Caleb did a great job for me! I purchased a 2004 Chevrolet Suburban on-line from my home in upstate NY and flew out to pick it up and drive it home. Although the vehicle had high mileage Silverado checked it out and it made the trip home without incident (I replaces two tires as a precaution since I was using a tow dolly to bring my sons car home.) I would buy from them again!

Silverado Auto Sales went out of their way to help us buy our 2500HD. We were coming to look at the truck from out of state and we were able to make an appointment to see it on a Saturday. Tom and Caleb were both extremely helpful in dealing with our credit union and helping us complete the purchase. Silverado Auto Sales gave us the most pleasant car purchasing experience we have ever had. We are looking forward to enjoying this truck for years to come. Thanks again!

My name is Michael, and July of 2018 we purchased a 2007 Chevy 1 ton duramax from Silverado Auto Sales. The whole team was great to work with. My work schedule was such I couldn’t meet during normal business hours so they went the extra mile and met me on the weekend.I didn’t plan it this way but 24 hrs. after we purchased it I ended up taking my “new” truck with 270,000 miles on it on a 300mile long road trip towing a 18,000 pound fifth wheel trailer. The ambient air temperature that day was 100° and I climbed several thousand feet in elevation over a mountain pass. I thought to myself, well if somethings going to break, it will break now.But the truck did great, Tom said that they go through the trucks bumper-to-bumper before they sell them to make sure they’re good to go for their customers. I know that’s true now!!!I’ve had the truck now for six months, I have put over 10,000 miles on it, pulling some big loads and we are extremely happy with it. I’ve had to do some maintenance on it but I expect that from a truck that’s pushing 300,000 miles. In the next couple months we’re going to be purchasing a suburban, I will definitely check out Silverado Auto Sales first.

Tom and his staff were great to work with. I searched for weeks all across the country for my truck. Tom had what I was looking for and was very straight forward and easy to work with. I felt confident flying from California to do a “fly and buy”.Highly recommend their outfit.

Bought a 2006 Duramax barely had time to test drive. I was nervous what problems it might have. A/C did not work he said they would fix it. When I took it in I had fast service and no problem whatsoever. I had looked all over the Internet and locally their price beat all! Very happy and will purchase from them again.

The buying experience was great, but not even 20k miles and 8 months into ownership and Ive put over $8k into my 2006 Duramax in repairs. From Injectors to a complete front end suspension and steering rebuild to my ECM going out. And now the fuel guage has stopped working. It only has 160,000 miles.I realise these things arent necessarily the dealerships fault, but it shows a possible lack of due diligence before the sale. Not to mention the simple things I noticed after buying including a completely shot air filter, frayed oil dip stick cable, and bad rear breaks that behan squeaking only a day after the purchase. In conclusion, always take your truck to a certified mechanic before buying, dont put full trust the dealership.

This review is based off dealing with Silverado Auto Parts. The companies are connected.I really wanted to give these guys, and Tom, who manages the auto parts division of Silverado Autos a higher rating. I gave them/him numerous opportunities to get a positive review.I contacted Tom after finding a 4.8L advertise. on Craigslist as complete ready for your hotrod/rat rod swap I sent a text to Tom and found him quick to respond and answered several questions. Through several texts we discussed how this motor would be packaged. He agreed that it would be on a pallet and ready for transport when I got there. We set up a date and time for me to pick up the motor. We had several text conversations in which I confirmed my arrival time and date. I placed a percentage of money down on the motor with agreement to pay the rest on arrival. On the date and time that wehad agreed on I arrived on time. I met with Tom and he showed me the motor. The motor was balanced on a tire not on a pallet ready for transport. I told him that I needed the motor on a pallet as I was driving it more than 5 hours away. Tom and his crew built a quick pallet and put it in the back of my truck. The motor itself was not attached to the pallet but I can make do and I strapped it all down. It did all appear to be complete. I however, failed to notice that the drive-by wire pedal nor the TAC model were present. When I got to the location where my motor swap was going to take place I noticed that the drive-by-wire pedal and TAC module were missing and immediately sent a text to Tom. Tom appeared to be very receptive to my issues said he would make it good and I gave him my address to mail the part. After about a week the part did not arrive. After a few more attempts I was able to get the parts I needed and it appears Tom was making all attempts to make the purchase right. I received the parts via mail and I did not inspect them before forwarding to the guy doing my swap. I assume they will be correct.Albeit sometimes a small struggle Id say in the end my purchase/transaction with Silverado Auto Parts was decent.

Im a Ford guy. Raised a Ford guy. Needed a 3/4 ton truck to tow my 6K lb boat. Want an SUV. Looking for a 7.3 Excursion when I came across SAS. Duramax Suburban? Im listening. Live in CA, gotta pass smog. I research, fly out, make the deal. Smog inspector says: Cleanest engine swap Ive ever seen. Looks like it was built this way. Im impressed. My Duraburb is a beast! The conversion is amazing. Everyone wants to know where I got an LBZ Burb; theyre most impressed by my CA registration. These guys are legit!
