Our salesperson was very helpful. She helped my 12 yr old granddaughter find a substitute for a fragrance that was seasonal and no longer in stock. Store was neat and clean.

My daughter wanted to go here I just love it at first time I use to go somewhere else but here is a huge selection of fragrances

A hidden gem in the burr ridge shopping area. Always good sales and not an area with overcrowding. All the quality of the bath and body works in the malls.

Still really like the products and the set up of this store. However, the store ran a sale and it was difficult to figure out which products were the one that had the bigger sales markdown. Hope that gets rectifued in the near future..

Was so excited to shop, and ask for prices the cashier had a horrible attitude, I cant remember her name but she had tattoos on her arms. Terrible service I wish I had another cashier but on the floor all the ladies were nice and helpful.

I love shopping at Bath & Body Works. It smells wonderful with all the scented candles, etc. The staff is so helpful greeting you at the door with bags or baskets to place your soon to purchase items. They had a great sale going on. I spent to much simulus. LOL

Horrible customer service at the register! Cashier Sandy definitely needs a motivational pep talk on what customer service consist of in retail. Was so unfriendly..Refused to look up my account by my email address so I couldnt add my rewards after a large purchase. Was annoyed that I ask questions and made me feel as if I was bothering her. Commented on the price of an item I was purchasing as if I couldnt afford it. Just made my entire shopping experience very uncomfortable. Will never support this location again.

AWFUL! There was an employee Olivia and I truly believe she needs to go back to training and learn to respect paying customers! She was no help what so ever when it came to using my reward. She made me feel so rushed and she was rude to the girl who looked newly employed. Not a team player for anyone. I will not be coming back because of olivia.

They have great items and are always fully in stock than other stores. So I do appreciate that. but the customer service here stinks. The cashier did not Smile once even though I kept apologizing for making a return. She just stared at me and didn’t say a word. Than when I saw they put out new candles I ask a different lady one question and she just seem so annoyed. They Made my shopping experience very uncomfortable . I get it I work in customer service but when someone is being polite acknowledge that and return the same.

Awful experience! the women at the door had NO customer service experience she asked us NOT to touch anything handed us a bag to shop, the employees follow you around like your a thief I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN! I understand we are in a pandemic and I under safety precautions they are just rude I will definitely not shop there again.

Love shopping at this location. I never am able to decide on a fragrance. The employees are always so kind and patient. This is the only Bath and Body Works location I will go to. Just take a quick look at the hours of operation, they need to be adjusted.

Burr Ridge Bath & Body Works is amazing. Liz is the best! She was so helpful. I love the foaming soaps & all the fragrant shower gels. Theyre heaven scent.

Always friendly to me and my daughter - they sometimes have a smaller selection of items than larger stores, but for items that i use all of the time it is definitely my go to Bath and Body.

Manager was very rude. She seemed upset and annoyed that I had a coupon for my purchase. She took my phone and verified coupon was sent to me, which it was. As an employee she had no business handling my phone, or questioning the coupon. If your company made a glitch on a coupon, that has nothing to do with me. Funny thing is she only asked select few to prove coupon was sent to them. My mom walked out buying nothing. We headed to ford city mall and spent a ton. Dont assume we werent going to spend, not sure if being Hispanic played a part, but Julia or Julie needs to get a reality check if she wants to continue to work in customer service.

Call before you go. I was there at 12:45 p.m. on Tuesday and they were closed. Employees inside. But the doors were locked and they were just standing there looking at me.

Its normally my go to B&BW since you can be in and out of there in no time. Ive never seen it overly crowded or have long lines like normal mall stores and the staff is normally very helpful and good customer service. I wish it was a White Barn but Im sure eventually it will be. Today was another story, I had a return and exchange to do but was a bit disappointed in my service. I picked up the wrong lotion so I just wanted to exchange for a different scent. Since I didnt have my receipt I was asked for my DL which I guess I understand. Then I wanted to return a larger bottle of antibacterial and was questioned about it. I had my receipt and just purchased it but was asked did you get it at Louis Joliet store. I said yes but the person I bought it for wanted the small purse size one so I dont need it. The cashier looked at the pump and said this isnt resellable to the other girl behind the counter. I said I just bought it a few hours ago, it hasnt been used. The girl said no we cant sell it since we dont carry the product. The cashier had an attitude when I asked her if they still carried a certain scent she seemed like I was bothering her or breaking her concentration as she was doing the return. Yikes, guess some people cant multitask!!!

Donnetta and MJ were awesome!!! They helped me with my friends birthday gift and they were very friendly! They were wonderful! I love Bath and Body Works in Burr Ridge!

Well I went there had an unpleasant experience .the girl on the register yasmine really nice .manager walked over and made it her business to come over and tell me I couldnt use a coupon very,very,very,rude lady.she said it was invalid before she even see the coupon .I told her she was being rude and that I would call corporate and she said make sure you spell my name right.very ignorant lady.so she was the manager her name was israh she was really bad .would.never spend a dollar in that bath & body works as along as I got to the mall I will be walking by never going there again.
