Jeremy Felder was a good salesman everything went smooth and easy and was in and out fast!

Parker and Jeremy were extremely helpful and patient while I made a transfer from Android to Apple. They even allowed me to borrow a wireless charger overnight to assist with the transfer, since the charging port on my old device wasn’t working. These two are not only knowledgeable about the products and services, but went above and beyond to show how much they care for their customers.

Best service and the workers are friendly and very helpful I just my phone and case here best place to go

The other Verizon I went to was horrible and Parker helped fix the mistakes they made. He displayed excellent customer service and was very helpful. I prefer this store out of any other just because of his honesty and resourcefulness.

The gentleman at the Verizon store was very knowledgeable and patient and sympathetic to our problem. He worked hard to get a solution. The store was very busy but he multitasked and helped other customers in between customers. The guy did a great job and he only had a trainee who was also asking him questions. I say give him a raise and give him another helper. But I was very pleased with the service that I got.

Had a wonderful experience here. Much better then my home town store. We were dying some shopping down this way and I need to stop and check on my upgrade possibilities and a few accessories. We were greated at the door and told someone would be with us shortly. The wait wasnt long at all and I was able to have all of my questions answered. The young lady there was so sweet to us! Was there with my husband earlier today to try to buy the Note 10+. Instead of telling us they didnt have any in stock the man working brought out a note 10+ 5G. He never informed us it was the 5G. He handed the phone to my husband who turned it on only to find out it was the 5G. Upon telling him we didnt want the 5G and simply wanted the Note 10+ he then told us it was only $100 more (which its actually $200 more) he continued trying to push my husband to buy the 5G after being told thats not what we wanted multiple times. The manager Dave seemed like he was nice as he was helping others while we were dealing one someone who wouldnt listen to what we were there for and only wanted to push one phone. We ended up leaving with no new phones and will be ordering new ones online so we dont have to deal with the pushy salesperson again.

From the time I opened my mouth, I knew I was doomed witha salesman who wanted to make big commission. If a customer tells you he has his mind set on a phone , dont try to change it. After waiting what seemed like forever with one person working the whole store, I was questioned left and right as to why I wanted the model I chose, which wasnt in stock and could not be ordered unless its the one I wanted. For Real? Luckily the wife put the fire out and we left.🤔

David jumped right in to solve the issue with my phone even though he wasnt going to make a sale. Yes, the store was busy and he was short handed, but he multi tasked and serviced all of us. I highly recommend this Verizon store for above any other that Ive been in.

I’ve been a Verizon customer for years. I’ve been to different stores, this store is by far the best. The manager David Brison is awesome. Anytime I’ve needed a device or had a question he was able to help me. I’m not tech savvy and I don’t have a lot of time so he was able to ask me about what I need/want most out of a phone and get the best phone for me. He was also able to help me with matching accessories for all of my devices, the ones they did not have in the store he was able to have them sent to my house. Ive been so happy with David’s customer service that I’ve driven from Gibsonia to Butler, I recommend him to friends and family.

I don’t care that everyone has given these people 5 stars. It’s not that I had a bad experience at the store while buying my phone, it’s that they refuse to answer my phone calls considering they have my memory card. I have been trying to call this store every day for two weeks now. I work all the time, and I don’t have time to just stop, but you would figure these jokers of sales employee’s would answer the phone. NEGATIVE. I’ve also had a few occasions where they answer and hang up. What a GREAT customer experience I’ve had! NOT. You guys need to step your game up. I’m sure I am not the only customer who is disgusted.

I came into the store on Thursday and I was needing to get help with my phone. The guy helping me (I think his name is DC) was one of the most friendliest, knowledgeable, and funniest guys I have dealt with at Verizon. He explained the current promotions for the tablets and the data plans. I use a lot of data so this was helpful to me. I usually go to the Butler Commons Store but after this experience I will only come to this one. He is definitely an asset to the company.

I got a phone and the sales person said it comes with a tablet. We decided to go with that phone due to the extras. It was never discussed that the tablet was on a 2 year contract plan. Explain fees when you sell something.

I was able to get all of my cell phone needs taken care of at this site. Super fast and convenient.

Was with my mother to help her pick out a new phone and was helped by an employee named DC. What a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful guy. He was patient and answered all her questions and could explain it in easy, simple terms anyone could understand. He knew the exact types of phones to recommend and give her a choice from. He powered thriugh to get her contacts and photo from a phone that had eased up screen and managed it get them all for her despite the trouble it was giving him. DC is a perfect example of what any salesman should be, a wonderful person who genuinely wants to help his customers find what is best for them. I would tell anyone and everyone to come see him for all their phone needs from the Verizon store.

We will never go to this store again . We went there yesterday Sunday April 15th Around 4:40 pm . We were never acknowledged or greeted as we entered store by the man working . I figured OK he is busy so its fine . Then as other customers entered he greeted them and still ignored us . We sat there for over half an hour as he talks to other customers still ignoring us . Finally he asks us if we needed an upgrade and we said no so then he became rude when he found out what we needed . If he would have been just decent asked what we needed when we first got there But no he ignored us . After waiting 45 minutes and yes I know it was past closing but there were other customers in store as well , nothing was accomplished except wasting time so we could be treated rudely .

This store adds phones to peoples accounts and claims you did it. They wont help you. It must be someone in the store. Beware!
