The lady that helped me was great and she checked to see if I had toweda in my area before selling me. I got a cheap one and towers work better by Moorestown area thann Verizon or total wireless.

T mobile is the worst cell phone carrier. Unlimited not really. Great coverage, nope. Cant even create an online account because the only way is via text, but they cant text the home internet device..thus I have no way of creating an online account. Had to go to a store because customer service on the phone is horrible.

Expect to wait an hour to talk to anyone. And thats only if youre lucky.

Sunday staff was rude and didnt help at all you sold us phones that arent compatible with 1 tower we are really pod and after 5 years we feel like you could care less

Very knowledgeable helpful and friendly staff

Stopped into this store a half hour before closing when we were having issues activating a phone. Our associate from the Gaylord store had called ahead and they greeted us by name upon entering! They did not give up until the issue (which they had never seen) was resolved. We were there for over an hour and despite it being after closing time they had several other customers come in and they never batted an eye! Just kept smiling and helping everyone that came in.
