I am from NC. I flew to Arkansas on Sept. 3, 2019 to visit my daughter and then to make a quick trip to Ft. Sill Oklahoma to see my granddaughter graduate basic training Sept. 6, 2019. Daughter agreed to let me use her car for the trip to Oklahoma which was 6 hour drive. She needed tires for her car. I was stressed because we had to find tires in a short amount of time for me to be able to make the trip to Oklahoma. Spoke with Mark on Wednesday morning, very polite and so helpful. Very blessed they just happened to have her size tires (4) in stock. Made an appointment for noon the same day!! They installed the tires very quick. I was on my way Thursday morning by 8am. Cant ask for more than that from a very busy well run company. They went above and beyond to help this Grandmother to make this very special occasion! Thank you Tires and More!! Can not say enough good things about this company.

Do not walk in!! Order your tires ahead of time apparently dont stock standard size tires for trucks...275/70/17 told me they dont stock them they have to be ordered ahead...smdh

Not long ago, my wife had to take a vehicle here, and she had an experience that I was not happy about and left a review that was less than flattering. Unfortunately, I did it with a phone that I no longer have and cant delete it. Last week, my truck quit on me on the way home from work. I work in the automotive industry and was in a spot where I didnt want the expense of towing the truck to North Little Rock. I was able to get it to their shop and leave keys in the drop box for them. I called the next day when I got to work, and they were already looking at the trouble, and gave me the option of paying with their credit plan when they found the problem. They were incredibly easy to deal with and very efficient. Truck was ready when I came by after they had closed. As someone that works in the business, it is good to have guys like this representing us. Thanks guys.

So frustrated. We took our Honda to Tires N More in Cabot for an OIL CHANGE and for them to try to fix our air conditioner In it. We dropped it off all day yesterday and got a call saying one of the back tires was worn down real bad and would need a new tire. Since we are going on a trip later this week we said go ahead and order the new tire. So we picked up the car so I could work today and brought it back after work to get the tire replace. So when we paid and got in the car and was looking at the receipt, they charged us over sixty extra dollars on top of everything to tell us we need to take it to a Honda dealer to see about the air conditioner because they don’t know what’s wrong with it (we called the Honda place and they said for them to tell us what’s wrong with it would be 100 plus whatever it costs to fix it). And on top of all of that they didn’t even change the oil in the car! 😠 also they called us at 540 (they closed at 5) and were snippy on the phone asking if we were going to pick up the car today because they closed earlier, when they were supposed to call us when it was done to let us know to come get it and never bothered to call us until after they closed. So to recap we took it in for an oil change and to fix the air conditioner, and ended up buying a new tire, paying sixty some dollars for hem to say we don’t know about the air take it somewhere else and pay another hundred dollars to see what’s wrong then pay to get what’s wrong fixed, AND they didn’t do the main thing we brought it in for, the oil change. Needless to say I won’t be going there anymore for my car 😑

Got new tires and they got me in and out quick.

I took my car in and had two new tires put on. in the process they broke a stud. The guy came out and explained what happened and said they could repair it for around $40 parts and labor. I was a little aggravated but not upset. They break something and I have to pay them to fix it? I asked the guy if I paid for the parts could they do the labor no charge and he said sure. So I had to go in on a Monday morning for them to fix it making me late for work. It was an inconvenience to say the least. As I just had two tires replaced and will need two more in a couple of months, I feel they could have fixed it no charge to ensure that I would return for my next two tires. It seems that my experience is not normal for T&M but Im a bit disappointed. All in all, they were friendly during all of this.EDIT: To be fair, I found out later from a third party that the lug nut broke coming off my car. Meaning that there was something wrong with the lug nut and it was not their fault that it broke. I just want to be honest and fair in my review.Great place to do business! EDIT: Tires n More responded to the review and corrected the problem. Additionally we were incredibly impressed at their willingness to make it right. Top notch customer service!We’ve used Tires n More in the past with good results. On this occasion I had two front tires replaced. When I picked up the car the TPMS system was flashing then stayed on. We called as soon as I arrived home. They said bring it back in and they would reset the system. I brought it back in the next day. The gentleman said the tires were way over-inflated (all 4). He then attempted to reset the TPMS and said that the “rear one was bad“. My husband called back and talked with the person that answered the phone. While he was apologetic there was no offer, suggestion or solution as to why we’d had no difficulty with the TPMS until immediately after having tires replaced and then filled to incorrect pressure (47/45 for all 4 when 33/35 psi front/rear was the recommended for the vehicle). We were disappointed that a fairly inexpensive tire replacement is requiring additional work, time and money on our part.

I needed a new battery and an oil change for my car today. And as always I received fast, professional service. I have been coming here for years for all my vehicle service needs and will continue to do so going forward. This place took such great care of my fiancé and I! We needed a lot of work done and they did it for a reasonable prices and got it done within a day each time. They even dropped me off back home and picked me up to come get it. They have a really great no credit financing which was a BLESSING for my family since we both have no credit at all. My wifes vehicle is there now. I work at a dealership on the other side of Little Rock and our trouble started when my wifes car would not start at all and I was already at work. She had it towed to this place to avoid a tow bill to West Little Rock. Yesterday, they said they could handle it and then didnt even start on her car. She would not have known about their delays if she had not called them. Hint:your time means nothing to these people. Told her today what the trouble is. Now, were out money with the same problem. Good thing I havent been involved with this. This is a dump folks. Want it done right, go to the dealer.

I had my 2003 Jeep Grand Cherokee towed into Tires N More with a possible fuel pump, $453. Quote, I had to wait 5 days to have it fixed which included weekends , most all shops had a long wait ; it had good reviews and was close., my job fires after 3 days. I checked on it after two and they said they no longer thought it was the fuel pump could they do a dignoses for $106.00 I said ok and to let me know since not that maybe I could fix a few small things like tail light out. No word, I call back , they werent sure he couldnt read the mechanics notes but now they again thought it was the fuel pump, let me know. One call it needed a filter , ( filters came with the part) a different filter. Ok no price offered. I called again no price something else wiring? Last call total now $659.19! What ! I dont have it, Ill pay 600.00 now 59.19 on Friday after them telling me it was my lucky day back to under $ 500. And I needed to come pick it up ( they had already put whatever on , without confirming a price, never did the diagnostic no reason, I have no idea what sensor, no part numbers or warrantys on receipt. I paid as stated. Next morning I try to go to go, home at less than 27 miles per hour, 44 miles away in the heat , nothing fixed no test drive by them . I do 3 days and park at their business. Now its a catalytic converter they dont fix, quote $850 then $950. Couldnt get it fixed! Lost job after a brief extension. If they had known what they were doing and told me it was the catalytic I wouldnt be out $659.19 and a job. I could have put it on a second vehicle that also needed repairs. On top of that catalytic converter shop says must do a tune up first or it could burn it up crossing town! When I questioned the bill, they said they had to do wiring for mouse damage??? They were pleasant , but very bad mechanics! Half the time I thought it had to be crank calls. My advice if your job depends on them, go elsewhere fast.Shelby J Norris

Even watched them handle a super rude customer with patience and a level head. Glad I have this place to go to right here in town.

Great service!!! i called to schedule an alignment for my truck got it same day and they even worked me in earlier so i could get to work on time. best part was one of the guys took the time to bring out a couple coloring books and some crayons for a couple kids that were in the waiting area. just that that was really cool. you dont see a lot of service like that anymore! they even took some off my bill since they said they didnt have to do adjust my alignment. i appreciate not being taken advantage of! great shop!

I use Tires N More for alignments, as its one of the few repairs I cannot do myself. These guys are professional and always helpful. Their prices are very competitive. I especially like that they understand I do my own work on my vehicles, so when they run across something that is wrong, they explain what they found and let me arrange the repair. I refer all of my Cabot friends to this place, and will continue to do so.

When they got the tires you need there, theyre great for the price. nine times out of 10 they usually had what I was looking for, every once in a while I might have to wait a couple of days but other than that they are a lot better than some other tire places. Wow! The people here are interesting, Ill tell you that much. Been here several times and each time have had a different problem. This time though, they insulted my mother by making a sexist comment asking if she had any men in her life who could drive the car to the shop. Unacceptable behavior.

This place used to be truth worthy to get you a good deal and take care of your care. Now you can expect to get over charged even if youre a loyal customer. Bought all 4 of my tires from him and I end up spending $90+ for a damn oil change.

Went in for oil change, and car overheated on the way home. Oil was murky (other shops reconized it immediately ) but they didnt say anything that could of saved the engine.. then charged 20 dollars more then any other place.Maybe okay with other things but do not go there for an oil change

Traveling with my son and it was Thanksgiving weekend. Tried one place and they were closed. Tried another and they were booked solid! Called (this time) before driving there and woohooo they answered! Asked if they had any openings to get my oil changed? They were very busy, but said to come in about an hour. I did and woohooo again, he got me in! Very nice staff, working with me, as I had a dog, cat, kid and trailer to contend with as well! It took me longer to unhitch, rehitch and load up the critters and kid than it did....lol
