I love this place. My Son and daughter-in-law live in Cabot so every time I visit I always stop here at least two or three times. I love their house blend so much I bought some to bring back to Indiana with me. Everyone who works here is very friendly as well.

Grinds is my favorite coffee shop! They go above and beyond all expectations. My favorite is an iced black and white mocha with a breakfast burrito! The perfect combo. They are so efficient in the drive thru as well. I dont think I have ever waited in line more than 5 minutes. It beats out Starbucks 100%.

The line is long and a couple times I didnt stop but I decided to one day and it went by quickly. Having someone come out and take orders was great. I need a 4 shot every once in a while to keep this thing called life firing on all cylinders.

Love their coffee! Its locally roasted by serious coffee fanatics and it shows. Not at all bitter like most chain coffee shops or weak like most restaurants. This place blows Starbucks away.

I was so excited to try this coffee shop when we moved here in September (2020)! I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a Starbucks addict. But this coffee beats them in all categories. Not only is the coffee good but the customer service is excellent too!! I’ve always had a great experience. I highly recommend their vanilla latte! Super happy to have a small town coffee shop that has delicious coffee. ALSO - their breakfast burrito is soooo good! You gotta try one when you go #loyalcustomer

Amazing. Regulations hold this place back - they had live music when they started, unfortunately that has since been cancelled. This undoubtedly would be the best coffee house in Arkansas. I hope thats approved. However, there is still a unique choice of meals here that makes up for anyone not wanting specialty coffee. Dine in acceptable as of July 2020

There is a great atmosphere, the drinks are AMAZING, and the customer service is unheard of. I found my new study spot, and cant wait to come back!

Really enjoyed our experience at Grinds Coffee. This was my first time going to Grinds. I went with friends for a coffee date away from the husbands and kids. We got there just after they opened, so there wasnt much of a wait. The food and coffee were great. The service was even better! There were plenty of tables and places to sit. We will definitely be back.

Found this little place last year. I have become addicted to their Black and White hot coffee. Its a chocolate flavored coffee.They offer shakes, sandwiches, desserts, and more. Very friendly staff. Clean and comfy interior.

This coffee shop is a neighborhood treasure! Their service is excellent, food is delicious, and coffee was exactly what we needed this morning! I was so shocked at how closely they watched their drive-thru line and then sent a very nice gentleman out to our car to take our order! And may I say, that very nice gentleman was rocking his mustache! If you haven’t been, you should definitely try this place out!

They should play Christian music again, its one reason why I loved the place.

Grinds coffee has really good coffee and food. I support them because they are a locally owned business, the staff Ive dealt with , have always been nice and smiling, not stuck up , like some places .I will continue to give grinds my business.

Grinds is an extraordinary coffee place if you want to stop by and relax while working on homework, or just to relax with some friends. The kids in the afternoon on school days can be pretty loud and obnoxious (sometimes), but they are usually gone by 5PM. Michael is by far a fantastic barista, very knowledgeable in what he is doing, very friendly, even helpful if youre willing to open up a lot to him. He has a spectacular attitude and is a wonderful person.

I had a terrible experience today with the lady who owns The Grind. Last week I received a faulty coffee cup that resulted in quite a coffee mishap. Today she told me that nothing was wrong with their cups because nothing like that has ever happened with their cups in the past. And that it must have come from my cup holder or my doing. She was rude and all but called me a liar. The backstory: My family and I have spent a lot of money over the years buying coffee and food from there. We like supporting local businesses. There have been a few times my coffee was messed up over the years but they were fairly minor issues so I didnt make a fuss. I can only remember one other time where I brought anything to the attention of staff. And that was when there was a piece of garlic or sliver of something strange in my coffee. I was polite and they replaced my drink. Anyway, I came through the drive through last week and ordered a couple of things including a small coffee. When the girl handed me my coffee I immediately took a sip and noticed some coffee dripped on my lap. As I was holding it more drips so I sat it in my cup holder. I drove across town and about 5-10 minutes later I picked up the drink to take a sip and cofffe leaked on my lap. It was leaking a lot and coming from the bottom of my cup. It was like the cup was coming apart on the bottom. My daughter found a small plastic container that was in the back of our vehicle and I was able to catch the rest of the leaking drink. I called The Grind and explained to the girl what had happened. I was polite. I text a couple pics of the cup and you could see some of it on my lap. She said the owner would talk to me next visit. Today was that visit. I pulled up and she walked off and the owner returned with a smug look and informed me that could not have happened to her cup. It was RIDICULOUS customer service. I tried to tell her what happened again but she continued saying from her point of view it was not her cup that had the problem...but she would give me a coffee. I told her not to bother. After years of me ordering food and drinks did she really think I was a busy mom who put scoring a free small coffee on my daily agenda? I was nice until today. I am hurt and furious to be treated like that by a business my family supported. I informed her none of us would be back again.

I go out of my way to visit Grinds almost every morning! They have the most attentive staff! They even know my crazy complicated drink by heart and start preparing it right when I roll up so I can get to work quickly! They have the BEST coffee and are also a great breakfast and lunch spot! Can’t say enough great things about this place and the people!

Very enjoyable visit. First time there, happy they had sugar free syrup flavors. My latte was hot, foamy, & yummy--just the way I like it. Seating area is large, comfy chairs, big screen TV was on. Prices are really reasonable too. Try it!

I come here 6 days a week, it would be 7 if they were open on Sunday’s. They are very accommodating regarding my soy milk requests. The staff are always smiling and friendly even at 7:00 on a Monday morning. I love starting my day off with a delicious cup of coffee from Grinds!

Breakfast or anytime, this place is the BEST! Love their Frappes as well as their breakfast and lunch menu. You can definitely get addicted to their Frappes as they are so delicious. Once you try them, youll not go anywhere else for a Frappe. Their fresh baked scones and cinnamon roles are awesome, too.

Best coffee in cabot, by far. Not only did Michael make me one of the BEST cappuccinos I’ve had, he also took extra time to explain the difference in cappuccino, latte, and regular coffee. Entertaining and friendly staff, very skilled barista, and great chicken salad. Definitely check it out!

Good, quiet little place. Staff was friendly and helpful. Espresso was good, and the chicken salad was delicious. I wish the food options were a little more interesting, its pretty ordinary sandwich stuff. But tasty! No complaints.

The coffee was wonderful and the service fast and friendly. What I didnt like was the barista sneezing into someones latte and wiping his nose with his hand while continuing to make the latte. I also dis not appreciate him walking around with a cigarette dangling from his mouth. After going outside to smoke he returned to preparing drinks without washing his hands. Very unappetizing.

They are so friendly and the drinks are SO SO good. I love the black & white mocha frappe w/ a shot of gingerbread! But I also love it hot and iced. Ive tried other drinks and liked them as well, always fresh and delicious and the owners and employees have always been really friendly and fast.

I love this little coffee shop. This morning was an absolute joy. I got a hot black and white mocha, and while I was waiting I got to watch the crew dance and sing together. You can tell the business is like a family, they all vibe and interact with each other in such a fun way. Michael and Hanna are both very great baristas, they are almost always there and are ready with answers whenever you have a question. My only critique is that the muffins taste almost store bought, not that it’s a big negative. They’re still delicious and I will continue to buy them and choose the grinds, everytime I’m in cabot. 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Awesome staff. The Best coffee I always get the dark chocolate iced mocha yum. Oh the biscuits n gravy are so good and so is the steak quesadilla. Those are my go to. Now if you want chocolate get one of those big warm brownies. :)

Food is yummy and the space is quiet. Atmosphere is a bit on the open side, I would prefer a more cozy feel. The big TV is a turn off for me too, but Im looking for workspace away from home.

We have visited a couple times now and so far everything we have ordered, food and drinks, have been good. The service is fast and the employees are very nice. We plan to become regulars as we need a place to hangout after school to have a snack and do homework before gymnastics starts.

This is our favorite local spot for iced and hot brews. They also have food for those that are hungry. Always friendly service.

John and Carrie are the best! They are so friendly and anything within reason to keep their customers happy.The coffee is wonderful, but my favorite is the green tea. My biggest weakness is that whenever I drive by there, I have to stop and get one of their fresh steak or chicken wraps. They will put just about anything you want on it which is amazing, but I always get it panini pressed.If youve never been there, you need to check it out, you will NOT regret it.
