In 2019, we paid almost $4000 for a leather sofa and love seat set, along with the extended warranty. The saleslady assured us that this warranty covered everything, including any kind of damage to the leather. We were so happy with everything that we referred several friends who bought furniture there, too.During our recent move, the leather on the footrests was split in several areas. Also, the middle section of the sofa is now uneven and not aligned with the two sides (see pics). It looks horrible, especially since this is what you see when you walk in my front door.When I called Rostock to ask about warranty service, the man who spoke with me said this was normal wear and tear (!) and tried to refer me to a repair service at my own expense. When I complained that this was not what we were told at the time of the sale, he switched tactics and said, Oh, we cant find any receipt for your purchase. Ill call you back when we find it.Two weeks later, and not a peep from them. No doubt they are hoping we will just go away. We are still considering our options, and will probably file a complaint with the BBB. Meanwhile, based on this unbelievable lack of service and ethics, I cannot recommend that you buy anything from this company.

Cozy family owned store. They are personal and knowledgeable, and they listen to you. Big box stores dont come close to this level of service and expertise. Highly recommend. Rostocks is my go to for appliances and furniture.

Dont waste money on a bed if you happen to be a bigger person, there boxspirings and frames are junk. Even when your not a pouncer and you climb into bed gently they break in less then a month. They offer a refund for the 2 boxsprings but what my mattress alone was 750 what a rip. And now I gotta putt mattress on floor and they arent willing to make it right, bad buisness practices.

This is a first time visit and purchase.We were in need of a basic refrigerator and stopped by the store on January 3rd, 2020. I am so bad with names, but the salesman, who I think was Jim, greeted us very politely, listened to what we wanted, and showed us a few options to choose from. We found one that we felt would work perfectly as a second refrigerator downstairs. There was absolutely no high pressure sales tactics of any kind, he simply let us make the choice. We were very happy that they had one in stock and could get it to us the following Monday.The two men arrived early on Monday to deliver. Both were very courteous and professional. Since we have a daylight basement, they were able to get the new unit in quickly and removed the old unit very easily. I appreciated that they drove back to the store and promptly called me with recommendations for an appliance tech, which I needed to have another item looked at.I will definitely go back to them for any future needs.

Just beginning our search for rocking chair recliner. One of our first if many stores. They gave a huge selection of all kinds of furniture and very knowledgeable and kind employees.

All kitchen appliances are available as well as couches beds chairs etc. Customer service is out of the world! I needed a new recliner for a small area. They helped me measure. I wanted a swivel chair and the one I chose didnt have one but I was told that they could have one own for only fifty dollars! Free delivery and setup and they took my old chair and donated it. Just recently our microwave went down and the new one was delivered and installed that day. Family owned business for as long as I can remember. In fabulous down town Caldwell Idaho. Literally there is nothing the people wont do or try to do for you. And if you need a hair cut a barber is right there ! My entire family shops there and we recommend others as well. You are treated like family here. You dont even have to register your warranty on line with the different companies that you buy because they honor them and can do repairs cheaper. I highly recommend this place of business and I wish they had more locations in the Treasure Valley so more people could support them. They always answer on the first ring if you call for a question. Sales and delivery were unparalleled, and after frustrating trips to megabox stores, these folks looked like they were on the verge of wanting to know my name! No email address, an actual NAME! Treat yourself, drop in and say hi, its a very interesting place!

I purchased a Serta bed 2 years ago and it was $200 cheaper than R. C. Willeys. I truly love my bed! I also purchased an LC Top Loading Washer recently and truly love the washer! The washer was also quite a bit cheaper than other stores. Jim and Marta who are the owners are wonderful to deal with also. They have a great delivery person named Jeffrey who is also very caring. They truly care about their customers!

She took the time to make sure the correct section pieces were being ordered and explained to me all my options regarding fabric quality, construction, and stain protection. I have purchased a lot of furniture over the yrs. But NEVER have Ive been so IMPRESSED with two delivery guys, as I was when Josh and Wes showed up!! Not only were they conscientious about the furniture itself but what impressed me is josh saying to me MORE than once I cannot just push it thru the door its against the rules I observed the patience josh displayed helping his partner Wes, a NEW hire. He even explained stuff to him, why they unwrapped outside, why he used a certain bit AND his knowledge about the furniture I ordered was as equal to any salesman or better. I mentioned a sleeping baby and BOTH gentlemen were so great with josh even saying shhh and saying why to his partner! BOTH GENTLEMEN ARE ONE HUGE ASSET TO ROSTOCKS!!!
