First time having someone else change my oil. So far so good. They are still working on it

I called 20 mins before closing on a Friday to get a last minute oil change for an unexpected trip. These guys were more than happy to do it without a guilt trip for it being right before closing. They were super nice and informative as well!

One of the most genuine caring shops ive ever been to! They truly care about their customers! Some of the most amazing people work for this shop. Forever grateful for their help. I had a really great experience here. The gentleman that helped me was a great communicator, and was very knowledgeable. I was happy with the price I paid for the services I received. The waiting area could sure use a revamp/comfort upgrade. But overall, it was a great experience.

Despite being a Jiffy lube so far no issues, nobody was in uniform, and I had to pay before service was done.Also they keep brake fluid in an open bottle... so as a 12 year career auto technician that was certified in steering, suspension, and brakes for the love of God dont get your brakes done unless they show you that it is a new bottle.And just so those that dont know why it is an issue, brake fluid is Hygroscopic when kept open the boiling point becomes lower and lower. And your brake fluid just starts turning into water.Anyway, like I said the oil service was done. It could be way better with a better manager.

Alright so to begin, well just say that I bought this car a month ago and the breaks went out. I came to Jiffy Lube with a code (in need of a break flush, I had hoped), and although the wait was probably about an hour or so in itself, the rep I spoke with warned me of the wait. It turned out, I needed my rear brake pads and my driver-side front brake caliber replaced.They were super kind about explaining everything to me, taking the time to build rapport and when it was found out the work that needed to be done, they werent rude or condescending about the price. Like some places are when a female is getting her car shizz done. They listened to me, heard me, and helped me.I highly recommend as the brake pads, the front caliber, and of course the brake flush- it only costed $490 and competitors have that price heightened to around $700. Youre saving money and time by going to the people that care.They also gave me a free epic shine wash and Im pretty happy about the outcome. My car drives beautifully and the brakes work wonderfully!A big thank you to Brett who serviced my brakes beautifully!

I came here on a busy Saturday afternoon for an oil change. I received fast and friendly service from the staff. They took the time to educate me on other suggested maintenance items without being pushy. Great experience overall!

My engine light came on and I knew there was something going on with my coolant. I pulled in and Matt was amazing. He came out to help me out called it full of coolant make sure everything was good to go and got me on my way and no charge.

Got an Oil change, Power steering fluid flush, Airfilter change, along with all fluids & tires checked. 100$ total, very quickly done. I have consistently choosen jiffy lube. And will continue to do so for their quick & reliable service.

Very professional business and employees. I was welcomed in by Jason to do an oil change and rock chip repair and was out in less than 30 minutes.

Great place they are quick. Very kind. If you are like me and dont know anything about cars. They will explain things about your vehicle. And give you suggestions on what to do. They never pressured me on selling me a higher priced item. Will definitely be going back every single time to get my car serviced.

These guys know their stuff they did a really good job of getting me in and out in a jiffyget it? jiffy lube. Pricing is right where it should be and quality of products available were also in line with any of the fast track lube shops. They also were very good at answering my questions and while they had my truck on the rack they were more than willing to look at some things that I asked them to so that I didnt have to crawl under the truck myself. plus the right next to Jacks Drive-In so you can swing by and get a oil change and lunch at the same time. Very convenient

This shop has always had a phenomenal team. Fantastic service and a genuine ‘want’ to be a community support. These guys have never, ever, not taken amazing care of us, and our vehicles. They’ve helped identify issues and made recommendations, both in how to fix as well as other mechanics in the area that they know and trust. These guys truly go above and beyond.That especially goes for Jason. He has taken care of my vehicles for a long time. Years. Because I keep coming back. He’s helped maintain, at least four of our family vehicles, and we’ve never had an issue. Truly, not once. They’ve provided headlight bulb and window wiper blades at no cost when I was in a pinch, and they knew I’d be in for my regular change shortly after anyway (for being a loyal customer). They’ve truly made it easy to not have to worry about my vehicles and their regular maintenance; because I know that they have my family’s back. Now, they take care of our oldest kid’s vehicle, as a new driver. They’ve legitimately pulled her into the process to demonstrate what to do and why it’s important. Again, truly amazing; above and beyond. It’s not just easy to keep bringing my business to these guys, I look forward to it. When I can, I hop across the street and grab a bag of cheeseburgers for them from Jacks. They deserve it. I recommend doing the same. They always help us out! Only tell you what you really need to replace, but are never pushy! They always try to give us the best deal possible and as a new parent I really appreciate it! And even when they couldn’t help with an issue the car was having they gave suggestions of what to do. Jason is great!

Employees did not pressure to have us buy anything but gave me the information I needed about my car. They were also very friendly and for someone who does not know much about cars, they explained things in a a way that allowed me to understand more about my car. Overall great experience. This is a great place to get your vehicle serviced. The employees have always been polite and friendly every time I have been there. They offer a variety of services: oil changes, radiator flush, and headlight restoration to name a few.

Soooo slow today. I waited for 30 minutes and at that point decided to leave. There was no indication the line was going to move anytime soon.

The staff here are great, they are always up front, detailed and inexpensive.

I love coming here to get my oil changes for my car. They are so professional here and honest people. I went in the last week to change my oil but Jason told me I still had a good 1000 miles until I need a oil change, so they just check my fluids for free and sent me home. I highly recommend this place to get your oil change.

The guys that work there seem to like there job and they absolutely know what they are doing. I was able to get in and out right away. I thought they only did oil changes but they also do coolant flushes and all sorts of things. I was able to get a light in my car fixed, new windshield wipers and all my liquids changed. The owner Jon is really nice and Chase is amazing. Great service, I will be back again and do recommend all to get their oil changes here.

Recently brought an auction car there to get a quick oil change, and the guys working here were friendly and helped me to try an trouble shoot a small coolant leak on the car. They were fast and professional!

Went to jiffy lube in nampa Idaho for oil change i was told there would be a 45 minute wait that they were changing spark in another vehicle that was the only vehicle in there shop they had 5 employees working there does it take 5 people to change spark in a car I wont be back plan on telling every body I know about my experience at jiffy lube in nampa Idaho if I could give you a zero I would

About a month ago my mom took her car to get her oil change. She paid for full service and got charged 96 dollars.They didnt Top Off any fluids, change her oil or filter they didnt do anything that comes with the full service.Only thing they did was change the cabin air filter she over paid for. We will not go back to this Jiffy Lube nor this company again for services.
