Been Dealing with Tri-State since 1991. Dave who I mostly deal with is fantastic! Always there when I need him, very attentive. When I have big projects no one will beat their prices and service! For lighting, Mike is the man!

Great to work with, and vastly improved!We started working working with Tri-State again about a year ago, and have been very pleased with their speed and product knowledge.Our sales guy Paul Clay has been excellent, as has their Allen-Bradley PLC guy Dale Parker, their internal sales Dave Fenchel, and Al Macugoski, their Drives/Motion Area Mgr. Theyve all been so supportive and helpful--even on a weekend when we had a customer crisis and ABs servers were down, Tri-State came through for us.We had worked with them a number of years ago, and had some silly issues with stuff like never getting our paperwork correct; but the back office has gotten their act together and weve been very satisfied.If you contact them, tell them Dave from Amsax sent you! :-)
