Very fast service, even though it was late (early evening) we were able to get exactly what we needed to get the job done. The employees are very knowledgeable and courteous.

Needed to fix my rear passenger light bulb. The girl said all the interior leading to the bulb had to be removed. I googled it just had to remove the light from the outside. Workers need more training or replaced.

Very poor customer service. We arrived at 11:45am and finally service was provided at 13:15 (1:15pm). We went to buy a battery. After I paid, they let me waiting since they were taking care of customers. Wow, and what I was? It was my understanding that I was a customer, but apparently I was wrong. One of the manager, sorry I do not have her name, long tinted red hair, told me that the are doing me a favor by installing the the battery. Nevertheless, the have a sign that was Free. Free Favor, wow. They asked Jason to help an he totally ignored his co-worker and me. He seems to have attitude problem. Because he was taken care of the customers that just entered to the store. He move to other cashier, the take care of a new incoming call, again taking care of customers, because I was not a customer. No, the reason was that is better to be in air conditioning than outside installing a battery. Finally, Danny Tavares, the manager, was a able to help and install the battery. Definitely, customer service needs to improve, Jason needs a deep training and counseling.

You have to wait in line inside the store to make a quick purchase that does not take even 10 minutes. Very good precautionary measures against the virus. But then they should have more employees in the boxes so that the waiting time is shorter
