Went in tonight to buy medicine and saw no customers in optical center so i thought i would order my new glasses. Been going there for over 20 years. The girl was on the phone so I sat and waited. When she stopped talking i walked over and handed her my paper script. She put it down and asked what I wanted. So i told her new glasses. Then asked her where the cheap ones were. She pointed while txting over there, they go between $9 to $200 . So i go over to look and tell her it says safety glasses. Without missing a click on her phone she says other side. I check out a few pair find one i like and ask her how much are they. Again she looks up and says the price is on the tag. I put them back walk over. Shes still txting and pick up my script still laying there and said i will do this later thank you. she says your welcome. I said for what you didnt do anything. I WISH I WORKED IN THIS GENERATION! THEY PAY YOU TO SIT ON YOUR PHONE YOU GET BONUSES JUST TO GET OFF THE COUCH AND THEN WHINE IT IS NOT ENOUGH.
I do not recommend the Cadillac location. I called the day before to see if they knew how to process a insurance claim. They said they do.. also, what is a good time to come to the store they told me early in the morning on Wednesday.. which I did, the only person there was a new employee (< month) that did not know how to process a insurance claim...to come back later in the day...Note I live in a near by town.Also, my family and neighbors said they quit using Wal-Mart because the Doctor was rude, cold, un-professional..

I recently had my eyes examined there and was told I had the beginning of cataracts and a significant change in my vision. I was given a new prescription for a one-month trial. I decided to go to Riemer Eye Center and I’m thankful that I did. I was given the wrong prescription by the Walmart doctor and I do not have the beginning of cataracts.
Sure would be nice if their store website would post what different insurances they accept.
My lenses cost $25 more than what was advertised online and did not include the scratch and glare resistance that was offered either. Then the $200 glasses I received were put together extremely poorly. One arm is bent, and a lense is almost loose enough to fall out. Completely unsatisfied, and the staff was defensive and unhelpful. Update: staff said they fixed the problem when I visited. They did not. The WORST experience ever buying my prescription glasses. DONT BUY THEM HERE!!!
Dr Joe is so helpful and kind and is thorough in his exams, explaining things completely. He is quick to answer any questions I have and helped me with a referral when needed recently. Christy, the vision center manager, and her staff are quick to say HI and ask if they can help. There was a problem with my last lens order and they were on top of it and had replacements before I left the area for a couple months. Great group of employees!
If I could rate lower I would. 0 customer service skills. Treated poorly, I was there 6 minutes prior to 8pm and the lady said that she could not help me because/ register automatically shuts off at 8 p.m. I literally needed one box of contacts. Im actually glad I wasnt able to spend my money there. I will never go here again !
I had such a great experience from seeing the Doctor to the Staff members, and paying my bill. You have a wonderful caring staff. Keep up the good work. I got my eyes checked due to head aches and the Doctor was concerned and tentative with that problem. I like that now you get an X-ray of your eyes and viewed right at the time. It gives the doctor more information to give his diagnosis. Thank you for such a good experience.
Ryley was really helpful got my glasses fixed and everything taken care of in a timely fashion. Never had a problem with walmart vision.
They will fix or adjust your glasses even if you didnt buy them at Wal-Mart
Not a good place they Bill you for stuff you didnt want done
