First time coming to any City Brew and unfortunately we must have caught the employee at this location at a bad time. She seemed annoyed that we didnt know what we wanted (never been here before), and then at the window the same girl or a new girl would hold the items out with no communication. When we first arrived to the window the lack of acknowledgement and communication led us to believe she was deaf or mute, neither of which was the case.Despite the rude customer service and high prices the food was great! The monkey bread muffin and the spicy sausage biscuit were amazing. Super delicious! The sausage and egg burrito does lack sausage. Its mostly egg and lacks seasoning but still okay.We were at the window at 11:12am, we were the only car and it didnt seem busy at all during that time.

Normally I love this place I get the same thing everytime. Despite them cussing me twice in the past year which dumb on me for not checking I still went and just pay a different way and stopped going as often. Today I went and asked for my usual and it looks like all I got was some watered down coffee at the very bottom then some whip cream filled the cup. Sadly I can’t leave work to go get sobering else.

Great experience! Called in our order with Gabby and she did a great job! Gabby, assistant manger Tim and the rest of the team did a great job getting our 6 drinks out fast and efficiently! Also great customer service, dealt well under pressure! Bathrooms were super clean, all tables and chairs brushed off, amazing!!! Thanks!!

Adorable “western” themed cousin of the big Seattle coffee chain. Delicious Carmel Machiatto and oat milk chai! We stopped at the Butte location in the morning and thought it was so good we stopped at the location in Missoula at lunch time for a pick me up!

The campfire mocha drink I got was tasty, though definitely a sweet one. Not usually my type but I was craving that day. It was warm and very comforting. The gouda bacon sandwich I got was very very good. I highly recommend it. It was hot and cheesy....hit the spot for sure!The coffee shop was clean and cozy. The very few minutes I had to wait for my order I sat on one of the chairs next to the fireplace and felt very relaxed.

Stopped here on the way back from Glacier National Park for a coffee. Very quick service, great coffee and a cool laid back atmosphere. Would definitely go back again if I am in the area

They were out of Chai so I had a vanilla latte. What made it worth it was chatting with Gabbie at the drivethru window. She was super positive, upbeat and friendly. As a former Starbucks barista trainer I can appreciate a good experience at a coffee shop drivethru and this is definitely one of them. Thanks Gabbie!

Ordered the largest iced mocha. It was about a 20 oz cup loaded with ice. Approximately 4 ounces of actual product for $5.00. Seems to be affiliated with Starbucks somehow. The interior is as identical match. I’m not real excited about Starbucks to begin with, but I would have received much more for my money at a Starbucks. Didn’t even bother to mix up the chocolate. This place is a tourist trap on a good day.Note to the owners:If you are going to show zero initiative and just copy a well know chain, at least copy a respectable chain. There are a few to choose from. Beans and Brews, Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf or Ink! Coffee.

The people were really nice but the tall mocha that I ordered tasted horrible. Like I took one sip and could touch it again. I dont know what happened maybe they handed me something spoiled by accident but it was really really bad

If youre in MT, you should try their huckleberry, this is one of the places with Huckleberry White Mocha I love. You can taste the berries on the coffee.

I have just quit going here. Literally one of the most expensive coffee places and they burn my coffee EVERYTIME!!! Support local coffee shops and save money and get better quality coffee.

I used to stop every morning last year on my way to work loved their coffee’s....they must have new employees tho the last half dozen times have been nothing but disappointing. Frozen/cold pastries, my last iced coffee had absolutely no espresso tasted like caramel milk, and today’s coffee tastes like straight espresso no flavor just an ungodly amount of foam along with the wrong muffin flavor. Don’t waste your money

The girls (especially that blonde drive thru one) super nice gets things done fast. The type of people you enjoy being around always.The coffee is great food isnt bad either. Great selection. My favorite part is unlike some coffee shops. No flies in this one. I hope it stays that way.Comfortable environment

Love city brew. All the baristas are always so nice and friendly. Sometimes they get the order wrong, but usually just size mistakes or adding whip cream when not wanted- nothing to lose a star over.

I met a friend here and we both had our kiddos with us. It was pretty empty but the kids started getting a little rowdy. We sent them outside to run off some of their energy but the employees were great about it! They even started to play along with the kids a little bit! It was a great experience. The place is really nice too. Clean and very comfy. I highly recommend!

Bad replica of Starbucks. They serve pastries cold from a refrigerated case. Use automatic espresso machines. This is the last time I will be here

The coffee and food options are great. It gets very busy in the morning. Had to wait 40 minutes in the drive thru for coffee and they messed it up the order a Little bit. They should hire more people if the demand is too high. They also ask you if you want to tip in the drive thru which is weird bec you cant say no and usually you dont expect to tip in the drive thru

Oh man they have great lattes! My bf and I stopped here in December and they made us some of the best weve had (which says a lot, considering our addition to coffee). Got a matcha latte and he got a vanilla latte - the milk was so perfectly frothed I kinda wanna drool just thinking about it...

Soooooo SLOOOOOOW! in the drive threw with 3 cars ahead of me, yet waited 30 min! Thats insane! Coffee wasnt worth the wait. Dont recommend. Dont waist your time or money!

Very much like a Starbucks shop. Same colors and set up. Same menu and coffee selections. Food was good. Coffee and mixed coffee drink was good. Only down side was seeing one of the women behind the counter messing with her hair.fixing it, putting it up and not washing afterwards.

White chocolate mocha did the trick! Kept us awake on our journey back to Idaho..

The Mango smoothie is fantastic if you love mango! Its like liquid frozen mango! Mmmm. Had the Mountain Morning Latte, a little sweet for me. My son had a Grizzly Granada(spelling?) & it was far more coffee flavor. We figured if the 2 had a baby, it would be delicious! Lol. Great staff! Very friendly, professional, & helpful! Thanks! I always look to locally owned, smaller brand coffee houses before resorting to the likes of a Starbucks. Ironically, and hilariously, this place looks just like a Starbucks. I choose to drink cold brew, and have been long before its now everywhere. Been making my own as well for over 12 years. That said, I always ask how long a shop brews theirs. So I asked, and was told their cold brew is only brewed for 12 hours. Sorry, its impossible to make good brew in 12 hours. 18 hours perhaps, but 24 is the only guarantee you dont end up with watery brew. When I questioned it to confirm, I was told thats how long most cold brew is brewed. Further indication that this place may have good sugar filled coffee drinks you can get anywhere, but clearly lacks the proper knowledge of a true coffee house. Perfectly fine for those sugary drinks though if the robust flavor of actual coffee isnt what your after.

Higher price coffee and not even good coffee. I prefer any stand in Butte over this place. The service was fine but definitely another fast food feel. When you go through the stands, you support local and state business.

Fairly newly opened. Very comfortable and well laid out space. Lots of tables inside and outside. Couches and a fireplace add a nice ambiance. They had a few work seat / cubbies spaces that looked pretty nice for some more extensive coffee / work outings. The toilet in the mens bathroom was not bolted to the floor, was a little shaky.

Another place that needs to be in tune with their community and the many events happening in their town. Waited in line at the drive-thru for 25 minutes to be told they forgot my drink. I only ordered one. I was then offered a coupon for 1/2 off my next drink but never received the drink I ordered. Be prepared for busy weekends!

I was at the opening of the new City Brew and I have been there a few times since. I found the service to be excellent. The Store Manager was courteous and very professional. She has made me drinks on a number of occasions and they were always timely and delicious. The atmosphere is wonderful. The staff work very hard to provide good service to everyone. I was thoroughly impressed. Im also impressed with how this new business in Butte is able to hit the ground running. The manager and staff have done a great job weathering the hiccups of a new store in a GREAT location. GREAT JOB!!! I will be there often!

Visited multiple times and I think its fantastic. Im not really one to visit coffee shops but this place feels really cozy. The atmosphere is great and spacious.The crew behind the counter are super friendly and over time, I can tell that this place can only get better and better.

When we ordered 2 iced breves they gave us 2 hot ones. And we asked for a hot tea and they gave us an iced one. we asked for 9 burritos and they gave us 8. we got a Carmel latte and it tastes like protein powder.

This is 1 of my favorite Coffee shop in town. The staff and employees that work there are very good, personable and always professional!!! If you ever want to get the Pumpkin~Spice Frappe, you could ask them to make it in all seasons. Because they still have it and make it for me all the time. O my second most favoritest drink there is the Green~Tea Frappe with Huckleberry and a delicious Whip Cream thats 2 DIE FOR!!! I honestly think that youll most definitely like and appreciate the staff and the atmosphere there!!! Enjoy and Bon appetit!!!

Very short staffed and not quick at all. I have been sitting here for 30 minutes and still don’t have my drink. The drive through seems to have the priority, as they are getting their drinks with no problem. I usually go to Starbucks and thought I would give city brew a shot. I will not be returning. Poor service and not well managed.

Horrible customer service. We went thru the drive thru to get a couple chia teas. The lady at the window with red hair rolled her eyes at us than asked us if we tried are drink than she asked if we said we wanted vanilla in our tea. Customer service is not about questioning the customer. Its about MAKING THE CUSTONER HAPPY. The drinks taste horrible ! If she is working there I will not buy a drink from there. She was very unprofessional.

I have stopped in here a bunch of times since they opened a few weeks ago. The seats are super comfy and it is a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a drink and a snack. I am a simple coffee guy just some bold drip or 4 shots over ice with some h&h. it always amuses me how well coffee shop workers deal with all the odd drinks they offer and no less when someone thinks that they are special and customizes their drink. All the Barista’s here are super friendly and hustle. It is good to see how this store is coming along and is filling a much need caffeinated gap here in Butte.

Be careful when ordering. You might get something you werent expecting.Clean, well-lit, plenty of parking. Cheerful, professional attitude.However, theyre insistently incorrect about what a cafe americano is: I ordered a drip coffee with a shot of espresso (a red-eye) and was told oh thats an americano Everywhere else in the world, an americano is espresso diluted with hot water. If you order an americano expecting that, youll get a bigger dose of caffeine than you were expecting.

Wildly inconsistent. Ive been here a few times now including twice today. Staff is extremely warm and enthusiastic, but the drinks arent always made to order. I stopped by this morning and ordered a coffee and a mint matcha of different sizes; the cups were identical sizes. No big deal, mistakes happen I thought. The matcha was delicious and I went back again in the afternoon to grab another. This second drink had barely any mint or matcha flavor, essentially being frothed milk. I popped the lid and it wasnt remotely as green as my first.Consistency should be an easy fix and a bit more reliability in products and this is a 5 star City Brew.
