardwoods. Chuck took time with me and answered every question I had (sometimes twice)When I shop at Dodds Chuck is your man.

I just purchased carpet for the upstairs of my house and I am very satisfied with my choice! I was assisted by Jeffrey who was very helpful and took his time to explain the differences in a few carpet materials that I had asked him about. He answered all my questions or concerns. He offered samples on the ones I liked. I went home and placed it on my floor to see how it would look with certain lightings in the rooms and it was perfect! I didn’t feel pressured. I went back a few days later and purchased it! Best of all, I bought my great quality carpet at a great price! The customer service at Dodd’s was exceptional! Thanks again Jeffrey!

My elderly parents used them and were very disappointed. They delivered the wrong flooring, had most of it installed before my parents returned home. When the issue was addressed they said they were sorry. They could buy back the unused flooring but wouldnt do anything about the mistake of installing the wrong floor. My parents had to buy new flooring from another company and just tear out perfectly good flooring that they paid for. What a waste of time and money. Dodds error but they wont make it right. .

I have bought carpets and hardwoods from Dodds three times over the past 2 yrs. We built a house, replaced floors in a different house, and are now finishing our basement. Mr. Dodds employees have been very helpful with picking out the right stuff. The installers have been very professional. I highly recommend!
