Only use you for a fast pick up of a few items. Can hardly get down a isle, too many employees with carts. Need to have a time for customers only. I do all my big grocery shopping at Winco, the only problem with that is everyone else is doing that and they are packed now, with all the employee carts in the isles and bagging your own groceries. It is getting better though, not as many customers.

People here are great! I found what I needed quickly. Got to the registers and they recently changed them to self checkouts, but not to worry because there were still cashiers in yellow available to help me with my big basket! They said they were not letting go cashiers but offering more checkouts as they used to only have seven and now they have twelve. Appreciate them during this hard time.

I like going to this smaller Walmart all the great prices of your larger Walmart stores, this one feels closer to my local grocery store with the excellent Walmart prices

Bring back alcohol and Ill give you a better rating. It seems interesting to me that Walmart in concert with all the other grocery stores, convenience stores, drugstores, along with others stopped carrying alcohol and started stocking sanitizer to the tune of more sanitizer than any other product in all the stores.

Because almost every time Ive come here its been a pleasant experience. Im confused as to why prices are higher here than the big Walmart 2 miles down the street but the customer service is so nice and refreshing. PLEASE let them know that their patience and kindness means alot!!.

Friendly store, good produce. Even when its busy it doesnt feel stressful or take a long time to get through checkout. Big enough selection that I can usually find what I need. Theres rarely a line at the customer service/money services desk. Parking has never been a problem

Brother in law purchased a money order for $180. The recipient of the money order sent it back, due to it being damaged while printing.Wal-Mart refused to take it back/refund him. First, they said he needed his receipt. He came home and got it and drove all the way back and they STILL refused to make it right.The customer service is awful and they rip people off.Money gram said they will get his money back to him, at least.I

I use this location to cash my checks every week. Customer service is excellent. Im not a big fan of the self checkout way of purchasing your items. They do have a lot of employees though to help you through the self check out process if there are any problems. It honestly doesnt feel like it goes faster but thats what this store offers so you just got to put up with it. I do love the smaller Walmart store in general because there are not that many people to get in your way. Get in and get out! I will continue to use this store every week. Thank you Walmart.

Was the best experience Ive ever had!! As we all know people do not smile anymore,are not nice to oneanother,very sad. EVERYONE I encountered today was smiling, good energy and even had hilarious conversations with a few. Staff was on point and organized. If every trip out to Walmart was like this Id go everyday 😁way to go Walmart neighborhood market!!

Its a store like larger Walmart stores, but seems a bit more specialized than others. Ive always found it clean and well stocked. If the pricing is a little higher, its probably due to its convenience over high traffic areas.

Had everything I needed. Fresh, produce. Even dill. Clean. Friendly and knowledgeable employees.

Was told they not only did not understand what a gift receipt was and that they could not provide one. It was both bizarre and disappointing. A waste of time and a reminder that your money speaks for you at retailers.

It was my first and last time EVER. I picked up my Mom from West Valley Medical. She needed prescriptions that were called in 2 hours before we got there. The line for the drive through wa more than 7 cars so I went inside. Big mistake but I waited in line anyway. A 20 minute wait only to be told it would be tomorrow!?!?! These were heart meds!! So she says 30 minutes minimum and I should try the drive through. We sit in the car for 15 min. or so and get in line for the drive through. Sit in line behind 8-9 cars get to the window and she she says it will be at least 30 minutes!? Please pull out of line. I refused. We had already been waiting more than an hour. We had a 2 hour drive home once we got back to the freeway. My mom had been in the hospital for 4 days with a heart issue what a ridiculous situation. Hire some personnel if you cant keep up. I have never seen such a circus. Nonsense. We will of course never be back.

It was busier than usual but also clean and well stocked. The mandatory self checkout is interesting. They did ask if wed like a cashier which was nice, and there were multiple employees standing around to help.

A clean store and almost everything I need is stocked. Very friendly and helpful employees and the pharmacy is great and also helpful and informative. I shop there weekly.

Probably last trip to Caldwell Walmart Marketplace. They have removed all cashiers and packed the front of the store with self check only. You have to start by their customer service in a single file line with your cart then slowly move out to the self check stations. You have fresh fruit or vegetables, you look them up. You have wine or beer, you stand and wait for an assistant. It might be fine if you only run in and grab a few things but you dont want to try and do a cart load of groceries at one of those stations. Not even worth 1 star but they wont let you give anything more honest.

FIX. YOUR. HOURS!!!Says online open until 11pm. Got here at 9:53pm for a neighbors cold medicine.Youre A HUGE company, changing Google hours is as simple as opening the doors.I will not be back.

Sucks they dont have cashiers but the lines flow well. I used their online pick up often. Not as many choices as the big Walmart but much more convenient.

Have most items. Easier to run in and get a few things than going to a typical larger Walmart store. Quick access to scan your own items. Personable employees.

Smaller more convenient selection and store with slightly higher prices Im assuming to pay for the convenience. Not as busy as the Supercenters but the employees at the checkout were a bit snippy except one overly attentive worker who almost made it difficult to walk away from her. I dont like being made to feel as if we are doing something wrong when using self checkout when thats the only checkout available anyway.

I mean...nobody really enjoys Walmart. However, these neighborhood marketplace stores are really nice! They are SO much smaller and way less crowded for the most part. I really hate the big Walmart super stores because it’s such a hassle, especially when I just need a few things! This one is especially nice because it’s within a mile of our home. Convenience is key. It’s still a Walmart, so on the positive side, prices are good, it’s a smaller store, and the do seem to have more registers open (a lot of the time).

This is our go to grocery store unless we have to go to the big Walmart. I havent found cheaper prices anywhere else. The selection isnt what you get at the big Walmart but you can usually get in and out rather quickly. The manager is awesome.

This place has forced customers to self check out only. So basicly I am forced to work to buy my groceries and they keep all the savings not having to hire employees to work the registers. Will not be shopping there ever again they are other groceries store that still care about there customers in the area. I am sure they would be willing have my family as customers and the money that brings. Horrible experience have to give a one star rate to post but they havent even earned that.

All check out lanes are now self serve only. Takes too much time. It is even worse if there is a glitch that requires a store employee to remedy it. I would recommend that someone go to Regal larger Walmart on the boulevard skip this neighborhood market.

It would be nice to see cashiers at the store,. The employee of the month should be the self check out. Thats my story and Im sticking to it....

I dont like the new all self serve check out! I liked the store better the way it was before with the self checkouts on the west side of the store and the cashier based checkouts that were bigger than the new ones you had the option of using.

Its so nice to have a neighborhood grocery store! Weve been happy with the produce and selection. For the size of the store its pretty impressive what they pack in there.

Its a shame that this store, along with all other Wal-Mart stores have gone strictly to self checkout stands. Zero customer service both at the checkout stands and in the isles. Its almost as if no one works there.

Terrible, was writing a check and the young clerk kept telling me my check was no good. I said get management, then they tried using a second machine, this time it was saying couldnt read the Mico chip, what a mess, I was ready to walk out

The store is great to shop at. But I personally dont really like how they switched completely to self check out.

This store is decent overall and handy to shop at. It is clean and there is always baskets. Inventory is always an issue as things are always out of stock here. If there was more stock there would be more profits, right and that is why it makes no sense. The customers would also be better served too.

Employees everywhere chatting leaning against shelves. Every online order had 3 employees collecting. 1 working and 2 chatting. Then when you get thru the obstacle course of online group orders, go to check out and they have Self Checkout Only. While 6 or 7 employees watched the self check out. Self checkout is okay for limited items but HORRIBLE for Weekly shopping.

Store is ok but the pharmacy is always wayyyyyy packed and slow:-( average wait for phone or in person 45 minutes.

This is absolutely my favorite store to go it truly is a neighborhood market. Martha is one of the managers there and she is just great she does it all from rounding up baskets to customer service I just cant say enough about her! All the staff there are wonderful and so helpful too! I may not know all their names but absolutely know all their faces! Keep up the good work!

Just like every other Wal-Mart market, you go in, wear your mask, grab your items, wear your mask, look at things youre thinking about purchasing in the future, wear your mask, anyone noticing a trend here lol. Lets be honest, you make the best of your own shopping experience wherever you go. Just an overall pleasant little trip to the market to grab a few items.

Worst Walmart I have ever been to and will not be returning every time we go to this Walmart we have an issue weather price or customer service I went there today to get some orange juice and was told the price of above of 387 was for the price of the little jug that was normally 358 makes no sense then she says oh well Im sorry Ill take that down and does not honor the price of 387 for the big jug

I have always preferred neighborhood market over walmart, not as crazy! Not so sure about the all self checkouts. Worried about the older shoppers, my dad is almost 91 and I know he would be lost.

I like the smaller store very much. All the great prices, yet more personal. Today when I walked in, it smelled wonderful, the produce seems in good quality and so beautiful. It says, hello, this is a real grocery store. Not like the impersonal big store.

Im not a Walmart fan. This place is a great example why. A man screaming outside about the mask retirement. Shelves full of off brand lesser quality goods and produce ready to go back on the counter tomorrow.The staff at Walmarts are always really kind. Its not their fault. I love this store, the employees are all so helpful and friendly. And of course the prices are low.

I never shopped at this place, but I am giving it 5 stars for the outstanding treatment I received. I am a truck driver and occasionally take on Walmart loads. The person at the receiving docks was delightful, warmly welcomed me, promptly unloaded and even offered to rearrange the pallets in the trailer. Thanks, Alex S.
