I dont know about yall but the people at Cairo IGA are rude and unprofessional. They already price gouging and have the nerve to treat people like nothing. This is unacceptable and I will not stand for it. The Manager there was so rude to me. I simply asked her was there any rule in place where the associates should greet or at least acknowledge customers, she replied well the cashiers greet the customers, and weve been busy I told her thats not an excuse, so she walked away. I will be contacting the owner to make a formal complaint. Also, I will post this exact post on Google Reviews and I will contact the Better Business Bureau and news media if need be. Our order was $80 or more so we left and left them with their products. I would never spend money in any business that doesnt show respect or gratitude towards the customers. I didnt expect everyone to be cheerful or welcoming but in a store where one person acknowledges you who would want to spend a dime there. I will travel to Atlanta or Alaska to grocery shop before I spend another Red Cent in Cairo IGA.

Good veggies and meats, with great sales! I dont do much shopping in the aisles, mostly go for the meats and veggies. Since the renovation, prior to the tornado, things have definitely been stepped up, in terms of the stores layout, cleanliness and selection. Cant wait for them to re-open from the tornado!

Great New management! The store is now clean and smell free, the new produce department is spectacular, with tons of fruits and vegatbles to chose from! The meat department had the best cuts in town! Best place to go for all your needs!

To whoever the new manager is at IGA you are very disrespectful and rude! I called and checked on my application over the phone and his response was We dont check on applications over the phone! (With so much bad attitude) and he hung up without even giving me a chance to respond, I find that very rude; but the employees are very respectful and nice 👍🏽

I like the meats here. A chuck roast nicely cut 9-10$. Verses 16+ any were else, and the baggers are extremely nice the tall slider man 15 years excellent aervice jerry williams. whom had my groceries in the back of my truck b4 I get out the door, and the shorter heavier guy always does a great job! And the young man cashier who Ive been talking to about the Lord are my favorite part of my trip. Great Job!
