The ladies are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Plus the prices are amazing compared to the price of box dye from other stores. Id rather pay the same/better for a healthier hair dye any day!

Well. It has hair dye and they actually have my color of hair! I was surprised beacuase i have what you would call Red Hair. Even the Lady that worked there agreed. So if your trying to have a redish colored hair, Go here.

Great! I didnt catch our cashiers name but she had shorter black hair. My bf was looking for clippers and she was VERY helpful, attentive and VERY sweet ♥

My service here was exceptional today!! They were out of most wild hair colors but I expected that with everything going on, however they did have exactly what I wanted in stock! I waited in line and noticed a mark down rack and got a few items from the rack. I asked an associate(I did not catch her name) about trying to find me a product for my hair and she found something for me, she told me it if it doesnt work for me then I would be able to return it. She helped me at the check out and my mark down items were even cheaper than the sticker price! The associate was so friendly and did not try to bombard me with any unnecessary products (like they do at my regular Sallys location)..I will be going back to this location again! THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

I had the most pleasant experience with curbside pick up today. I needed to cover my grays peaking through ,so I stopped by Sallys. Called inside and got my items.Along with my receipt was a note and sweet treat 🍫 to say that I was appreciated during this pandemic.Thank you to the awesome person working today.

Overall a nice store. Encountered a lady Paula. She was very rude. I had a hair trimmer that didnt work for me, it was recommended to me but was not strong enough to cut my facial hair at all... I took it up with me so they knew what I had and to figure out why it wasnt working for me.. I did not ask for a refund or even mention it to her, it was also purchased at a different location. I set it down on the counter, asked what was recommended to cut my facial hair, she looked at me and said Thats old (tapping on the box), prices are as marked. No questions, no conversation with me, nothing... I didnt even correct her, I simply said thank you and walked out.Store was clean, I normally have good experiences here.

Thought I was stealing. Stood next to me “putting up inventory” the entire time I was trying to shop. Completely in the way. Will definitely take my business elsewhere.

My wife was just in this store being bombarded for talking about recommendations. All they were doing was trying to upsell her and started touching and messing with her hair. Your lucky i was not present at that time. I will be talking to cooperate about this. You have no right to ever touch peoples hair without their permission.
