Clean, usually well stoked, and friendly employees. My biggest concern is that the online stock indicator does not always line up to whats in store so a the website might have something listed as in stock and then you go there and they dont even have one on hand. This isnt a store issue, this is a company issue that they need to refine / update their inventory system. However Ill continue to go there due to mentioned reasons and have no problem shopping here.

Took a saw back that broke and I had a 2 year warranty. They want me to drive over an hour away to replace it. 250 dollar warranty and still have a broken saw and can’t get my money back or a replacement

It was just great. Would have been better if I didnt spend so much money. Here is a tip though. Know what you want before you go in. Some items that were on sale were sold out. But, over all there is a nice selection of everything at a fair price.

Clean store and friendly helpful staffing makes this a great place to go to for budget minded people. Sometimes you just need a tool for one or two jobs and then it sits on your self for years, better to have a budget tool sitting then a expensive name brand one.

They have a really great variety of tools and hardware etc. They didnt have the exact device I was looking for, but a very helpful associate was able to suggest an item that made a good substitute.

A must visit for general stuff, saw blades, sanding discs and belts, bought lots of tools from here and most of them are good tools. Love harbor freight. Not as wide a selection as bigger stores but certain things i only get here.

Download the app!!! The sales and coupons on it are unbeatable. The products here are just as good, if not better, than anything you would buy at the big stores...and always at a fraction of the price. For example the tarps we were looking at from the big stores would have cost us $22-50. We ended up purchasing them here, same grade tarp/same quality and thickness, $3-10. You could never tell the difference either side by side.

Lots of tools and accessories. Great prices on just about everything compared to name brand tools at the bigger box stores and even Amazon. Some stuff is good quality some not so much so just look around and do your research. Ive bought many different tools from here and most I still have and a few I dont. These guys also carry alot of niche tools that are hard to find in this area unless your shopping online.

They would not use my coupon in had from their store. So I was charged full price. It was a harbor freight coupon and it had a limit of 1 item with no experation so it should have been excepted. Thibk before you shop there

Helpful and knowledgeable. Good selection of tools ( we got an airless paint sprayer, tarps, brushes, tape etc) but the have everything a shop would need...power tools, tool storage chests. They have movers blankets. Good prices especially with their Inside Track Club.

Lots of tools and equipment at decent prices. Mask required, employees wearing masks and gloves. Floor markings on floor for social distancing at checkout. Be sure to check their website for coupons to use in store, no printing required as they can scan the coupon right on your phone.

Been here many times in the past and Ive always been happy to find what I need for waaayyy cheaper than big store/big brand. This time I went and found three things I checked multiple other stores for. I also must add that the durability of a lot of their cheap tools has gotten better throughout the years.

Went to get some tools and most of the shelves were empty. They didnt have what I was looking for but told me theres a truck coming that might have one on it. Problem is that I needed the tool today, cant wait for the truck to come in. Prices are going up, quality is going down. Ended up going to tractor supply and getting a better quality tool for less money.

Have everything you need to just about work on anything. Just about all made in China and not the greatest quality, but if you need something to do one or two jobs and you don’t care about it not lasting longer, then this is the place for you. Most things last for quite a while, but just don’t expect it. They do have some nice tools. It all depends on what you are getting. These aren’t snap on or craftsman, but they will do in a pinch. I sometimes refer to them as throw away or disposable tooling, but hey, if they help get the job done, then they are worth it.On the downside. They got rid of the 20% off coupons. That was usually the only reason most people would stop in. I don’t go there as often now. They seem to be trying to push newer more expensive tools instead of the inexpensive one or two times use tools. I would never buy their pricey brands. If they last as long as the old cheaper versions, you’re just throwing money away. Go buy cobalt or craftsman. They will last longer and better deal for the extra cost.

Good selection of tools (no surprise) - some cheap for those times when you only need a tool for one project, or rarely need it. Bought an upright compressor that failed within a few days, and had NO TROUBLE returning it at all. I bought a warranty on the replacement, just in case, even though extended warranties are usually not a good idea, or a good deal. Turns out, didnt need it - things been running fine for two years or so.Friendly staff (when you can find someone), and other than occasional long check-out lines, its a nice place. One gripe though is their coupons now seem VERY limited - like the XX Percent off coupons are only good on a limited number of items.

Very disappointed with advertising....prices advertised (including those on the store flyer when you go in) are false...and dont go into effect until next month? Really?! Then why are you advertising those prices now in the ONLY flyer available in the store? Plus shelf prices marked inaccurately for the items shelved above the price tag....then add to that their famous 20% off coupons dont work for the majority of their tool brands. Save yourself the frustration and better BETTER stuff elsewhere that doesnt employ bait & switch tactics

Hey man their cheap and sometimes you get what you pay for, but most of the household hardware and other small things is something worth buying for me since I use them like crazy.

Went to get compressor, out of stock so I had them order it for me and was told it would bethere in 4 days. Called to see if it was there, not available and they didnt know if it was sold to someone else or it never came in. Wanted to send me 3 hours away to another store. Asked them to order it again and they were unsure if I could get it and had no idea of when it may come in.

Im not afraid of there tool s you can by those high dollar ones if you want to but Ive only broken one socket in six years

Some great deals, but you have to be aware of what you are buying. Ive gotten some great deals on tools, and some junk. Not a great place for pro tools, but for a lot of DIY its a great resource.

Customer service was absolutely clueless, and so lazy, wouldnt even help me find a tool. I felt embarrassed that I had asked. Its a junk depot of a store. I do Not recommend.

I just wanted to say what a wonderful thing it is to have this tools store so close to home finally! I do still live a ways away, but its at least in the county!!!Its not near as big as the one in monroeville, but they are willing to get parts from there shipped up free of charge and their site takes care of all of that. So they are aces in my book as always!Thanks, Harbor Freight, for coming to town and helping to keep honest people afloat in a bad economy.

Quickly becoming the most hated store in butler. 20% off coupon that excludes anything in the store thats has any worth. Warranty with huge fine print? 4 times turned away in a row for coupons not working, no commitment to warranty and no return on open box policy. Thats right, if you open the box, regardless if it broke before you use it, no return. What kind of business is that, especially from a store known to sell junk tools. When You look at the disgusted customers faces and they drop their cart and leave, that might be an indicator things are not working out. 4 times turned away because of fine print, you get one star.
