October 11th, 2021;Today I went in to obtain a unit just to store seasonal items. I was weary because Ive had units with Public Storage before and had unpleasant memories. Lucky for me, Charlotte was the kind woman whom helped me with the paperwork and all! She has such a gentle soul and went above and beyond to make me happy. The conversations we shared and the fantastic experience from Charlotte, has completely changed my opinion about Public Storage! Thank you so much Charlotte for being the wonderful person that you are and for helping me out with my unit!

This is by far the nicest Public Storage. My family has rented at other facilities in the past. This place is kept clean and secure. Karyn is great always on the top of her game. Thank you so much Karyn and team

Unfortunately that one is a little to far for us. She took down down my husbands name and number an added us to her wait list. Thank you for trying to help us with our needs

We needed another drive up unit for our business. They didnt have anything at this location. Karyn was great as always and looked around for another facility. The one she found was a little to far for us. We will be checking back later in the month.

TEACHERS / PARENTS HOT ITEM: I get 10 lbs of Newsprint here for $13. It’s great for Painting or Crafts because it comes in big sheets and I use it on their Easels. I also lay a few down to protect the floor. One pack = tons of paper. Buy their 50’ Rope $7 to hang art with Clothespins (99¢ Store) to allow drying time while you are visually showcasing their Masterpieces. Kids love it. 🍎🍎🍎

I have had quite some difficulty here with things like staying 5-15 minutes longer then closing time and got reprimanded by having my hours im allowed to be here shortened which is lame since I live an hour away and cant get off work until 5 which is the new time Im allowed to be here. But its about the same quality as other storage rental places

After reading all the reviews about the Calabasas location I thought it would be a good location to rent a unit but thought it was so weird that there were so many good reviews about the staff. After visiting the location, I too now would like to say how wonderful the staff is. I was not able to rent there based on what my needs were but they did help me find a location that had what I needed.

I really am happy working with Karyn because although Public Storage is very strict with their policies and has been difficult to work with during Covid, she has made it easier for us by being supportive, friendly and personable. She softens the blow from being a customer with a company that is so rigid.

I went in looking for a 10x15 they didnt have any locally but Karyn went out of her way to try to find me something. I do not need the unit until mid October I will check back with her then. She also explained that I can now do everything on line.

Karyn especially is extremely friendly and helpful every time I visit, she always goes out of her way to assist and make sure I have what I need.

The clerk that was in the office when I called was very helpful. His name was Mikael. During the call he was very helpful in answering all of my questions. When the call was over I felt that he made my future storage needs easy for me to choose Public Storage. Very professional and well trained.

We have a few units there and every time Karyn is out she always make sure to stop by and say hello and ask if everything is okay. Great customer service

People make any business what it is...... a product is a product..... it’s who’s behind or Attached to the product that makes all the difference in the world. There’s a VERY strong chance that without one of the people that makes that difference I would have changed locations a couple years ago. Karen has made a couple of challenging transitions the space has had to under go more than doable.... and always makes what most would feel as a lifeless storage unit feel a lot more like a cared for place that has someone who actually cares..... about your stuff.... but how you feel about where that stuff is......... THANK YOU KAREN!! You make what most would say “you’ve seen one you’ve seen them all” a statement that doesn’t ring true anymore. As for the facility..... all the upgrades to security and aesthetic appeal have become a closer representation of the quality that Karen brings to the table. I’m not only happy with where I’m at..... I will be here for as long as I am in need of extra storage of any kind. Thank you for making what is usually get in get out a process that actually brings a smile and a feel good as you drive away. Thank you for now creating a great space.... and for always making it a good experience.

We have used this facility few times over the years and they have always been great. Surprisingly competitive on price and nice people. We most recently came back after a couple years away. The new manager there was extremely helpful and flexible. We would for sure recommend this particular Public Storage.

We had a storage unit here for 7 years and just emptied it. I never had any problem and our items were safe and undisturbed all this time. The nice employees have always been accommodating. When I emptied it, Garrett was there and he went out of his way to be helpful to me. He was so kind that I tried to give him a tip, but he refused. Thanks for your help, Garrett!

I know that coming and going to my storage unit will be a good time (unlike visiting most storage facilities). 5 starts for Garrett

Love to use this public storage. They just painted the entire place and it looks brand new. The people who work here are very nice and helpful. Been going here for five years now.

Called to see if they have any drive ups. Sadly they did not but the person on the phone helped and looked up other ones near by that did. Very help full and knew what size I truly needed

Karyn was such a big help finding me the perfect size for my needs. I do not need the till January because that is when I will moving out to California for good. I came in an she showed me a 10x10 which is perfect. I told her that cause of the reviews I have read that is why I chose here. She explained how the move in process will work and that I can make a reservation when I am ready. Thank you Karyn and I will see you in January. Karyn and Mikael showed be around the property and they are very knowledgeable. The property was nice and clean. Unfortunately they did not have a drive up 10x30 to store a car. They stated if one comes open they will let me know.

The unit seems clean and the property is entered and exited through a coded gate.Garrett was just awesome. Patient, thorough in his explanations, did not leave any information out, and always ready to step in and help. I had a million questions and he gladly answered each one without getting frustrated or annoyed. I was in and out of the office pretty quickly and was very grateful that Garrett was present because he was able to guide me towards the right unit for me and it was the perfect size for the stuff I had to store. 5 star for great service and for a good sense of humor ;) Highly recommend this place.
