Drive through was quick and service friendly. So happy they have cappuccino moo-latte flavor back again!
Pretty good for the most part. No big complaints. Staff is decent. Could do better, but there is so much worse out there right now from some of the other restaurants. Ill be back.

Stopped here while visiting from out of town. Ordered 2 chicken strip baskets and a large oreo mocha fudge blizzard. My blizzard was over an inch from the top & and a huge pile slopped on the side of the cup. And was missing the coffee flavor. We were there about 6:30pm and were advised that they were out of gravy except for a small container because they were close to closing and offered us other dips. The gravy they did give us was old, clumpy, thick, and gross. The toast from one meal looked like it had been eaten off of. The fries were old and cold. Nothing about our meal was good. Very disappointed. I didnt even eat mine. My husband had only a couple bites.
I had a New York strawberry blizzard. It was delicious. Man that place is awesome.
Dont dine at this one.......to put it simpily you would get better service at mcdonalds......it took them 10 mins to take my order. Very unprofessional. Dont think ill dine at this establishment for a while...and i found a fly or two flying around.
We got Blizzards and they were pretty good. Staff needs some training as they were operating in chaos.

I used the drive thru. When I pulled up there were two vehicles in front of me waiting to place their orders. The line moved fairly quick and I placed my order. In less than 5-minutes I was at the window paying for and receiving my order. The staff was friendly and professional. It was a great experience all around. I heartily recommend the Butte Harrison Dairy Queen.
After a month of travel and trying new restaurants, I was so glad to eat at a nice familiar restaurant again. And the food was cooked amazingly and the service was great, just like at the locations back east coast.
Extremely slow service and it was not even close to being busy. Absolutely ridiculous.
Hot as hell, no hair nets for the cooks or anyone for that matter or face masks. Cold French fries and when I was there 3 different people came through with wrong orders. Really expensive and I didnt get what I ordered. I got a hamburger instead of a grilled chicken sandwich. I will not be back

Gave me the wrong food at the drive thru, noticed before I left. Got home and had rotten banana in my banana split. Rotten fruit in a signature desert. Disappointing. Wish I could add a photo

This is a decent Dairy Queen. However, the blizzards are almost never mixed. Toppings for the 1st half and plain ice cream for the 2nd half.
Good food eat there at least once a week.

It was good but I would not rate it a good value as it was a bit expensive.
This place went above and beyond. Due to the starbucks I was not able to drive my car next door since there was a huge line of cars blocking me in. I called to ask if the lobby was open but sadly it was not. The gentleman I was speaking to decided do the mobile order and ill come bring it out. Definitely not alot of people like that so keep up the great work Dairy Queen Team!!!!
Tried a hamburger right after they opened. And it was great. Tried one a couple of weeks later and it was absolute cold garbage.... So there it is...😔
Steakhouse double burger with A-1 & onion ring so, so, so delicious. The pumpkin cookie butter shake was decadent and amazing. Highly recommend.

Lobby was closed...long line in the drive thru.
Ordered through Doordash. Did not receive any sauces ordered or even straws. The side-salad was a container of shredded carrots, cabbage, tomato chunks and bacon bits. No dressing.
We waited 15 minute to get our meals and still didnt get our fries.
Had bacon cheeseburger and the burger was raw and the bacon was not cooked very well..
Awesome and food was fresh. Indoors where clean and well maintained with a quite atmosphere.
When you are out of just Iceberg lettuce, DO NOT USE SALAD MIX AS A SUBSTITUTE!!! WHO WANTS CARROTS, CABBAGE AND RADISHES ON THEIR HAMBURGER!!!!!!!

The ice cream was running.The blizzards were soft and running,peanut buster parfait you could drink the ice cream ,took the cover off and lost half the ice cream for being soft and running.
This Dairy Queen had bathrooms so sparling clean you could smell it. Great service by a nice young man who was new on Sunday 7/26/2020 at noon
Fast and accurate! Sometimes the swirl cone machine doesnt work but it was today and that made me happy! Got a turkey BLT and it was pretty good and my daughter liked her chicken strips! I like the healthier side choices but they shouldnt offer fries on the speaker they should offer the healthy options first.

Delicious. The sauce containers were huge. As were the portion sizes. My fiancé got a blizzard and loved it. We both got the chicken strips. I’m on Keto and didn’t want fries. She said it was cheaper to get it with fries. Not sure if that was true. Service was pretty fast, and price wasn’t too bad. I love Dairy Queen. We were just passing through on a road trip. It wasn’t too far off the highway which was nice. Overall great experience.
I love Dairy Queen! The people are always very friendly. I was there at a very busy time and waiting for my order, and it was taking a long time. When I went up to the counter and told there person about it, she apologized and upgraded my blizzard from a small to a medium for free. She was very nice. I would recommend this place to everyone.
Yeah theyre great and all but they always forget the sauces every time I go.... which sure sucks because I always get the chicken strips. And their bbq sauce is the best. I always feel embarrassed when I have to go back through the line for my sauces... so I dont. And it seems silly to call about it. Sometimes the staff can be kinda temperamental and I dont want to upset anyone... I wish I just got them when Im supposed to... :(

Wasnt that great burger was cold and mushrooms began to jelly got a hot dog meal and it was very dry... :-( thank God for refills on pop... I used to love dairy Queen... And ordering the girl was friendly but another lady was practically standing on me her older children were trying to squeeze between me and the lady.... So I must say needs more order space informed it was very rude.... Sad face
This is one of the slowest places that I have ever been to. I’ve been waiting in the drive through line for 15 minutes with no sign of the people coming with my food. And the food wasn’t even fresh when they got it to me so I have no idea what they were doing for the whole time I was waiting. So all I can say is that it’s not even fast fast food.

Pulled up and Dairy Queens parking lot at 9:38 p.m. their science were on South there for a couple of minutes didnt hear anything drove to the window and they were closed and online it says closing at 10 would not come to the window or respond dont recommend this place.
Its always good we went for the $4 deal more than enough to eat and then you cant forget the little teacup lizards they were delicious she had strawberry cheesecake I had Oreo yum yum and yum 4 bucks a piece you cant beat it
The general manager Julie is amazing. Her staff always gives great service and great food.
The worker at the window complained that I payed with too much cash. The manager was arguing with the worker while I was sitting there waiting for my food. Literally waited for 45 minutes

I was waited on promptly and kindly by the store manager. I used to work at dairy Queen years ago as a supervisor and there were times when I had to fill in down at the new store in town and it was crazy, totally unmanagable, a lot of I dont care attitudes and Ill do what I want with no respect. But there has been a recent new owner and obviously he must know what hes doing cause the manager Julia has turned that store around for the better. Things run smoothly, great teamwork. They made a small mistake on my order and I called and the manager was very nice and apologetic, professional and even offered me a whole new meal which I didnt expect at all. GREAT WORK DOWNTOWN DQ, YOUR ROCKING IT! AND JULIA, U WERE THE MISSING LINK THEY NEEDED.

FYI don’t make frozen treats in house! Corporation under COVID policy limits ordering amounts for store so might spend 20 minutes in line only to be told out of Buster Bars, Dilly believe it or not!

Hadnt been there in awhile. Went back last week and was not happy. Ordered a 4-pc Chicken Strip Meal. Also ordered a medium chocolate Reeses blizzard and asked them to add cookie dough. When I got home I had a 6-pc Chicken Strip meal (which explained why I paid so much and no, I was not given a receipt) and they have changed the chicken strip recipe and the new ones are not good - no flavor and not crisp at all. Plus there wasnt any cookie dough in my blizzard. The fries were so salty that I had to throw them out - they were not edible. So unhappy. I wont be back.
Everything I have ever order from this location comes cold. Burgers, chicken strips, Frys you name it cold. Go up excelsior and get a hot meal from that location

Okay, so im giving a 3 star because its always hit or miss. Sometimes food and blizzards are great, other times not so much unfortunately. I wonder if it depends on whos working?? Overall decent place to get some grub. Location and inside is nice. In the summer its nice to sit outside and watch the waterfall. And if your a pokemon Goer it sits right on top of a gym.
