I was very impressed by a young man working in the pets area. I needed cat litter and was frustrated that all the Meijer brand cat litter was out and none on the shelf. Two weeks prior the same thing. The young man listened to my frustration, scanned the item tag to see if any were in stock. He went out of his way going back and bringing me the 70 lbs of cat litter i needed. Great job. Much appreciated.

Pharmacist on duty 9/28 very accommodating went out of her way to ensure 7 received my blood pressure meds as I was visiting in town and I forgot back home.Thank you Meyer in Cadillac MICHIGAN

Again its one of your big supermarkets, how much can you say. This one is pretty clean but they do have a tendency to stock whatever the latest trend is for a week or two or three and then change it out for something else. So even if you really like it, whether or not they get it again remains to be seen.

Went to return cans, after hitting $25 and still have cans to return, I was forced to go wait at the end of the line then start returning again. This is the most ridiculous rule, people can wait for the Can return. Also having “specific hours” for the can return is ridiculous too, no wonder people have to wait so long to return anything.

Love the store but the pharmacy can take a minute so plan to be awhile

Its great. There are friendly staff and its very accessible to people with walking disabilities. My only critique wiuld be the range of products somewhat suffers jn comparison to Meijers in towns similar in size (such as Almas).

Store has supply issues. Makes me feel like were living in The Hunger Games or The Handmaids Tale. Has a variety of hard to find items, if theyre in stock.

I like the pick up service but mperks deals are a hassle when you dont shop for yourself. I hope they improve that.

When I still lived in Michigan I went to this Meijer all the time Ive always liked the cleanliness of the store to Friendly staff and if I cant find something I always have a staff member to help me find something. Unfortunately I moved to Idaho and they dont even have a meijer out there

Went for hamburger meat. They are having a big labor day sale on it, today is Saturday and no burger meat available and no rain checks.

Had exactly what i needed that Walmart next door didnt have, a simple sink drain that i needed to replace, was in and out, friendly customer service employees, great experience

Cashier was slow and then started puking wiped off face and put alot of hand sanitizer and did not rub it all in and started scanning had it all over bag.

Store was clean , the meat department was pretty much out of meat and what they did have left was slim , other then that a pleasant shopping trip, we do the shop and scan so much better in my opinion faster check out, can bag my groceries how I want them, wife and I use two carts so much better

Would have been a five star except for two things... no kraft horseradish sauce and some of the employees are very rude. .. acting like you are a inconvenience and are in their way.....

Cashiers needs to be less chatty about personal life and concentrate more on scanning. When did Meijer stop entering the number of items for instance 4 bottles of Coke and scan each one individually? Takes the checkout process much slower.

I was pretty disappointed today. Shelves are bare! I usually spend $250+ in groceries and today was $96. Even sale items were gone! People still very friendly and helpful. Prices good, on what they did have. I guess I go to a second store to finish my shopping.

This place is just huge!Meijer is worth the 3.2 miles of walking, though, because while I got my cardio I stocked up on great liquor deals, pharmacy & vitamins, and found a ruana wrap I didnt know how really badly I needed, casual/work friendly with pants or skirts, dinner, and didnt kill a Benjamin!

Used to be open 24 hrs. Now probably cuz covid-19 they opened at 6am.

Great grocery store. Items that are harder to find I can find here. Prices are higher then other stores unless they are having a sale. I do love the fresh produce.

Was hassled by Member of what appeared to be mid-level wanna be manager Named Mark. Tall White hair. Not a nice man. My mask was dipped below my nose and he made me leave the property. He was threatening and rude. Told me he was going to physically force me to leave if I didnt voluntarily go. He should be removed permanently. My Body, my choice.

I love their products and the upbeat workers all around The store.

Cadillac general store manager is a joke. Thinks because he wears a dress shirt and tie that he is better than every one else. He had three other employees come and try to confront me and stalk me through the store over a mask where I had to take it off for a minute to keep from having a panic attack. And treated my fiance and I like we are criminals. Very very unprofessional and disrespectful. I will never shop there again unless I need too and am now a full hearted Wal-Mart fan.

Meijer in Cadillac was very crowded today. But the can return went fast. The store was well stocked. And once again EVERYONE was so nice and helpful! I cant thank them enough for working and with such wonderful attitudes!

Well we called to see if you had the items we wanted. The team member we talked to on the phone said yes we have a lot of them. We drove almost 45 minutes just to find out there was none of what we called about. We specifically explained to her what we were looking for and she assured us that it was there. Needless to say we werent happy. We even spoke to a manager. She could of atleast given us a gas card or something.

Sushi Wednesday used to be something I looked forward to. I went there at in the morning to pickup my lunch and they only had the rolls out I dont like but the man behind the counter was finishing boxing up some fresh stuff so I asked if I could get a few rolls and he rudely said no come back at 10:30 they are not thawed yet. I didnt realize they froze them and dont understand why he couldnt give me a two of the 10 rolls he had in front of him.

They refuse to take a return because no one staffs customer service until 8am. There is plenty of staff to sell you things though.
