The folks were nice and courteous.Repairs look good. They even touched up a place. They handled all of the insurance hassle Only drawback was it took twice as long for the repair than I was originally told. There could have been better communication.They said there was unusual circumstances. Ill give them the benefit of the doubt.

Thank you to everyone at Tommy Whites that worked on my car. You all did an amazing job. Relatively small fender bender and they worked with State Farm and did a very proper job. Attention to detail is very impressive. Barely had to interact with the staff but when I did, everyone was prompt and polite. I detail my car regularly but when I got it back, even I was shocked how clean and detailed everything was. Looks absolutely perfect.

These guys are awesome they did a fabulous job on my truck. You would never know I took down a three point buck with the front right corner of my truck.There work is awesome the staff is awesome. Especially the women at the front desk, what a great personality with great customer service. Mr. White, is fantastic too.The work was done very quickly a little longer than expected due to parts they found they needed not on the original estimate. But other than that Im extremely pleased with the results. And I highly recommend using this place if you are every in need of a body shop.They are in the heart of town very easy to notice from the road. It is handicap accessible and the parking is free and a free for all. Meaning just find a spot by the front entrance wherever you can.

Recently took my daughters 2014 Ford Escape to Tommy Whites for repair. Very professional and did a fantastic job. Drivers side front was badly damaged and you literally cannot tell anything ever happened to it. Great work.

Horrible place, they broke my door handle, didn’t put my window in right where a day later it came of the tracks. Caused me to lose my car due to window not being put in right and thus causing water damage to aphoslery and carpet. So thanks for making me lose my car by your incompetent workers.

I went in here to get an estimate to get my truck fixed because a guy ran a redlight and hit me. The lady in the front office was very rude. I will not be back even if they were the only body shop in town!
