Based solely on the fact that there are no prices on the website. With covid-19 being a major issue, most folks are not wanting to risk going in store to shop. Im quite certain your company has missed out on hundreds of thousands of dollars in potential revenue because of this. Might be something to consider going forward.
Better selection than I thought. I actually bought a few pieces.
We purchased a dining room set from Scotty. He told us that they were in stock and we could get the new set in 1 week. He said they would call when it came in. After 2 weeks we called and were told it wasn’t in yet and that they could get it in 3 days and set it aside in back room until we could pick it up. We were moving and needed to get a truck to carry it. When my husband went in to get it the set wasn’t there. He was told he could have the floor model. It had some scratches but we were not offered any compensation for that. When we got it home the chairs were not assembled correctly and wobbled. My husband had to take them apart and fix them. Come to find out Scotty stopped working there a couple of days after our purchase. I guess he just wanted the commission. We were dissatisfied. Buyer beware. This was the store in Haslet, Texas.
Went in for a dresser for my daughter, and Toni helped us and he was amazing. Didnt push me to buy something I didnt want. Listened to what I was truly looking for and showed us few options and was even giving me tip to make it unique for my daughter! Cant wait go back and have him help us find a living room set!!

I was pleased with the service and quality in the past. Went in on Saturday and purchased 6 dining room chairs. I was sold 4 off of the sales floor room. Was told the other to would be there Tuesday. Let me clarify the service has been amazing. My husband and I purchased a sectional and bar. We decided to go back and get dining room chairs. Went in today to get our chairs . They where in boxes and we had to put them together. I was not told this is how they would come in. The problem I had was Jeremy. He was rude unprofessional and lack any remorse or care . When I address this issue, he just blew me off. Apparently this company doesn’t care about there customers. I willNo longer give them my business or send any referrals.. So sad one manger / supervisor didn’t care to show customers service.
Have a nice stuff. Sells men are only tring to get a sell. Dont care what you buy. But after going to living spaces 4 miles down the road. Best furniture for half the price.

The store was clean and organized. The staff was friendly. The prices werent too bad. If you need furniture its a good place to look and compare prices.
Beware what you buy. Bought recliner sofa and recliner loveseat. In less than 2 years a part broke and they gave me the runaround before telling me the parts are no longer available.
Salesman Jeremy Gray was very professional. Came in months ago to just look and he was not pushy and still very helpful. One of the reasons I returned to purchase a dining set. He assisted me and made the transaction an easy process.
Very expensive. Ended up purchasing my couch from another place for almost half the price and better material.
Interesting place. Deals mostly in sitting furniture, some beds and tables thrown in. Style and quality appear to range from luxury to budget with some very nice prices seen. We were not able to find what we needed however, and due to nature of business special / custom orders cannot be made.

All the pieces I have ever bought from there were good quality and the only time I had an issue, Jeremy was quick to replace. I would and have recommended this to family and friends!!!
I was DREADING buying furniture because I am super picky. I found everything I needed (and more!) And came in way under my budget. Keith was great with me (and my kids!) And our delivery guys were fast and efficient. Will be using them again for my future needs!
I have purchased bedroom furniture for my children, a dining room table and a mattress at Unclaimed Freight. I think the prices are reasonable, the service is always friendly and knowledgeable and friendly and they deliver when they say they will.Our go to salesperson there is Jeremy. He knows a lot about the furniture and the business in general and is always ready to answer any questions we may have.Also, they have a layaway program. I have not used it but the guys there will be able to tell you about it if you need it. Good payment option in my opinion.

I have bought bedroom furniture, living room furniture, mattresses and Adirondack chairs. Not only was the entire staff at this location helpful, but the owner even took the time to help with my furniture selection. If you are looking for good quality and value, I would recommend that you stop by this store.
Omg. This place has crazy high prices. Its way too much for even end tables. We needed to buy multiple pieces for our home, and we thought it would be affordable. Many things are untagged, and the customer is left to figure out the price. Unless you can spend a mortgage payment on a single chair, this isnt the place for you.The customer service was good thats why I have given them 3 stars

Really cool spot to shop for furniture. Wish I would have looked here before shopping at Rooms To Go. The name is a bit misleading as you would expect. However they do genuinely have things at a discount compared to your run-of-the-mill furniture stores. They have some really cool unique looking pieces as well.
We had a good experience here. We needed a recliner and found tons of options at decent prices. Delivery charge reasonable and is the same no matter how much you buy. Friendly customer service.

Way way way over priced furniture thats often damaged or junk. Sales folks are sharks, expect used car sales treatment.
Great salesman because they want to sell you but very poor customer service. There are too many different department that handles your order. The warehouse manager was not very helpful solving the issue. Their movers caused damages on the couches in the process delivering and did some damages on my house such my plants, door frame front door, etc. After waited another several days to get the replacement then they delivered the same couches I had returned to be replaced. When I called the warehouse manager he said it was new but it is actually the same couches and the only difference was they painted the damages. Also another reason that I know it was the same couches because I put a marking on the tags that only I can know about. Just to think they trying to pull a fast one on me. After several attempts delivering but finally got my couches but not a satisfied customer and I wasnt compensated for all the things they put me through. I would not recommend this place and I will never buy anything from this place.

I just called and spoke with Chad in Sales at the North Fort Worth location. He was ABSOLUTELY no help. I gave him the SKU directly from the website and he couldnt locate the product. He asked for the number multiple times and couldnt provide the information asked. I told him the product was on the website and he could view it himself. He told me I cant bring up the website, it doesnt work that way. I am ready to spend my money with this company but the staff has ruined the experience within the 1st attempt of contact. I wouldnt take a free piece of furniture from this place!!

Overpriced bargain store, they buy at cost or below and market it higher as at cost. We found the same bedroom set at Ashley furniture for cheaper and it was the same suite set at this place.

I have been doing business with Unclaimed Freight since the early 90s. They opened up the one on 287 and it is so close to home now. In the 90s I bought from Jeremy at the Arlington location. Then he moved to the Haltom location and I bought from him there. He is now at the location in Haslet and still takes great care of me and my family.

A lot of the furniture is cheap quality and the prices are still pretty high. The worst part is that youll be followed everywhere you go. Creepy, invasive, and high prices for low quality.
