Eric, the store manager, was extremely rude and unprofessional. When I had a concern about a charge and needed to make a payment. Instead of doing his job he did not want to explain the charges and tried to rush me off the phone. I asked that we get it taken care of now and he very rudely told me that he didn’t have time for me. When I asked to speak with someone else to make a report on his professionalism he hung up with me.I plan to call their 1800 number to make my complaint. I have been in customer service for many years and have never been so appalled by a store managers behavior.

My mother in law ordered a sectional from these guys. She had a space cleared for the sectional and the people who brought it told her “That’s the wrong space for the couch.” Left it for her to set up, we had to go help her set it up ourselves. I called and asked why it was done this way and they blamed her not having “the right space”. They did not try to remedy the situation at all and I am, again. Disappointed.

I love these guys! Very helpful and friendly staff. Makes it worth every purchase.

Great service great honest workers

I love this place the staff here will help you get the stuff you need the only thing I dont like is that Star bucks built a shop right in front of them and they blocked rent a center so people cant really see the store.

Very helpful. And they have alot of nice furniture and more.

Awsome products and the guys are great. If you buy something pay for it. And get the insurance and you will have a great experience. Also dont be afraid to ask for something they dont have.

Lousy i ordered appliances online from rac my nearest store was this one in butte i am a customer already wanted too get a refridgerator from them never heard back from them even explained that i dont have cell coverage here the best way to get in touch wsa my email never heard from them i guess ill try arrons because this store sucks.

Its to have places like this when you are on a budget and cant pay on full. But I do think its way over priced.
