I bought some beautiful Just Home the Brand of 84 inch Sheers for my 80 year old Brother In Law for his house. They are beautiful Printed Flowers & some were Salamander color & Cream Colored too. And they were On sale & were about $4.00 cheaper & the other Pairs were $3.00 cheaper.what a great Deal . Thank You Big Lots. It was Perfect Timing that I found those Sheers when I did. My Brother In Law needed Sheers. And Big Lots had them . And there was different Sheers & Curtains & Brands & Colors too to choose from. Thank you Big Lots. I Recommend You to Anyone.

This is a neat store that has a wide variety of items. Its fun to walk around to see whats new. The prices are reasonable.

I shopped here regularly till they rearranged the store. The aisles are are so tight now.. If you have a cart, and another customer is in an aisle you either have to wait for them to move on or kindly ask them to move. Seasonal merchandise is scattered, some up front, some in aisles, you have to walk around the entire store to find anything. *BIGGEST COMPLAINT,, THE CORRAL TO THE REGISTERS! NO ONE CAN GET AROUND ONE ANOTHER, OR SOCIAL DISTANCE.* IM CUTTING UP MY BIG LOTS CREDIT CARD!!

Great staff good prices

Purchased a bed frame, mattress, and box spring. At time of purchase was told it would be delivered to my address that is 2 hours away. Bed sat in store for 6 weeks before the delivery company, PAL, refused to deliver. We called the store numerous times and to be honest, they contacted the delivery company as well. The delivery company never returned our call. Ended up taking bed frame but had no way to get the mattress and box spring home, so money was refunded. I did call corporate to make a complaint against the delivery company. I was told I would be contact within 24 hours as my complaint was being escalated. Its been a week and no one from corporate has called me. This low score is not for this store location as the employees were professional and did all they could to help. The low score is intended for corporate who have contracted with a very unprofessional delivery company and are unresponsive to a customer complaint.

The girl with purple hair was extremely rude. We were waiting in a long line (the cashier working was very polite and asked if the girl with the purple hair could help at the register) she sneered at the customers and went back to walking around. We will take our business to Miller road until this rude employee is not longer employed here

Awesome store. Spent way more than I wanted to. Good deals tho so I was glad to spend extra.... If that makes any sense at all..

As much Square footage as they have in this store, why make the checkout area so small that you cant fit a cart around someone else checking out or have any place to put your items while theyre bagging. I found that filling up a cart was a mistake when I got to check out. Your employees arent too happy about it either.

The Waterford location was so bad I thought big lots was a garage sale. This location is much better.

Lean, no waiting in line to get in. Staff were helpful when I needed to find an item. The store was organized, but due to our wonderful greedy Covid..... Several items were either low or not in stock. 😔 Customers in the store were concious of distancing and wore masks as the store requires.

The so called manager is very rude left us waiting for 25 minutes when I approached her for help she snapped on me. I would suggest a different big lots. Christi is her name!!

They have a good deal on some items...like olive oil, ICE water beverage is only 75 cents. Got a rug for $10. They have a sale on towels, washcloths etc.

Surprisingly a lot of items(cleaning products, personal hygiene, food items, home decor, furniture, etc….) for a decent price.

They now sell better quality furniture, and expanded grocery isles..

Some old lady kept standing near me after I told her I didnt need help and I spent 746 dollars with them on a day bed and trundle with the mattresses

Lots of nice items here for a decent price. Not a big discount but some items are a nice savings. They sell furniture here now including Broyhill. I havent bought any furniture other than tables and shelves but do plan on buying a recliner here. Big lots is stepping it up with some if their merchandise. A nice selection of Christmas decor items at fair prices. The sale right now makes the price even better. Overall I like big lots and shop here maybe once every other month or so.

I love big lots! They have a lot of home items. You can get everything from furniture to cereal there. Good selection of cheap sunglasses. I always like the seasonal items in the summer. Lots of yard decor for the summer. They have a lot of Halloween decor too.

Like Big Lots, have a good variety of things, and they do offer no credit check purchases for everything in the store, although the interest rate is a little high, what do you want when all you need to show is you have a job and put some money down on your purchase when you get it.

I bought 3 cups today, i didnt realize none were made in the USA. And one has a lid but it doesnt stay on. Im once again not impressed by this place!

The store is huge. For those who are not use to going here,I recommend a map of the place. Everything is at a decent price. There is a restroom in the very back far left corner. Its cleaner than other stores. The employee are friendly and helpful. I recommend this to any and all shoppers.

They are ok. I dont see much of a reason to shop there again. They had nothing I needed, or that I regularly buy. The store was moderately clean, some helpful associates.

Big Lots has been a Mainstay in my life since my young adulthood just because it has cheap Quality Furniture I mean didnt get a recliner for always $299 you can even get a sectional sofa for always $799 depending on what your taste of texture color whether you want to ottoman or not, you can always get a sofa for $399 same with loveseat for just a little cheaper and always remember that if you have kids you got to take at least half the life off the furniture so if all this furniture is lets say good for 10 years with just adults oh, its going to be good for 5 years with children trust me I have children I know. They like to jump on the cushions, take off the cushions , throw them around , make forts! But with all that aside Big Lots has been a Mainstay in my community for many many years and I dont see it going anywhere its not just furniture they offer lots of lots of housewares and drapes and Tubbys just anything you can think of Home related think of it the king daddy of housewares, LOL
