This was the 4th trailer I have purchased from Quality Trailer Sales (The first was over 20 years ago. All of the trailers have been top notch and I have never had any problems.One trailer was hit by by a truck and their service department fixed it up good as new.Just purchased this new trailer yesterday. Lane was my salesperson and was awesome! He found the perfect trailer for me, and took our trade in.We had an issue with the title for the trailer we were trading in and he went through there records from years ago to find the paper work we needed. He even installed some E-Track in the trailer so se would be ready to load it up.Like I said, this is trailer number 4 from Quality Trailer Sales and we will be back when its time to update again. There customer service is the best.

I bought a trailer from Lane today. Trailers have been backed up for a few months now and I feel like this dude did everything he could to help me get into a trailer for my roofing company. I will recommend this company to everyone I know, and will be back in the future.

Just purchased a 7x14 utility trailer from them. There was no pressure from there staff to make a purchase. The one thing I noticed after the purchase, and inspecting the trailer it appears they have when a bit cheaper on there builds from earlier years. Were you would think welds are they are actually a industrial adhesive type glue holding panels on and they put plastic caps on the ends of there tubing instead of welded cap ends. Otherwise a great trailer for the purpose.

Needed a trailer. Saw one on cr IG SL itst. Drove in and looked around the lot. Cody came out and talked with me. Showed me what I asked about. Didnt try to upsell me on anything. Worked with me about where to get the title sent. Whole transaction took less than an hour to driving off the lot with the thing in tow. Good transaction. They allowed --invited!--my Aussie into the office with us to do paperwork. The little girl loved it and was petted by more people than she has met in a long time!

Theres great sales and service at this location. Actually drove as far as Buhl Idaho looking for trailers. They sell quality trailers at a reasonable price. All I can say is no need to drive to Buell Idaho its right here in your backyard.

Everyone was so helpful and got me out the door with a new trailer in a timely manner. Only had 1 mild hiccup with hooking it up, but they fixed it and away I went. Only suggestion we have would have is to work on how they answer phones.....all they say is C&B then wait for you to say something.. They need to maybe say Thankyou for calling C&B this is..........how may I help you.

These guys are the best of the best. We at Motion Mechanica picture support ltd think the very best of these guys and gals. We had an axel issue at 6:30 pm on a Saturday night. They opened up and set us up. We where on the way in just a couple of hours. I cant say enough at the tops they are. Service these days is the name of the game. A full 10 out of 10 as far as Im concerned. Jeremy and Bobby are amazing. You cant beat the way we where treated.

Great experience, staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

Would give a 0 if I could. When trailer shopping 2 yrs ago staff was over bearing and pushy. When trailer was hit by a car and I was looking for a repair shop....not as easy as I would thought...the staff at the repair shop was so rude and openly hostile I just left. I will never darken their doors again.
