They have very good prices but not many friendly faces. I was not greeted at all and the cashier was rude. May definitely need to work on customer service skills for sure

I could get lost for hours in this store. They have real people who are available for questions and they are eager to help. Hobby Lobby is my place to go for anything decorative, office items, journals, wall art, tableware, and even furniture. I should have take pictures of all the unique things I bought.

Huge selection of scrapbooking items. Very friendly, helpful staff. The coupons are not useful here even though they are from the company and current. I was told they no longer accept coupons.

The store is stocked, well organized and looks clean and bright. I love shopping here! The associates are courteous and helpful and seem to know where everything is (dont know how they do that!). The cashiers were also friendly and efficient and I left with a feeling of satisfaction as I also scored some significant bargains!

Everyone is very helpful I just wish they had Amigo carts to ride in for disabled people. My daughter had to push me in a wheelchair

People like me cant read the fine print on sale signs and I dont receive fliers in the mail. So when the total came up I was stunned. Also when the cashier has to punch in by hand each sale item it is very hard to ask her to return items that were not at the sale price I expected. I was very disappointed with the experience. I doubt I will return to any Hobby Lobby in the future.

They sell the most comfortable face mask Ive found. And the Christmas fabric is starting to arrive.

Super store. My favorite in the state. Ray, Rory, Denise,and Judy make a wonderful managment team. Kelsey in crafts knows her stuff. Caroline in jewelry and wearables is super helpful. Brooke really knows her fabrics. Jen is spectacular in framing, especially custom frames. I rarely if ever go and them not have what I am looking for. There is never empty self spaces even after a busy holiday or weekend. Great customer service. All Hobby Lobbies should take note!

Employees can make or break your experience anywhere. The employees here are super nice and helpful. Store is always clean, restrooms always in good order and the store is well stocked with whatever I need or didnt know that I needed until I saw it :)

They used to have a one item coupon that you can get online and they took that away in February. Their baskets seem very overpriced. However it seems like they have more items in theirweekly sale flyer.

For being a Christian owned business the help isnt very friendly at all

Went in this afternoon and was extremely disappointed to see little to no effort on EMPLOYEES to wear masks correctly or at all in some cases. Absolutely disgusting. I’m DONE, my family will no longer be using this as a last resort craft store. We will just wait for our trips to TC and spend our money at Joanns and Micheals, where employees DO wear masks.

There was a little bit of a wait in line, but not too bad. There were a few people NOT wearing masks at the time I was there, about 5:15-5:30. One man had his small son with him, neither were wearing a mask. A woman came in with a baby, she did not have a mask. Cadillac, Michigan store.

Help was available. Is a fun place to shop.

Finally! Great store, friendly staff, only complaint is the parking lot is really dumb. Not sure who thought it was a good idea, but the entrance/exit is inconvenient. Just glad we finally have one in the area. There’s always great sales. Be sure to use the 40% off coupon on your phone for items not on sale.

I went for a friend...one of the employees I ask if she could tell me where something was and she said in the craft dept and walked away...so not knowing this store...I decided to walk around and possibly find what I need...employees are standing around noone offers help there...it sad cuz Im not sure if I want to go back

They have nice merchandise but their adherence to proper masking is disgusting. Most employees had chinsy plastic overlays that dont cover their noses. I saw about 20 shoppers with masks below their noses. I wont be back there for a while.

The store was a clean amazing Crafters dream land. The only thing that was a surprise was the only time I found a single member of the staff was at the register. Not a one person was on the floor. Our cashier was great but not a staff member to be found on the isles.

Nice store! Big, and well stocked. They have great inventory for every hobby and craft- if you want to make it, they have the stuff for it! Their matte and framing dept is outstanding, too. Nice yarn and material dept. They are a bit pricey, but they sell quality stuff. Unfortunately, their staff isnt very helpful and the checkout lanes move slowly.

Hobby Lobby is great! The staff is really helpful. They always have new stock. Seasonal has a great selection and they clearance it to make room for new things all the time. Sales are very regular too...to help you save some money!

I love this place. It has so much more to choose from than any of the other craft stores. Their prices cant be beat. The sales they have make it worth the 2 hour round trip.I used to shop at one of their stores in Florida, but never thought to look for one here in Michigan. I was going to shop online when my husband said he thought there was one not too far away. Even he enjoyed browsing the store

A very clean store. And the variety of items almost overwhelms me. Could spend hours here. There is so much to see that I couldnt remember all that I had seen. Theres plenty of parking, close to US 131, and near restaurants and other big box stores.

Great place... but didnt have what we were looking for.

This store is clean, well organized and has a surprising variety of merchandise. The prices are a little high, but definitely not outrageous, and since the merchandise is very unique and not anything Ive seen anywhere else, I was happy to pay a little more and be able to browse the shelves, rather than trying to find that perfect item online - only to be disappointed when it arrives on the FedEx truck. One bit of advice - bring some extra cash... I wanted one of EVERYTHING!
