Wow, Incredible.. Walmart is very popular and every state especially me visit in Puerto Rico. The way things are there I was so surprised to see such a great bakery and their type of desserts and cakes Not to mention their flowers And arrangements. You dont even get those at home we just get flowers. Every aisle was different can we just mention that I actually thought that I was at Home Depot or Lowes when I saw frigerator and stoves. The prices were outrageously convincing me to even buy one to send it back home. I wanted to fix my home entire house. You had choices so even look at how you want your burners for the stove.Come on Walmart why cant we all be the same. Bring this up all the way to Rhode Island. You make great money because my Walmart I have to go all the way to Massachusetts. But what I saw in the Caribbean, I was in love with Wally world. I cant say enough what I store but thank you my eyes it is were all over the place lets just say that my luggage could not be over capacity and I had to pay extra. I love also my choices of curtains that I brought back from there they are which none of your stores had.

Very clean however if you go about a week before Halloween, theres no more themed and its already ornaments and xmas decorations. Everythinh Halloween themed will be on clearance which sucks because its a week before Halloween.

Good place to find almost everything. But long lines to enter cause the pandemic and long lines to pay. I think this is going to be normal everywere. I give 5 stars if this change.

Its 6:11 am and the store is not open. Seems to be working off of Puerto Rico time, which means it id acceptable to open 15 minutes late

My favorite place to shop groceries, baby clothes, home essentials. It was not crowded. Excellent protocol. Always find everything I need.

Picked over didnt have much and they cheated us charged us a dollar per bag and we was only charged 10cent at the one we went to the next day

Like any Walmart is a one stop for all your needs. Perhaps the only deficiency on this location is the entrance/exit parking situation.

When I need something for anything in Walmart I will find it

I love walmart, but this store is always full. Its hard to find parking and to long lines.

Still dont understand why this place has 27+ pay lanes and thats without counting the self pay lanes, and still manages to have a bottle neck when its time to pay. Walmart, put more cashiers so you can open more lanes. That way we will have a less stressful experience here.

Great Customer Service, Highly recommended

Its a small town Walmart, so dont expect the same variety as a U.S. Walmart. Aside from that, as in any place in P.R. always park near the establishment exit, not the parking lot exit. This reduces the high theft rate here. There a couple homeless people here too, be kind but careful as always. This is common in P.R. Now for the Walmart, it has limited variety compared to U.S. Walmarts, but it has good 7/10 variety compared to other supermarkets in the area. This is partially because Walmart owns Amigo supermarkets too. So you will find the same products there along with the Great Value Brand. Most of the employees are glad to help, others seem to have soul cancer and some just do what they are told and nothing else. All in all a good experience. You go in get what you want and get out. They have done a good job of letting you in and out fast and that is a plus.

The Caguas store looked very organized and well stocked, very different from the Bayamon, Santurce and Dorado Super Centers that look very messy and out of stocks. The only problem that I found was trying to get inside the store, heavy traffic and a very unfriendly lo parking lot. They should sue the engineer that build their parking.

Its Wal-Mart... good prices, a bunch of stuff all in one place, a MESS Of people.

Super great employees here. This young man took customers outside in the rain storm one by one with a patio umbrella and helped them load up. I wish my company could find a young person like him to work for me.

Went on a Sunday to this Walmart and due to covid 19 restrictions you cannot purchase anything other than food and household essentials. So I seen some 40 inch TVs for $150, since I couldn’t purchase on a Sunday, I went the next day (Monday) to buy my grandma a TV (the week of Christmas also), so when I arrived the same TV was price GOUGED to $285!!!!! Insanity! Also with the Nintendo starter kit, it was price at $47, when online and in the Ponce Walmart was priced at $22. Disgusting! Then I call to speak to someone about it and no one answers.

Lay Away staff so friendly & paid attention to detail. The front cashier clerk was so kind & swift.

Walmart has had a recording over their PA about how to walk through the storm, how the isles are marked with directional arrows, etc. Great effort on their part. Too bad people dont listen, dont read, or just dont give a .... One strange thing though, some of the áreas where the cash registers are located have very little space to stage your ítems. Some don,t have a belt so you have to push your items through. If you have your shopping cart full, you WILL go through a lot of Pain to at the register.

This place is conducting all the Covid 19 precautions at the door. There was a waiting line but its understandable because its Christmas Season.

They do not sell meat, store was way over crowded,employees had little knowledge of where merchandise was located.

It was a good. Plenty of stuff and gifts for the holidays at great prices, but it was a little bid crowded.

The have inlet door and outlet door segregation but no control inside the store where everybody is mixed up. The store was full.

A lot more variety than the store at Cayey. But a lot more people at this store 🙄 and more difficult to keep social distance.

Went to pick up a prescription I refilled on line. Service was quick and all Covid protocols in place

Best Wal-Mart in Puerto Rico. Actually has selection and ots not super crowded. Staff are willing to help even those with limited Spanish skills.

Walmart in Puerto Rico seems to me to be a horrible chain. Are they even under the same company name? Prices are supper high, lines are always long. I hate when you’re trying to bag your own groceries and they start throwing the next persons stuff on there. 😡 Get some darn baggers for goodness sake.

They are constantly stocking up the shelves and have about everything you may need. Although, in my opinion, they have lowered the sanitizing standards and procedures. Now you have to be more careful .
