Our car was damaged from a collision with a deer and took it to Professional Auto Collision. Randy helped us with everything, from beginning to end, also communicating with the insurance company, plus offering us a loaner. They even saved us a chunk of money off our deductible and we only paid a fraction of what our deductible was. When we picked up our vehicle it looked amazing and they even detailed it! I didn’t get the names of the staff when I picked our car up today but they were very nice and helpful finalizing the papers.I would highly recommend them to anyone.

They go above &beyond in their service. I got repairs at their Burton location. Professional &efficient, ordered parts quickly. Derek made the inspection and repair a lot less stressful for me. He installed a new headlight, but what pleased me most was he helped bolt my bumper back up to level &unstuck my creaky door from the accident without me asking or charging. The service here was excellent! I have and will recommend them for body work to anyone! They helped walk me through my claims process, had my car completed very quickly, and it looked even better than it did before my accident! Derek is very friendly and tried to help me as much as possible to get my deductible waived. No out of pocket expense and they also offer loaner cars, (depending on your insurance coverage).
