Its super irritating to only be able to talk to some mass customer service line. Trying to end the lease on our unit and the customer service line has no idea. They just read a script. Its worse than talking to a robot. Seriously, what happened to being able to actually talk to a location and business when you do business with them ? I would advise emailing them or stopping by if you want actual answers because the staff at the location is actually amazing and super friendly!

I love that you can go up to a kiosk and rent, pay and get your access code to the storage or space you desired. Easy and efficient!

Its ok, found some mouse droppings in my store unit and its very dusty.

Costumer service is not that great when you call, I was on hold for 20 min just to be told that the manager had to call me back for me to make a payment and they never called me back

I had payed for a unit online because when I had originally called the guy had told that was the only way to do it. So I did it that way, and Selected the date I was going to be moving my stuff in and payed just about $150 for the unit so I could move my stuff in that Saturday, I got there Saturday with my stuff and could not find the unit I was given. tried all the doors with the code I was given because I thought it was maybe an inside unit (Later finding out it is) the code did not work on any of the doors. I called the office 5 times that day, left messages and did not hear back, called the Emergency number on the gate, no one answered so I left a message. I called everyday since that Saturday and left messages with no calls returned. Its been four days with no call returned still. My boyfriend happened to catch a lady right before she was leaving the office who was very nice and showed him the unit and explained that they have to approve it when you pay online and that it was their fault. I would of liked a call back from them. Since I put The date that I was coming and got conformation emails as well. Most likely would of never heard back if he hadnt of stopped by. Id not recommend them to anyone, my stuff has been sitting on a trailor outside of where Ive been staying for the past four days due to them not approving my code or calling me back.

I highly recommend Central Self Storage! The customer service provided today was above and beyond.

Its a nice storage facility, but it is also very expensive. My friend was renting a 10x10 climate controlled until which cost him $105/month. Thats allot! I pay $85/month at the StorIt storage place. But, finding a storage unit can be difficult.

Alexandrea was very helpful. Rented a unit and was in amd out in ten minutes. What more could you ask for.

Was renting a unit for a short move time 2 months at the most. Signed there 30 day termination letter the 20th of July which is fine Id be out the 22nd of August, ended up being out the next weekend. I didnt care if they leased it and still charged me till the 22nd. After arguing with the property manager for an hour in two trips got fed up and paid for the whole month of August. If you rent from here be sure to be done the very last day of the month if not they will steal your money and just say oh well. Now I am paying for a full month with nothing in the unit.

This place os great! Came to pickup my Penske truck I rented for the weekend! The lady was polite and courteous! The facility eas extremely clean with lots of packing materials for purchase! Definitely worth the visit, I will be returning to Central Self Storage for all my moving needs!

Been with them for 8 years, finally had to move to different storage facility because they kept raising the rent.. Over $60 in the last 4 years..But the staff, when available, was awesome...

My rent increases over the few years Ive had storage here have far surpassed the rate of inflation and last year when I went to put shelving in, I found that the 5 X 10 is significantly smaller. Its more like 4 X 10, but theres a metal lip at the bottom of the door that shaves off another inch so its impossible to put a 4 long shelf along the 5 foot wall. Ill be looking for another storage facility.

I got a cal on 1/22/9 saying a corner of my 5th wheel cover came loose and was flapping. Nope, someone unzipped the door flap on the cover broke in and stole a bunch of my stuff. Including my kids Lightning McQueen and Princess fishing poles. And to top it off they just raised their rates. I am fervently looking for a new place to move my trailer to. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE TO STORE ANYTHING.

Payed 20 bucks for an admin fee, when I had to manually enter my own 27 fields of info into a kiosk. Get my gate code, invalid. Emergency number goes to voicemail. Zero customer service. I thought it just needed time to update. After an hour I gave up and went home.

Not real impressed, i have paid my bill on a friday and have been locked out for the weekend they also say u have a 5 day grace period to pay but u still get locked out and then have outrageous late fees. The staff seems lazy

Zero customer service from these people. And by zero, I mean that they are literally impossible to get ahold of. FYI, dont bother paying for climate controlled units, because I still had water damaged items. Please go somewhere else.
