Employees are amazing but they give you so little money/store credit for games and consoles.To sell you 2ds there you get $24, and $30 store credit. Your better off selling them somewhere else.Plus you get $100 for a $250 Xbox. Dont sell things like consoles, only games you want to get rid of.

I bought a headset used at game stop for almost $60!!! Brought it home and it didn’t work, as some people are aware not everyone saves receipts and not everyone signs up for rewards.. heck I just wanted a working headset. I wasn’t able to return it for at least in store credit or a trade out and I visited Walmart and the price for a brand new one was $34. I was ripped off. So further saying anyone looking for headsets DON’T GO TO GAME STOP.

Completely unprofessional behavior from the employees. If you have time to chat with your friends for 10 minutes plus only to rush out your customers under the guise of loitering while looking for games to buy is a rude way to treat us. After being rushed, sold the wrong game and being shoved out the door because we are interrupting your plans about going to the local comic shop we looked online to see a buy used games get free extra games. Never had a chance to get the extra games as you never mentioned the promotion so Im guessing that the extras we skipped got to be added to the games you were going to sell the comic shop. Unprofessional, rude, and solely ran by what appears to be self absorbed children.

I go there for my 12 year old son. The staff are very nice to him and they dont treat him like he is just some kid. They treat him like he is their customer and even give him suggestions. I love the Cadillac Gamestop!

Preordered a game, got told theyd hold it for three days after release but nope, they sold it two days after which sucks since I didnt have a chance to even get there until the third day. Its stupid that they sell peoples preordered copies of games. Yes, supply and demand but if we put money down on the game and preorder it then they shouldnt be able to sell it unless its an obvious lost cause (like, i dont know 2 weeks after release of they hear nothing from the preorderer). And now I must wait for an unknown amount of time until they get it back in stock and hope that Ill be able to pick it up then.

Games are very good quality whether they are used or new. The used Wii U I got from there works great and I have not had any problems with it.

Great selection of games and consoles, all the staff are super friendly and helpfull anytime I have a question about new releases or new stuff coming out on certain consoles they tell you what they know or just look it up for you, they also have a lot of per-owned games and consoles if you need to save some money but still want to play something new, love this store keep it up staff highly recommended

I stopped into GameStop last night with Skyrim in my hand, which I just bought from Walmart. Now be sure to know that Skyrim is Mature rated, 17+. I went in there to buy GTA V for the PS4. One of the workers wouldnt let me. I told him I was 17, but I didnt have an ID. I showed him that I bought Skyrim, which you also have to be 17 for. So I had to sit there in GameStop for 30 minutes just for someone to arrive and help me out. If I bought Skyrim, do you really think I cant get GTA V?? So dumb.

Not as interesting as it used to be. Lots of uninteresting pop culture merchandise rather then video games. OK prices. Trade in prices arent terrible. Generally only stocks for consoles from the most recent and last generations (eg, no PS2, GC or Xbox or earlier games). Loud due to TVs playing advertisements for video games.

I called yesterday which was 11/28/2016 and asked about a release date and time for that store for the new final Fantasy 15. I was told that they would be open til 1am for the pre release I asured them Id be there to purchase the game before 1am on 11/29/2016. I arrived at the establishment at 12:45am by taxi in the pouring rain only to find they closed the store early at around 12:30 am. I was livid. In hopes I thought if I called because someone was still there, that maybe I could get the game being that closing time was not supposed to be til 1am. I was wrong and now I am at home pissed off watching twich and seeing others have the joy of such a wonderful game I desperately wanted but did not get because of what he referred to as a miscommunication . So thanks gamestop for ruining my night.

40$ for a used game is ridiculous, AnD of course thats the one my son picked out. Was never greeted when we came in. Employees didnt look like they enjoyed their jobs.
