Wow, maybe you can hire people that hate their job a little less? Stood in a long line and the employee never greeted anyone or thanked anyone for their patience, didnt even acknowledge a single person. Not really a big deal Over All.He was very slow and not kind or friendly and didnt even greet anyone that walked up to the counter. When it was finally my turn I had asked about packing tape and he was borderline rude and not a friendly bone in his body. Im not asking to be best friends with the staff but a little friendliness would be nice.

The manager has no idea what he is doing. He messes up in a huge job and refused to do anything to make it right. I will never use this location again for my business.

This review is so hard to write, I just dont know where to start. I had a very difficult situation, one that goes way beyond any services that are even listed in the services provided. The request was so unusual, I was certain that they could not do it. You could almost feel Johns smile on the phone as I was asking. I could hear how busy they were in the background yet instead of doing the logical thing and tell me it couldnt be done he accepted the challenge. I am certain he had to sacrifice some of his personal time, but he put together my request. I can honestly say in 50 years I do not believe I have ever had this level of customer service. I cannot express my gratitude enough for their efforts, a decades long tradition has been rescued for my family. Thank you so much, may you have a safe and happy holiday season. Jim

If I could give it negative I would. My aunt sent me my great grandmothers dishes packed amazingly like a box inside the box bubble wrap around in between and all the dishes extremely well wrapped.

Every time I ship a package with UPS it 90% of the time is delivered promptly on time. I have never had any problems with the butte UPS store and they have always completely satisfied my expectations.

Not good they cant find my address so I call them at 9 am and they tell me it is the wrong addres... I say no it is right i know my own address its right that say ok and they will call me back well they never called me back so I call them at 5:30 pm and they say oh well after you change you address they have to put it on a different truck... so I say i didnt change the address and the guy says have a good day and hung up on me! Wth! Not only they mess up but instead of explaining they hang up on you!
