One of the best car buying experiences I’ve ever had and I’ve had a lot. The dealership was easy to find and clean inside and out. We were first approached by our sales rep who we had been in contact with previously. We were greeted with a warm smile and a hand shake. There was a specific car we had in mind to look at and Mike had it in the back getting it all cleaned up for us. While we waited he showed us in, offered cold water and a place to sit and talk. When the vehicle was ready it was brought around to the front and Mike told us about each and every feature in the vehicle carefully explaining the use and function. Then we took it out for a test drive. As expected it drove like a dream. There was a new employee shadowing Mike for the day to learn as much as he could and Mike was just as polite to him as he was to us. He came along on the ride too. We got back to the dealership and Mike showed us what our trade in allowance and gave us a few options on monthly payments. We explained we would like to keep our payments around the same as they had been and he said he would see what he could do then excused himself. A short while later he returned with a payment even lower than we expected or hoped for. All in all Mike was respectful and knowledgeable on his product. Booked a time slot for oil change / tire rotation on the web site. Showed up and they could not find it, so was given a time slot for Monday AM of the next week. All went well with the service except they never asked if I had any FordPass rewards... They tried to give me a bill for the work, so I had to ask them about it, which then they looked it up and found I had plenty to cover this, plus many more services. Its a 2020 in for its first service, of course I am going to have rewards available... You think they would ask...

I live in Bozeman and owned an F-150 with a turbo issue. Couldnt get into our local dealer for months, but Denny Menholt in Butte could get me in within two weeks. Unfortunately, due to the parts shortage, I would be without a working truck for months. However, I met Sales Consultant Steve Wilson who helped me get into a new F-150 with a reasonable trade-in value for my old one. He was patient as I looked at every truck on the lot. His service was great and he has quickly answered texts and emails after the deal was done. Thanks Steve.

After driving almost 3,000 miles from Alaska, my 2021 F-150 developed a turbo wastegate failure, causing the truck to enter limp mode and lose almost all power and not exceed 55 MPH. Upon informing this dealership I still had to drive 1,000 miles to get to my next military assignment, I was told to “not worry about it, since the light is gone”. They refused to look at the truck, unless I wait a week. Someone in the middle of a 4K mile drive isn’t able to wait a week for a simple look at the wastegate valve or module.The solution is to simply hope it doesn’t reoccur.

We took our truck in over a month ago and it still isnt fixed. We have had to take it back 4 different times. The customer service we have experienced is the worst we have ever dealt with. Would not recommend them to anyone.

We brought the truck in for a scheduled windshield recall. We are from out of town so it takes some time and coordination. When we arrived we found the windshield was not available. Do not be cavalier with our time.The Lube oil filter that was scheduled at the same time was completed without a problem.

My experience with dealing with Mike Stracener & Austin Peaslee was very good. They were very helpful and informative. I give them a 5 star review. I give you only a 3 star rating because of some false advertisement. Viewing the truck on your website showed that I could purchase it with all the incentives for a little over $33,000 but upon making the deal I was informed that that was a mistake and they could not honer that price. I eventually ended up paying $36,000 for it which included my trade in and another &1,200 out of my pocket. Knowing that the price was not correct ahead of time may of cost me from looking at an XLT model. Live and learn. I do like my new truck so far.

The cash for clunkers program is to target a certain population which I fit into. The salesman was excellent and said he’d worked there for many years, and proved to be a good guy, not just a shark. When dealing with the finance manager, I felt supported, taken care of, and confident I was getting a good deal. These factors all lead to a 5 star review from me. Will definitely return to trade or buy again in the future. At least give them first chance in the future.

I had a very good experience at Denny Menholt Ford in Butte. I had it in late October, 2020 for a Ford recall on my F-150. It was done quicker than expected and the service rep was great. Nice waiting area at the dealership.

I recently took my 2018 F-150 in for what I hoped would be some warranty work. They confirmed my warranty and fixed the problem I brought it in for plus some other work that was part of the technical service bulletin that accompanied the original problem I brought it in for. All at no charge. Someone answered the phone when I initially called to schedule an appointment and all the work was done the same day. I would have no problem bringing my truck there again.

You guys ROCK! Had an issue with my engine performance in my Ford truck. I called on a Thursday and Stan said the earliest they could get to me was on Monday. I said I was trying to get back to Washington on Saturday. He said bring it in early Friday and they would try to get to it. They got to it, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Traveling through, pulling a 5th wheel with our 1 ton F350. Our truck kept throwing codes, we needed a new sensor part so stopped here. Brian in parts was very knowledgable, helpful and supplied the part we needed. They even let us change it out in their parking lot! Great guys and great service!

Just had my Ford Edge serviced. I dropped off my rig early. They were able to service it before the scheduled appointment. But I was able to pick up at my convenience. Justin the salesman who sold us the rig greeted me at the front door as well. Parts man was very helpful and the cashier was pleasant as well. Nice experience!!

The Denny Menholt Ford Service Department took excellent care of me and my family when my truck started acting up just before crossing the pass into Butte, MT. Once AAA delivered my truck, and they learned that we had to get back to WA, they diagnosed the issue as soon as they could so we could plan our next steps. As it turned out my old girl needed some work that would take more than a couple of hours so they tried to help us obtain a rental car in Butte (and there were none, weird). When there wasnt one available they called Helena and reserved a vehicle for us, gave us a courtesy ride to Helena, and helped pay some money towards the cost of the rental. They finished my truck the next day but allowed me to pick it up the following weekend when I could get free to make the drive back. Everything from start to finish turned what could have been a horrible experience into a manageable one, and they genuinely cared about our situation and us. I was extremely thankful and very pleasantly surprised. I dont know that I would have had that same level of service and care from another local WA dealership Im familiar with. This service team is excellent!

I recently tried to purchase a vehicle from Denny Menholt Ford. In the middle of negotiations they raised the price of the vehicle and then claimed that it was mis-priced even though I have records of the lower price on multiple websites including their own. Greed got the better of them.

Purchased a vehicle with the agreement for a oil change and vehicle inspection in a Saturday. Was told they would call Monday to schedule,no call Wednesday I called and was informed I could leave it there for a day and they would try to squeeze it in or the earliest appt was two weeks away. This is very poor service after the sale. It’s a oil change and inspection “really” guess once the check clears they just want you to go away

I had an oil change and was to have some recall work done but I looked up after an hour and my truck was parked outside and no work was done on the recall so I paid my bill and left. I was not there to wait while nothing was being done to my truck.

I was looking for a used Ford 350 at a good value, but I didnt want white, red, or black. I had been looking for two years when I came across an ad in the paper from Brooks Hanna Ford. It was a blue 350 with low miles and one owner that was local. I went on line to check out the truck. while I was on line, I filled out the app for financing. The next day I received a call from Ken Norm Bates and set up a day and time to see the truck. Ken place the truck on hold for me for the week, knowing that I lived on the other side of the mtn. and I would not be able to make it over until the next weekend. I met with Ken and from there it was easy. Ken made me and my wife fill at ease and answered all of our questions. Ken worked with us on the budget that we had set for ourselves as the amount down and with the payments. I came home that same day with the truck and very pleased with the truck and with the service I received from everyone at Brooks Hanna. Like they say, No one beats a Brooks Hanna Ford deal. Both Brad and Josh kept in frequent communication with me regarding needed repairs and consulted with me first regarding any additional expenses before proceeding with any work.
