The service guy drove to my dead-flat-tire vehicle to meet me, and aired up the tire. Then I was able to bring it to their shop to be fixed. They ended up charging me nothing for all this. Said when I was going to buy my next set of tires, think of them.Well that is a sure thing! Thanks Les Schwab!

Great service, even though I got down there at around 4:20 pm, and they were really busy, I still got new tires on my truck. Just was a long wait. Didnt get home till 7pm, the last 3 employees were busting hump to get me done and out of there. Awesome job, thank you 👍

This place is awesome. I brought in my car with a slow tire leak and they patched it up for free. The customer service was awesome and I will definitely be going to les Schwab for any of the services they have that I need in the future. Not my favorite. I got my tires changed and when they were done and I got my car back my shifter was broken and I couldn’t shift into gear. I ended up driving it home hand shifting the transmission cables and steering with my knee. Good customer service just bad luck I guess.

This experience with this Les Schwab didnt start very well. I was traveling to Florida when my rear tire formed a budge, pulled into Les Schwab. The woman at the counter said they couldnt help us because they were backed up with work until closing time and refused to help. My daughter and I started to remove the contents of the trunk to place the temp spare on when Jack, who must have heard our conversation, came over and told us he had made a work order and would replace the tire, but might take awhile. Half hour before closing a technician Named Austin told us the car was ready. Thank you Jack and Austin, you made a very bad day into a pleasant experience. Thank you again (not so much the woman behind the counter).

Had a flat tire 100ft from the place. Called them they sent someone over to help. Drove the car there. Was in and out in a hour with a new tire set. Great service.

My experience was very good. I asked if they could check my tires, Absolutely he said. No wait time he got right at it. All tires needed air. He was very nice n polite, explained what each tire needed. Yes, I would definitely recommend them.

So these guys went above and beyond for me, we had a slight issue with something small but when I can back, after hours may I add, they jumped right to it and stayed late as heck to make sure I was all set and good to hit the road!!! Great price and beyond amazing service!

Ive always had a good experience with the Les Schwab in Nampa on 12th but a gentleman by the name Mike was being real rude and l jerk when I asked if I could transfer my account to there store because I moved to Caldwell it would be more convenient for me and my family Ive had an account with les schwab for over 10 years and I never been treated like that before by any of there employees he couldve been more polite about it that store definitely lost my business Ill continue to keep going to the Nampa store on 12th those guys are awesome always treated me with the most upset respect.

Unprepared bunch to say the least. I booked an appointment online and arrived early, so I went to get lunch. An hour later, I returned only to be told that the tires I ordered, which are high-end were not in stock! Then, they tried selling me a new battery; in addition to lower-end tires to buy time. Complete waste of my time and time is money y’all! Costco Auto is so much better!

Before moving to Caldwell I Used the Les Schwab in Moscow Idaho for years. Never once had a single issue. My very first time at this location has been very frustrating. First time I showed up with no appointment waited 2 hours to get my rear tires changed, which I was fine with because I had not scheduled anything and expected a wait, upon them getting in my vehicle I was told they dont have the same tires as my front ones at this location but they did at the Emitt location I could either drive there or schedule a swap on another day and theyd have the tires transported there. I chose to reschedule two days later. I show up on time hand them my key and begin to wait. Within 20 minutes I see them hop in my vehicle and take it into the garage. After an hour and no word I go look out in the parking lot and see my car parked at the far end with the same old tires on them. I go back in ask whats going on why my car was just moved parking spots and my scheduled appointment hasnt been completed. They poke around and come back and tell me my tires havent arrived..... theyre waiting on the shipment... No one was going to tell me this on their own volition I was going to be sitting there until a truck had arrived and been properly unloaded and then my car would finally be worked on. What an absolute joke.

Fast friendly service... needed to replace all of my tires and they did it within 45 minutes. I always recommend Les Schwab to my friends and family.Thank you for getting me back on the road, safe.

First I want to say Im not paid to review them or anywhere I solicit. I only use Les Schwab for any of my tire/suspension/brake or front end needs. Have for years now. At all stores, not just the ones conveniently within a few blocks of where I live, all of their employees are friendly and patient and very helpful in taking care of whatever problem or need one may have. ive never had a bad interaction with any Les Schwab employees. I dont think they are always the cheapest tire store but their work is always perfect.

Never thought I would post a critical review of Les Schwab. My tire warning light came on and we stopped at Caldwell. Our information was taken and we waited outside for someone to help us. Long story short car after car pulled in without checking in and the attendants checked and inflated tires. There was a savior named Joe who saw we had been sitting there for an hour and checked with us. 45 minutes later my wife asked about the long delay and he personally checked our pressures and tire monitor system.. which took less than 5 minutes. Moral of story...dont check in at counter and just pull into any bay... youll get noticed. Kudos to Joe wed still be sitting there.

Made an appointment for a leaking rear tire and arrived early but, they took me in right away and in less than 30 minutes it was fixed and I was on my way home, and No Charge! What a great experience at a very clean and professional shop. I know where were going when we need new tires!!!

Why do we bother scheduling a appointment if Les Schwab don’t honor our time! I went online days ago and set my appointment at 2:00pm for my Les Schwab tires to be spin/balanced and rotated. It’s 2:30pm ( I got here at 1:45) and I’m still sitting in their waiting room and my car has not moved in their parking lot. Don’t waste your time scheduling a appointment.....just drive up to Les Schwab through the week and get the work done. Lesson learned......

I am totally indebted to Les Schwab, they are absolutely awesome to work with. I totally appreciate the fact that they will patch a tire for free. I have been to several locations throughout the valley and have never once had a bad experience. I will take my tire and wheel jobs to Les Schwab anytime and every time.

Took my car in to have my rear brakes replaced. Two day later my brakes gave out while I was driving, took it straight to them and had them fix it. Im not happy with them at all. Im lucky that an accident didnt happen. I chose less schwab because I thought I could trust the professionals. Didnt even get an apology. Do your job right the first time it could have cost someone their life. 😡

Pretty Disappointed with this place. I trusted that Courtney would put a note on my order that I wanted my old tires back and she failed to do so. In result they lost my tires and I was only able to receive 1 back. These tires Wer literally brand new I simply was going with a different brand is why I was swapping them on my wheels. No efforts wer made to at least refund me for the mount and balance. I’m disappointed in LesschaabProbably will never go there for my tire purchases or wheels ever again. Thanks to Courtney!

I like being able to schedule online which cuts the wait down to about 30 minutes. What really bothers me is the constant liberal propaganda coming from their TV in the waiting room. I think they must do it to drive people out of the waiting room. How hard is it to find a nature show or something like that?

My fiance and I were at a Chevy gas station trying to air up our tires when a manager from Les Schwab approached us and recommended we go to his place of work to get our tires checked for free. When we pulled up we were immediately greeted by a tech named Joel who checked and filled our air pressure with a great attitude. Personally working as an automotive tech for over 10 years I 100% understand how frustrating it can be to stop working and fill tire pressures on a car just passing through. We left a 5 dollar tip with a coworker of Joel who promised he would give it to him, so Im really hoping he got that well deserved tip.

I needed broke pads on rear of car. They refused instead saying that are to safety issues could not do Unless I Also alignment bought Alignment 400 $, /4 new tires.(ones on it are less than 3 months old..various other things total for brakes - 2800$ )Worst possible place to take your vehicle.

Whether tires or service. They are by far the slowest Les Schwab I have ever been in. Dont plan on waiting ever. Plan on dropping a vehicle off for all day no matter the type of service. I am going to start trying the Nampa or Homedale stores instead. The technicians are very friendly though. I have talked to the manager about this before..seems responsive but no changes

The Caldwell shop has always done a good job for me. Todays trip included two tires for trucks off the farm, and an intake boot for a semi. They were able to use a tire patch on the intake boot; the ability to do improvisational work of this type is the sign of a good shop.

The two ladies in the back, Michelle and the other brunette, were just talking smack about each customer that has come and gone. Out loud with a full a lobby for everyone to hear. I just think that’s super unprofessional.

Always helpful staff there, they treat you like youre family and they really care about helping you get back safe and sound in your car. Always take time to explain what they are doing and give you tips to stay safe. Theyve got your back ladies, and dont worry about asking questions. Theyre there to help you and get you on your way.

This location has great friendly employees at this store. I’ve known several managers here and are awesome and will do anything to get what you need with prices and gives awesome advice also. I would like the manager Tony to give an employee a good pat in the back or a raise? Just because Alonzo an employee stopped and helped myself and daughter yesterday on the freeway close to Caldwell. I had no idea I didn’t have a spare also. He tried pumping it up but the tire was already on its way to tire heaven..😀 So he was so helpful and let us borrow his spare from his vehicle. He told us that he has helped a lot of people who had flat tires, plus he still had his uniform on. I am so grateful and blessed to have this young man stop to help. Thank you Les Schwab for employing this tire angel in our lives.

Huge shout out to the guys at the Caldwell Les Schwab. Jesse helped me today, I brought my vehicle in and was helped right away. He looked at it and was able to tell exactly what was wrong... just some loose bolts and 1 missing.... he walked to true value to get the correct bolt and got everything fixed... saving me from a huge expense down the road... literally. I have always had excellent service from Les Schwab ..from having to call them out to my home for battery problems and they solved it for me..to being called out of the Ontario store for a blow out on my motorhome headed up camping..they are very nice about putting air in the tires on my one vehicle.great service wonderful people and customer service...

Went in with a low tire light on my car, found out one of the tires or more was into the steel belt. Didnt have the money to buy new tires. So they helped me out with a used one until I can buy a new one next payday. Les Schwab has the best customer service! Especially for women. they definitely go out of their way for us. I will definitely be back to buy my tires from Les Schwab.

Wonderful place! My husband was in a truck pulling an RV. He had a flat along the road which he replaced but he needed the tire fixed. He took the tire to Les Schwann Tire. They could not have been nicer or more accommodating. They fixed the tire and called him when it was ready for pick up. Great employees and great service!

The job done was overall great I guess but as far as customer service I feel disrespected every time I walk in there. They dont take the time to talk to me, when they do its rushed and short or have me waiting around for 10 minutes not saying anything but Ill be with you in a minute. Then apparently mine request isnt important enough because everyone else that walks in after me gets taken care of and leaves first. Thanks guys!

My family and I are on a trip relocation from Alaska to the east coast driving! Our tire had a blow out in a heavy construction zone I called the tire shop and they pulled their service truck off another call and sent them right to us! Since my two young kids 3 and 1 were terrified with all the loud noises of the large traffic passing us quickly. Not only did they give us a free service call and not charge us to come change our tire we were able to buy a used tire from a junkyard (we are low on funds) they mounted balanced it and put us in front of all their other customers and only charged us $22. They service driver Dakota was amazing and helped us out greatly this place is amazing I recommend them to anyone traveling through!
