Very unprofessional, to the date they have changed the delivery date 3 times and I still have not received part of my furniture. Called to cancel and they state I can not cancel due to them ordering it already. Called corporate and filed a dispute. Overall shady place, would stay away if possible saving a few bucks is not worth the headache. Also they do no answer phone, very hard to get ahold of anyone had to go in person to figure out what was happening. They don’t call to update you in any way.Would give 0/5 stars if possible

I purchased a living room set back in the beginning of December and they were super nice then gave me a delivery date at the end of January the latest, it is now March and still no living room set it is impossible to get a hold of them and when you do they are no help at all i would give them 0 stars dont recommend this place at all, dont waste your time its not worth it

Ruddeeeee peopleee!!! Got the wrong order color went back to tell them that it was not the color i had ordered and they said i order that color to the point where they wanted to call the cops on me for insisting that it was the wrong color.. Really bad customer service especially the females with their loud foul mouth! The boss of the place was rude as well and said that it was that color and if want it or not and did not want to give us the money back. Its just a mess there place safe your time for a better place to get stuff!! Big thumb down 👎

Horrible Service never would I go back to purchase Furniture theyre again. They never deliver on time, furniture is damaged, they never answer there phone. And the worst thing is manager is very rude and belittle his employees specially females

I recently bought a new bed from them, great service good prices, I looked in a couple of places for beds including Yuma, they had the lowest prices. I took my pickup so I didnt need them to deliver. You can bargain on the prices too.

If I had the choice to give it zero stars, I would. I highly do not recommend this place. My bf bought a table set and they took a month to take it to his house. Once they dropped it off, the table was chipped and they said that it was not their fault and they would not give a full refund back. At the end, my bf had no choice but to get another table of the same price range. Another month later (very late delivery again) and he got the new table delivered to his house.

MUY MAL SERVICIO..Horrible customer service..delivered order many months later after purchase, failed to contact me, promised to assemble upon delivery and did not. Delivery driver said he was in a hurry to do so..save your time and money..DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.

Horrible experience with these people if i could leave 0 stars i would. delivery was delayed because they give preference to their customers in Mexicali rather than serving first the ones right down the street. we bought two twin beds that looked beautiful i wont deny that but that quality did not match up to its looks. for the money i spent here i couldve gone to ikea or some big name furniture store and gotten my moneys worth. my advice to anyone reading this is to stay away from this place

Muebleria with sale by catalog and in exhibition in the premises. Excellent staff attention. It is not delivered free outside of Calexico as indicated by the announcement. Slow response in product defects.

They are not punctual with the delivery dates. They say this day arrives and nothing. And on Saturday and Sunday they dont open the winery and they are delayed for two more days. We are sorry in that regard
