Love this store for a couple reasons. It is close to my house and the customer service is off the charts!! These girls are so helpful. Not only do they take my stuff and put it in my car but they have offered to do my shopping for me. I am on oxygen so this means the world to me.

Very slow night, only one cpl in store besides us. They have lots of clearance items for sale. I found everything we needed and was quickly and friendly btw checked out. The store was clean today.

I love Family Dollar. Its close, convenient, and they have a little of everything.

Cashier was tapping her fingers on the counter being very impatient as I was counting out coins at checkout. I didnt appreciate it.

Staff is friendly, store is disorganized it seems like theres 3 different areas for every item- I actually dont mind that at all but some others may find it annoying or confusing, but the staff is helpful and willing to show you exactly where it is if you are trying to locate something. I was looking for an item(after seeing wax melts & warmers on 3 endcaps & areas throughout the store, I wanted to checkout the main section of candles, wax warmers, etc.) cashier said its down isle 23(he was on checking a customer out, offered to help when he was done but I asked just to point it out) it took me awhile to figure out where the isle label was, many of them werent labeled or numbered so had to guesstimate where 23 was- the stores not THAT huge that I couldnt figure it out but, it took longer to find then it should have. Overall though it was a pleasant experience. Good prices, friendly staff fast, efficient checkout.

Was very helpful when I asked for specific item...just a quick stop....looked like shelves could use help straightening up, they were stocking merchandise .... Isles are very narrow, a few almost clostrophobic, but found what I needed 😊

The employees are very nice. The new manager is a help and nice personality. Same goes with the other employees.

The store manager has called me an a****** before and they are very rude and offended me about listening to a religious song telling me it would offend other people and called me and a****** when I said that I didnt want to turn my music off I said the manager was being an a****** and returned and now they have said I am not allowed at that store this store has had a lot of problems with its maintenance and management and also its employees for quite a long time theyve gone through a lot of managers in a short period of time and its gone downhill up I wish it was still like it was when Jean ran it
