Since men dont usually like flowers I was looking for a place locally to get a gift basket for my husband. I wanted something like a meat and cheese basket. I found The Flower Cottage on google and called them. They did an amazing job! I was so pleased and my husband loved it. I had just given them an idea of what I was looking for and let them do the rest. The basket was so full of goodies and the delivery charge was very reasonable compared to other places. We really got our moneys worth and it was a pleasure doing business with them. I would recommend, especially if your looking for something for him as places that have delivery gifts for men are hard to find. I will use for Valentines and Birthdays now😊 Thank you.

When they say “any occasion”, they aren’t kidding! I ordered a flower arrangement for a dinner I hosted this week and what I received was nothing less than a work of art. The ordering process was easy and the staff was knowledgeable. I gave them my ideas and they took care of the rest and even offered to deliver them! I procrastinated and ordered the same day I needed the arrangement but The Flower Cottage finished with time to spare and under my budget!The arrangement: It was full of silver dollars, blush roses, and the biggest, most beautiful Dahlias I’ve ever seen! Who would have imagined that kind of mix? Each fresh flower complimented the next. The dahlias were definitely the “talking” pieces and added an unexpected touch of class. I am absolutely a regular customer now. THANK YOU FLOWER COTTAGE!!

My nephews had the flower cottage deliver a gorgeous bouquet of flowers to my mother for mother’s day, she was so pleased. She has raved about the fragrance all day! Multiple breeds and varied colors make this bouquet very unique. Her first word when she saw the bouquet was“Wow!!” Thanks Flower Cottage!

I went to vist this shop today, but appeared to be gone out of business! Thankful I was able to find another florist in town that was open.

There was a great mix up concerning my flower arrangement. My wife ordered it and thought we could just pick it up. The flower arrangement would not fit into my F-150 Ford truck. It has four doors. Trying to put the arrangement into the truck the flower arrangement hit the truck and the flowers started to fall off of the arrangement. In fact trying to get it out of the building the lady hit the door facing and not some of the flowers off of the arrangement. Finally they decided they would have to deliver it to the funeral home in Rossville, Georgia. Unfortunately for me that was another $30. Also I was supposed to have been at the funeral home at 3 p.m. for the family time. I was 40 minutes late because I had sat at the floral shop so long. The flower arrangement did look really nice. It was very pretty. But they customer service of helping to make sure it got to its destination on time had much to be desired. In fact when other ladies arrived during this process they even stated that when my wife was on the phone they should have stated that it would need to be driven by someone driving a van in order to get it to the destination. The lady the second lady, stated that she should have inquired as to what kind of vehicles me and my wife on. It did worry me of how easily the flowers were falling off of the arrangement. As for the price of the arrangement. The arrangement was just under $200. My wife did steak that similar Arrangements in Chattanooga would be $350. So the prices of the work at the floral shop were very reasonable. The customer service portion of this experience had much to be desired unfortunately.

Was referred to them by a friend in the area. Have a male co-worker that was having surgery and wanted to do a gift basket with a chocolate theme. Contacted the ladies at the Flower Cottage and they were very helpful from the ordering process to the delivery process. Basket was a huge hit!

I called to request a spray of gladiolus for my uncles funeral. She did inform that they did not have enough gladiolus for the entire arrangement and asked if she could supplement with some additional, different flowers. What was delivered was the tackiest thing I have ever seen for a funeral. It had a bow in the center, a small amount of gladiolus and mostly yellow daisies. I called to discuss my disappointment in the arrangement, as I did not think the yellow daisies (nor the bow) were an appropriate choice of flower for a funeral. The pictures on the shops website do not reflect what they actually provide.She asked what I wanted I wanted from her and if I wanted a refund. I said that a refund would be great and she said that she would be able to give a refund because she did not deliver dead flowers to the funeral.I just thought the entire thing was handled entirely inappropriately and unprofessional. The lady was extremely rude, sarcastic and uncompassionate, especially since I was quite calm throughout the entire exchange.

Just wanted to say thank you. I found your site while looking on internet for a local florist in the calhoun area. The lady that morning was very nice and patient with me. I decided after a few minutes of her explaing the containers they had to offer on a red vase because the person I was sending it to loved red and ask her to do the arrangement as she thought best.Her customer service was something that more business should adhered too. Most of all the arrangement that she done was beautiful. I just wanted to say thank you. the arrangement that she made, made my daughters day.
