I paid over $800 for front end suspension work that was nevef done. I even sued Mr Hayes. I NEVER got the work completed or my money back.

Please save yourself the trouble of going here. I’ve felt with this shop for a year now, they used to fix issues quickly and efficiently, but over the coarse of a few months, it’s went downhill. My suburban was worked on by them several times within a short timespan, every time I brought it in they would take weeks to finish, never keeping me updated, and once I drove off a new issue came up or they wouldn’t correctly do it the first time. Took it back 3 times for my A/C. Also, recently I asked them to check my motor mounts, somehow they decided to randomly replace the UV joints and when I got it back, it had a terrible vibration at 70 mph. Didn’t happen before they replaced the UV joints. Took it back to them, he complained about working on it for free, kept it for over a week. I had to drive there myself to check up on it because he wouldn’t answer my phone calls. He swore he fixed it and it was driving good. Guess what, it wasn’t. He’s a liar, and pretty much a thief. Please, save yourself the hassle and go to another local shop.

Needed a motor mount on my Tahoe replaced. Called them Friday they said that if I dropped it off over the weekend they’d take care of it first thing Monday morning. Wasn’t long after they opened I got a call saying it was ready . Very trustworthy and very reasonable on labor cost! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This man was so nice and took great care of my vehicle. The AC Condenser in my Nissan had a hole, so I brought it here and the service was great! I highly recommend him. Not to mention that the cost was exponentially lower than any other place in town.

Don and Rick are the Best mechanics Ive ever had ! Honest, trustworthy , cannot beat prices and service! Would not trust my cars with anyone else !!!! You just cant find mechanics like them these days , I cant say enough about Don and Rick they have gotten my cars up and running everytime and very inexpensive every time. Don and Rick are great mechanics and great guys !!! I cant say enough about them and their very appreciated work they do ...Thank you Don and Rick. If i could give more stars i would. Took my truck to this shop and was given a set price in which was paid off within days of truck being there, after paying off the amount my truck sat weeks and excuse after excuse was given to me as to why the truck wasnt even touched. Finally got fed up and went to them and said if they cant get it going then Ill get refunded and find another shop, then all of a sudden the truck was moved. Now the total price includes parts and labor. After another week the truck was running and I was charged another amount for more parts. Not to mention the parts Ive already paid for was misplaced and I had to locate another set of trans lines as well as other parts. Truck wont stay running unless holding the gas down and the next morning it was knocking and wont run. Im also missing gauges that I left in the truck. Another set of gauges were not even fully wired up, hoses are connected. Was told parts were replaced but they were the same parts I put on lol.... called about the issues and the owner hung up on us and refused to answer another call from us. What a business???? I highly do not recommend this shop.

I do not understand how this place has positive reviews. This shop is the reason mechanics have such a bad reputation. I took my truck in this past November and they told me it was a timing chain issue, which somehow expanded to include the radiator and rod bearings and took FOUR MONTHS to finish.Once I picked it up, I go a few days of ok driving before breaking down twice on the interstate & six times in town. Took the truck back, picked it up yesterday and am currently unable to go anywhere because it wont start. Again.Also, Donnie says he will call / keep you updated but that is a lie. Every call was initiated by me and I had to start going to the shop every other day to see what was happening. At one point, they had my truck torn apart and apparently didnt out it back together correctly. Whats the point of having a warranty that never produces a working vehicle?No Im out $800 + with no vehicle to show for it. If you are looking for quality work and great service DO NOT COME HERE.

Needed a Tube up Job on our van, easy right? Nope apparently not to these people. Charged almost 300 dollars to replace one part, they swear they replaced the spark plugs but it doesnt look like anything had been done, they also put that one part on wrong. Do not waste your money here, they over charge for hardly any work at all and obviously dont know what they are doing.

We had an excellent experience here when our alternator died while traveling cross country. They were kind and very affordable. Working past their operating hours to make sure we were able to get back on the road before the end of the day really made our day. What could have been a very difficult and costly problem was resolved quickly and at a very first price. My only negative is that they are not in our hometown the next time our van needs work. Extremely trustworthy.

We were hit by a tractor trailer tire on the interstate near calhoun on a Saturday. We called North Georgia Auto Repair and told them what happened and that there may be damage to the radiator. They stayed open until we arrived via tow truck, looked over the van and immediately let us know that they thought we could drive the van home to be repaired because the radiator hadnt been busted. Honest and helpful. We are so grateful for their expertise and their integrity.

They are great. We were three hours away from our destination, when a tube started spraying fluid. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem, got a part quickly from a supplier and solved the problem. Then looked over the engine to make sure everything else looked good before sending us on our way. All three of the service men including the owner were very friendly, very professional and very helpful. THANK YOU! Rich from Florida

This place is terrible!!!!! They kept my car for 4 months always had an excuse to why it wasnt fixed, never called me i had to always call them, liars and disrespectful to my car, i had to go and have it towed out of there they left my car in pieces inside and took my kids carseats out slammed them in the trunk and broke my picture of a loved one, also my wedding ring was missing, and my tire was flat they didnt care about any of that, and charged me for things my car didnt even need seeing as its still broken down, these ppl are the worst mechanics alive , DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE!

I payed Don from N. GA Auto Repair $600 to fix my car a while ago. He made a poor attempt once, and the car continued having the same problems. I brought it back, and he continuously reassured me it would be fixed soon. After nearly a year of him giving me the run around, I eventually gave up and bought a new car. Long story short, he later had my car towed without ever contacting me or providing any sort of proof of the incident. I spoke with the local police department in regards to the situation, and they told me its not the first time theyve heard things like this in regards to him. Needless to say, hes untrustworthy. I would seriously consider going elsewhere if I were you.

Took almost 3 weeks to fix the rear end in my car when I broke down while traveling to Atlanta. Driving back to Missouri I noticed the car vibrating. I had pay my local shop in Missouri to replace the rearend again because of their sloppy work.

Has been working on the same car for almost a month now. Keeps finding new problems and waiting for more parts to come in.
