I made a 530 appointment for a covid shotGot there on-time, checked in, was instructed to sit down and they would be right with me. Sat there for an hour. Nobody said anything to me while I waited. Finally got up and left as I had to be somewhere else at 7.If you want a covid shot go somewhere else. They dont even honor the appointments that they make.

They were very helpful and friendly. The store was spotless clean

For those of us that are immunocompromised do not attempt to get a 3rd Covid-19 vaccine dose here. They are _NOT_ following CDC guidelines. This makes all of their health services suspect as well.

Its a nice enough store and sometimes theyre the only ones with the item I need. The prices are a little high though.

I went to the Rite aid today, (11,1,2020) to get some stuff and one of the items was a 4 pack of gatorade protein shakes. After i got home and worked out and got one of the shakes to drink, i took a drink and quickly realized it was rotten/expired, since October, 12, 2020. I went back to show them and the lady just gave me a new pack and gave me money back, only to make me pay that same money back to get my new pack. I didnt make a scene because there were people there so i just did it and left. I honestly want to sue them for this. I literally drank rotten milk that was expired since Oct, 12, 2020. I still have the bottle and the receipt of exchange. Never going again.

I called the pharmacy department this evening because they advertise “free delivery “. The technician finally came to the phone after waiting several minutes and said her name so fast that I didn’t quite get it. I told her I was calling to inquire about how it worked to have free delivery for our prescriptions from their pharmacy. She said”what”. I repeated myself and she acted like I was joking around and I told her we where both seniors and your add says you deliver for free. She acted repulsed as if I was pulling her leg. She told me NO.!!! Where did you hear that ??? I told her it was in your add and the woman was huffy and rude. No explaining or sorry for the confusion. Now this was a technician not the Pharmacist. And it was 4/1/20. @ 7:PM. I was very interested because of thecovey 19 virus floating around. If you go to pick up your RX it’s quite an ordeal to pick up. The pharmacy treats you like you are carrying the plague. Too bad it’s a new store and I had planned on moving all of our RX’S over there.

Normally really like this place. However when you have something listed 2/$5.00 you might wanna consider honoring it.

ABSOLUTELY the BEST customer service! Will go out of their way to help you! Pharmacy is knowledgeable, friendly, super helpful and will work miracles! BUT, seriously? They cannot MAKE another pharmacy open for you! However, If they can facilitate anything in their power to make it happen, it will be done. Also, options are presented to you, that let you make the best health care choices for you and your family. Working together to make our community stronger, healthier, happier.

Definitely preferred over Walgreens, better service through pharmacy and friendly associates.

I spoke with Michelle the Pharmacy Manager today. I had been on the phone with other pharmacies for 4 hours today trying to get a prescription filled that they could not fill because they did not carry the medication.Michelle answered the phone on the first ring, professionally and quickly answered all of my questions. I have never seen such wonderful customer service skills! I want to give Michelle a big shout out and THANK YOU so much for your problem solving skills and professionalism. She is true asset to Rite Aid!!!

The staff is super friendly and the whole store is nice and clean.

Yesterday I called the pharmacy to see about a script needing refilled was helped by Mitchelle if thats what you would call it she was rude, acted like it was a inconvenience to check for me. I have used this pharmacy for many years with never any complaints most everyone there is always so very friendly ,helpful and just over all super great people , Karla is way awesome she will do everything she can to help you. All I can say is if I get treated like that over the phone or in person by this Mitchelle I will take my business some where else!!!!!

Other than their creepy security guy, I always feel so welcome, store is always clean and organized and prices are amazing. Everyone really needs to go check it out

When business is close thats what is. If your husband situation is that bad why you didnt take him to the E.R. ???Dont you harrasse our pharmacy !!!!! Go away. Very disappointing experience. My daughter purchased a power drink from a vending machine at her husbands work, took it on the bus with her, and headed home, stopping at Rite Aid to purchase some items needed. She took a sip of her drink while in the store. Next thing she knows...shes accused of stealing the drink and told never to come back into the store. This is a store she, my husband and I frequent regularly, and have all of our prescriptions filled there. The store had not charged her with anything...and no footage could be found to prove that she actually took anything...because she didnt. Vending machines do not provide receipts of purchase and since she had no receipt they ASSUME she took it from their store. Well, Rite Aid...thats what you get for assuming. Youve lost my business and I will tell everyone I speak to about how you accuse young adults of stealing from you...without any proof.

Terrible customer service. I begged her to call my pharmacy for an Rx transfer because they were closing soon. She told me its too close to their closing time and walked away to answer the phone COMPLETELY ignoring me. Do not visit here.
