Excellent care! Dr. Said took the most time and care I’ve ever received to help me find the best prescription for my vision needs and the technician who fitted me for my glasses was very helpful and professional. I’ve always had good experiences at this location but Dr. Said went above and beyond.

LensCrafters has a huge selection of eyeglass frames. I had a difficult time selecting one pair. Errion (sp?) helped me select the pair that looks good on me. Thank you.

I always have such a great experience at this place! From the Doctors to the staff, they treat me so kind and with great care. Eye exams are gentle and thorough and the Doctor made me feel so comfortable with all the questions I had. The staff is always so helpful, thanks to Maritza I was able to choose the best frames for me and she was able to answer questions I had in regards to my insurance coverage. You won’t regret a visit here!

I’ve been going to this LensCrafters in Burr Ridge for acouple years and have been extremely satisfied with the services. The optometrist is very knowledgeable and very nice during my exams and will answer all of your questions. All of the retail staff has been super nice as well. I really like the advanced technology used by LensCrafters compared to others, I feel they’ve been on the cutting edge for the past 15 years.

Every time I come to this location (Burr Ridge), I know I am in good hands. The staff is so kind and always looking to help. Today, Debbie assisted me with insurance questions and reordering contacts, and she was so pleasant to interact with. I have been coming here for years and will continue to do so because of the professionalism and kindness of the people here.

The Dr was extremely thorough in the exam process. Amazing communication and excellent people skills. After the exam was over, the Dr explained the findings to me in a manner I was able to understand. Everyone I came into contact with was helpful & not pushy. I appreciated their candor. I can’t wait to pick up my new glasses. Very Happy!!

In April I had an eye exam for both glasses and contacts. I have had a difficult time finding contacts that are comfortable and that I can tolerate however. The doctor assured me that she would continue trying new brands until we found one that worked. During the process of finding contacts I became overwhelmed with duties and complications due to the death of my mother. Because of this I was unable to continue going in for more attempts. When things in my life calmed down, I called to resume my fittings. I was informed that due to the time that had passed I would not be allowed to try anymore contacts. The doctor had not mentioned anything about a time limit, especially when I explained the circumstances to her. So I wasted my money on a contact exam which resulted in me never being able to buy a pair of contacts. The fact that this doctor was only concerned with making more money by charging me a second time for something I had already paid for is sickening. I will not return here for any future eye exams or purchases. To be honest, I have recieved better service in the past from Walmarts eye center. They also had a much larger selection of glasses.

We have been coming to Lens Crafters in Burr Ridge for nearly 15 years now. It is the only place I will trust with eye care and health for my husband, my 2 children and myself. I see Dr. Ashgar and Dr. Rickards and they are spectacular doctors. I especially love this location because of the staff: Debbie, Maritza and Dorota are AMAZING! Knowledgeable, kind, helpful and extremely friendly. They have all helped my daughters and me select the perfect frames and then they, and Frank, the lab tech, ensure they are properly and comfortably fitted to our faces.They have a wide assortment of frames in a variety of price ranges.On my first visit here (15 years ago), they accurately diagnosed me with a torn retina (in danger of becoming detached) in the back of my eye. They directed me to a very well-renowned eye surgeon and I had the tear repaired via laser surgery the very next day. The surgeon told me I was extremely fortunate that Lens Crafters had diagnosed it in a place (the back of my eye) where it was NOT easy to diagnose. I credit Lens Crafters with saving my eyesight.I cannot say enough about Lens Crafters in Burr Ridge. I can honestly say that in 15 years, every single experience with them has been a pleasure.My family and I will be coming here forever for excellent eye care and we HIGHLY recommend them!

Dr. Khan is great, this was the best eye exam I have had of many. She was very thorough and informative. I felt that she really cares about her patients.

The staff is not knowledgeable and seems like they pretend to be polite. They initially couldn’t figure out how to apply my insurance to pay the order.They don’t provide PD value during eye exam which make the prescription unusable. Even when I arrived another day for that and kindly asked I didn’t get. Also asked some water for the kid while waiting and they couldn’t provide it. Never had this experience in LensCrafters in other locations.On the positive side Dr. Carol Rikards is excellent, I would go back to her again if not the staff that doesn’t allow to enjoy the service.

Always the art of the upsell. Horrible. They hit you up with the most expensive options on everything prior to even getting your basic information. Go somewhere else for your eyecare. These guys are a ripoff.

Love the doctor but had multiple issues with the retail side first i was told i would have my glasses straightened upon entering that never happened ive been trying to get glasses with xtra active mirror style transitions thete listed in store but not online was inside for an hour only to have multiple issues processing an order and honestly its not the staffs fault but all in the computer system

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. The service is terrible because last Wednesday, my glasses were shipped, but the next week, the still didn’t arrive. The staff is even worse. All of them just want to get more money out of you. They gave me all of these additions on the glasses, which I didn’t ask for and added up to $200+. So please, make sure that you ask what you are paying for before you make the purchase. These people are dishonest and definately don’t want to help you find the best price. Never coming back here EVER.

Very annoying experience! I’ve been there for the 3rd time and still have no glasses that fit!Progressive lenses are not theirs specialty. Today I’ve made an appointment with a doctor after two attempts of redoing the lenses, to eliminate a problem which is not the prescription but the measurements ! The associates have ambivalent attitude towardhelping , finding a solution. The associate told me that they are too busy and she is unable to schedule my appointment, not even after I offered any time in the next three days! And I am their client already, with theirs glasses that don’t fit! Finally , after asking for a manager , appointment was made.

Poor service and rude staff. I asked for plastic lenses and was given the most expensive. When i realized it a few days later they were extremely rude. Thankfully they did exchange the lenses. Will not be returning or do business with them again.

In the past, I purchased over eight glasses.. I went in for an eye exam and the person who did the exam was pathetic. He basically told me to purchase new glasses, just to make money. NEVER would recommend this place.

I would not recommend LensCrafters to anyone. I recently scheduled and took an eye exam there. After the exam, the representative told me I wouldnt be able to use insurance to pay for the exam because it hadnt been a year since my last exam. It had been 361 days, not to mention my last exam was at this location. They could have checked their records and made my exam for a few days later to eliminate the problem. After disputing the payment and being told I would be refunded $49 4 days later, nothing happened. I called LensCrafters a week later and only then received a larger refund. Why the discrepancy in refund amount? I thought that in itself was odd. After this unusual sequence of events I thought my troubles were finished however the contacts they shipped me were the wrong prescription from the one they literally had in their hand and had prescribed me 10 minutes earlier. LensCrafter simply gets it wrong with service, business practice, and logistics. Go anywhere else for eyecare.

Had an eye exam and toric lens exam charged out to me. They first tried to get me to switch brands which I am not against but then gave me a hard time to order a box of my existing lenses from 1800 contacts knowing I have run out.....was charges 180 some dollars to then not write me a prescription...do not go here unless you want to pay them a middleman fee for buying contacts or glasses!

Completely unprofessional and unhelpful. Tried to order contacts and was treated like I was trying to get a prescription for narcotic painkillers. My family and I will be taking our business else where.
